Guest Reviews
- Laurence (10/5): 2 Nights in London - Just like a compact flat everything you needed including microwave and frixge spotless clean all modern amenities Nothing everything was above what needed maubea little hard to locate but worth the effort pleasent and peacfull setting with buses just a short walk away including take aways and a couple of very pleasent irish pubs who made you feel welcome
- Kaina (8/5): Es bueno - Estaba limpiando y agradable El baño muy pequeño
- Jagadeesh (9/5): -

- mark (1/5): Awful service, don't stay if you need official paper work - The hotel refused to help me obtain a VAT invoice They put their down on me.

- Pablo (9/5): A comfortable place in a friendly neighborhood. Not close to the city centre but convenient. - The space was nice. The neighborhood was friendly. We made friends with the neighbor's cat. It is not the most convenient location if you plan to go to the city centre, as it was an hour-90 minutes away by public transportation. However, if you plan to go to Wembley it is quite close.

- Yvonne (4/5): Very disappointing !! - Breakfast was a cereal bar. We couldn't get in when we arrived. Phoned owner who told us the keysafe number but there was no key there. We had to wait in the blazing sunshine for a cleaner to come and let us in and also while she cleaned the room. We couldnt get in to the room until 3 which is when we arrived and the room wasn't even ready! There was nowhere to sit and wait other than on the steps out the front on one of the hottest days. We were waiting in the heat for an hour and a half in total. The room was ok and probably not cleaned properly as we were waiting. I found a couple of black hairs on the underneath side of my pillow. The shower was scolding hot or stone cold. There was no happy medium. There was two sachets of coffee, one in each cup and no tea or milk.
My daughter, who I was with has mental health problems and really bad anxiety so this whole thing wasn't good for her and her stress levels. It spoiled the whole day as it made us late getting to Wembley. By the time we'd had something to eat we missed the support band who we had wanted to see as well as Linkin Park. The only good thing was that it was only one stop pn yhe tube to Wembley. We were very disappointed and it spoilt our day.

Zone calme. Facilité du check-in.
- Kirill (8/5): - Overall, the property was quite clean, and communication with the facility was good. I reported an issue and it was resolved quickly, even though it was during a holiday period. OK price-to-quality option for shorter stays. A few practical improvements could be made: a hook for outerwear, more cutlery (only one teaspoon was available), and a mirror above the bathroom sink would be very useful.
- OLAKUNLE PETER (1/5): -
- Caroline (7/5): Good location for the price, but uncomfortable bed and loud noise in the hallway - The location was all right. It was about 15-18 minute walk to the Neasden Station which has the Jubilee line (late night line which is useful). It was an extremely residential area, which is great if you don't like super touristy places. Felt extremely safe even when walking home very late at night. I don't know if it was housekeeping or maintenance or other people staying there, but I was woken up 3 times during my stay by very loud people in the hallway. Once people were in their rooms, it was quiet, but the hallway noise came straight into my room. It was so loud, and one morning, it was at 7:30 am and people in the hallway were moving things, yelling to each other, and jangling their keys.
In the room, everything was fine although the bathroom mirror is so high up that I couldn't see myself at all, and the sink is tiny. For guests who are used to nicer beds, this bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I could feel the springs poking me in the back, but that's similar for most European beds that I've slept in.
- Strachan (8/5): Extremely high standard of presentation and cleanliness.5 - The television could have worked.
- Leanne (10/5): Nice, clean accomadation in a good location. - It was a lovely property and perfect location for Wembley Stadium. Good communication with the owners, would definitely stay again. Nothing.
- Laura (9/5): Great affordable guest house near Wembley Stadium - Very clean and large room with more light than I Imagine! Very good price, too.
Much appreciated the complimentary cereal bars and water bottles.
Highly recommend the top floor room with private bathroom, which is ever so English. Plus we did not hear noise from other rooms.
Host was responsive and polite.
Autonomous arrival with key system was welcome. Driving distance from Heathrow for reasonable taxi fare.
Appreciated the soap and shower gel provided (a large bottle screwed to the shower would be more eco-friendly though).
Practical furniture to tie put clothes away and convenient multi-sockets, with EU adaptor - very thoughtful! And there is a table with two chairs to work, too.
Stable wifi. I think the pillows are too hard and high for the neck.
The room as a bit cold by non-English standard, despite the radiator on.
A bit far from the subway (but the bus stop is conveniently located).
Idea: Could be ideal to have two twin beds that could be put together or dissociated according to bookings.

- Despina (5/5): -
- Adam (10/5): -
- Pauline (8/5): - Very clean comfortable bed very good breakfast A bit far out from the Centre but manageable with transport.
- Marjan (7/5): -
- demola (6/5): -
- Roland (8/5): The property had a great location and comfortable atmosphere but faced issues with lighting, cleanliness, and room tempe - The location was great, with a comfortable atmosphere. It was also easy to access the Underground and buses, making it a good place to stay for a couple of nights. The light in one of the rooms was out, and the bedside lamp in the same room was slightly broken. On the other hand, the other room seemed to have been used recently, with a bed slept on, a full trash bin, and used towels. The rooms were also a bit warm.
- Tsvetelina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nnadozie (8/5): Very good -
- Maarten (10/5): A safe stay - The house was really clean and exceptionally safe. It is welcoming and we had everything that we need. I think in terms of value for money, it doesn't get better than this. The only bad thing is the location but that is something they can't change and they made the absolute best of what they have.
- Chiara (8/5): Very good - + The room was spacious and had both a minifridge and a microwave.
+ The house was close to Wembley Stadium (taking the underground and walking, total 20 min aprox) IDEAL FOR SHOWS
+ The host left two cold water bottles for us that were a life saver - The shared bathroom (we knew we were sharing when we booked)
- The walk from the room to Neasden Station (especially at night)
- Mick (10/5): A great location for what we were doing. - A lovely comfortable room very spacious.
- Mark1973 (10/5): Top guesthouse near Wembley - Excellent place to stay if your attending an event at Wembley stadium/arena. Room had everything i needed for my 2 night stay. Nice comfy bed 🛌 check in was easy and straightforward. Separate milk, coffee and sugar instead of the '3 in 1' coffee sachets would be great 👍
- Artur (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adila (8/5): Very good - Close to Wembley stadium. Comfortable room It’s a bit far from underground station but there is a bus nearby (sometimes can get super full)
- Elizabeth (8/5): Pleasant room only stay convenient for Wembley events; we would stay again. - We had a good one nights stay at this room only accommodation.
It was quiet, clean and convenient for travelling to the OVO arena in Wembley for a Billy Idol gig. The venue was easy to get to as there is a bus stop a short walk from the guest house which runs directly to Wembley.
We were lucky with the parking as we were allowed to park on the drive overnight for our stay with the owners permission. If you can't park here it may be tricky as it is all permit parking in the street.
Access is easy with a coded key box on the wall outside, area seems safe enough to walk around after dark. Nothing.
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Samantha (10/5): Lovely clean bathroon and room with extra touches, towels, toiletries and coffee - Close to local shops and food outlets Parking facilities, very hot fan in room would have been nice
- Alena (9/5): Nice, cozy, all you need when you’re only sleeping at the place - Nice, cozy, clean, great price/equipment ratio Could have