• ALluv (10/5): Good - The service is very good. Owners are nice and willing to help with any request. Bed was very thin and uncomfortable but the couch was nice.

El hotel está ubicado en una calle tranquila bastante cercana a la playa (unos 10-15 minutos andando) y se puede aparcar sin problemas. El desayuno es excepcional y la disposición de los dueños ha sido magnífica. Incluso nos prepararon uno de sus fantásticos desayunos antes de la hora que oficialmente abren la cocina porque habíamos de salir muy temprano a una excursión. Un lugar bien situado, atendido y muy limpio que es una buena opción si visitas Ksamil.

• Harry (9/5): - Sehr freundliche und bemühte Gastgeberfamilie, tolles Hotel und nagelneue Zimmereinrichtung, funktionelles Bad mit Duschtrennwand und Schiebetür, bequemes Schlafsofa, Balkon mit Tisch und guten Stühlen. Parkplätze im Hof und auch völlig unproblematisch an der (Neben-) Straße, fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu den Stränden und auch zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Erweitertes albanientypisches und traditionelles Frühstück, liebevoll angerichtet und mit wechselnder warmer Komponente. - Hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Also next day they even bought us breakfast items we requested the day before which was a very kind gesture.

Das Frühstück war auch immer sehr lecker. Preis-Leistungverhältnis war Top. Vila ishte shumë e pastër dhe stafi ishte shumë i sjellshëm, mund ta rekomandoj.
• Leonie (10/5): We can’t wait to return. Wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else! - This place was fantastic! Excellent rooms with views from balconies, spotlessly cleaned every day. The couple who run it are the most wonderful hosts - friendly, helpful and smiling every day. The traditional breakfasts were incredible - so much to choose from and all home made with local produce. Beaches 7-10 mins walk away, centre of town 5 mins, many restaurant and bars on the same street. We also visited this family’s newly opened restaurant which was excellent. We all agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for having us! We loved Ksamil.

Квартира простора, світла й затишна, все продумано до дрібниць для комфортного відпочинку. Дуже чисто, сучасний інтер’єр, приємна атмосфера. Ліжка зручні, кухня повністю обладнана – можна відчувати себе як удома. Локація ідеальна: поруч магазини, ресторани та зручний транспорт. Господар виявився надзвичайно привітним і уважним – завжди на зв’язку та готовий допомогти. Свій паркінг на закритій території !!! Ми залишилися у захваті й точно повернемося ще раз. Рекомендуємо всім, хто цінує комфорт, чистоту та гостинність!
• Belén (10/5): Perfecto para pasara unos días de vacaciones - La ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cambiaban sábanas y toallas. Los dueños son muy amables. Desayuno variado. Todo perfecto. Muy recomendado. Todo fue perfecto.

Kaffeekanne verfügbar mit so viel Kaffee wie man wollte. Das Zimmer ist neu und energieeffizient mit automatisierter Erkennung Fenster geöffnet und Klimaanlage. Balkon mit Aussicht und Markise, sowie Wäscheständer für Badesachen. Auch hier kann abgeschlossen werden. Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Strände fußläufig erreichbar. Bezahlmöglichkeiten flexibel Cash, Debit- oder Kreditkarte.
• Marcus (8/5): Völlig in Ordnung - Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Man ist jedoch auch sehr schnell im Zentrum. Der Strand ist in gut 5 Minuten erreichbar. Restaurants und Bars gibt es reichlich in der näheren Umgebung. Viele vorige Rezensionen lobten das gute Frühstück. Hier wurden wir leider sehr enttäuscht. Alles sehr einfach gehalten und keine wirklich große Auswahl. Hier hatten wir uns deutlich mehr erhofft.

• Julia (8/5): - Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, tolle Lage, nah an den Stränden, aber in ruhiger Gegend. Dennoch ist man nach kurzem Fußmarsch abends im Getümmel. Frühstück sehr liebevoll durch die netten Damen zubereitet. Klimaanlage bläst direkt auf das Bett. Zimmer sehr klein mit wenig Stauraum. Hat uns aber nicht arg gestört, da man ja eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Der Abfluss im Bad roch manchmal sehr unangenehm. Generell noch ein Kritikpunkt, der nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun hat: Wir würden Ksamil im August auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Komplett überfüllt und von Traumstränden keine Spur. Alles umringt von Menschenmassen und Booten. Arameras VIP Beach hat uns gefallen (keine Jetskis, Liegen nicht so eng), jedoch 30€ für Schirm+ 2 Liegen

• Silvia (10/5): Nice and clean villa! Friendly host :) - The apartment was very beautiful, clean, and spacious: 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and a bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. The host was very kind and friendly, and the breakfast was always freshly prepared, quite varied and good. The villa is fairly well located — it took us 5 minutes on foot to get to Paradise Beach. Supermarkets are nearby. We will definitely come back.

Our room was very spacious. only air conditioning performance and working sound a little troubled, and our chiffon was not working (we had to pour water with a bucket) but we did not complain, maybe they would help if we were sure.

• Maria (10/5): Top destination and hosts - House Pollo is perfect! We stayed in the house for a couple of days. The location is great - a couple of minutes from the beach and the centre. The hosts were the best - very kind and friendly, even their kids were so nice to us! They were very helpful, giving us advices for everything we asked. The rooms were big, clean, and had all the things we needed. The breakfast was delicious and homemade. We've tried different albanian dishes there. There are also parking spaces, which is a bonus. We recommend the place, and hopefully, we will come back again one day!

• Dominik (10/5): Exceptional - The landlords are great people, a young couple who try their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We had a stay with breakfast and were very satisfied; each morning it changed a bit, which was great. The amenities in the room were excellent, although the bed was a bit hard for us, but that's a matter of personal taste. They cleaned every two days, which is excellent. There was also no problem with parking, the owners are really nice. The beaches were really just a short walk away, a maximum of 10 minutes. Overall, it's a great place to spend a vacation for a couple or a family with children.
• Andrei (10/5): Best in Ksamil - What did I like? The short answer: EVERYTHING! The owners were very helpful with everything we asked. They gave us good information about places to visit and small "tips" on how to make our vacation better. Their place has a beautifull small garden in the back of the building and that's where you can take your breaksfast also. Really nice and neat place to stay. The husband helped us rent a boat for the whole day in Ksamil. The lady prepared breakfast every morning for us and I have to say it was very delicious. The owners are very nice and please, if you read this, be nice too 😁 The location is 5-7 minutes walk from Ksamil centre which made it perfect because it was close enough for going to dinner and far enough to have some silence in the night. It's a children friendly place as they have 2 children themselves. Best regards to the whole family and hope Paolo starts liking school 😁 Cleaning is every 2 days with towels changed. AC works perfectly, the parking is inside the courtyard so you don't have to worry about the car and they also have outside cameras. Breakfast is diversified, good quality food, most of it made fresh in the outdoor kitchen. Plenty of fruits and vegetables also. Tge breakfast is from 8-10 AM. Overall, it was a VERY GOOD experience and we will surely return next year! There's nothing to dislike at this location. Everything was on point!

• Ochmański (10/5): I will gladly return to this facility. - Very good location of the facility, on the main promenade, many restaurants, proximity to many beaches, quiet, very clean, efficiently functioning air conditioning, new facility, large terrace with a hammock and a table with chairs, rooms cleaned regularly, delicious breakfasts included in the price, possibility of renting a car at a very good price, very nice and helpful hosts. Everything was perfect.

• Stefan (10/5): Great stay - Decent and quiet place. Everything was good, we were welcomed with a smile and the room was clean with a working AC and fridge. The room is a decent size as well with a decent balcony. Bathroom was good as well (one thing it was missing was hand soap, but it's really not an issue), plus there was hot water available almost always if you needed it. There was a stove, plates, cutlery and most of the things you need for a nice stay. Highly recommend for the price! Nothing really, everything was great.

• Sergii (9/5): Superb - It's a nice place, pet friendly. There is a good grill zone but the tables were occupied by people who didn't grill just sitting there so we had to take everything to our room and eat there. The room was cleaned very well every 2 days. No sponge and dishwashing liquid There were A LOT of hungry ants))) The first night i forgot a small plastic bag of granulas for my dog on the floor in my bag, so it was fool of red ants and the plastic bag was totaly destroyed/eaten I've never seen it before. If at least some crumb falls on the floor wait for ants :D 3 days we woke up at 6-7 o'clock because of the screaming children. Unfortunately a family with 2 babies didn't сare that they were not alone, they didn't close their door in front of us and the children were screaming so loud so it was a hell, I wrote to the owner of this villa and asked not to accommodate couples with children and without children so close because the vacation turns into hell. It was told I should have written it the very first day. The last day of our staying it was almost silent. So if something happens please dont hesitate to contact the owner, he'll try to help.
• Nane (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and new,and the room was also cleaned every second day. The manager was very nice and kind. The room has everything you need from kitchen stuff and bathroom fan,towels.Near is the Paradise beach maybe 2 min.walk and supermarket 5 min walk. I recommend for vacation. See you next year.
• Daniela (10/5): Great! 10+ - The vila is really nice, very close to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants. Good wifi, free parking. Our room was very nice and clean, modern, all working good inside. The madame that took care of us is extremely kind and friendly! :) The owner is also nice, he answered promptly to our all questions and requests. I 100% reccomand it! The only thing that I personally didn't like about our room was that it has no window. If you want to refresh the room, you need to let the door open.
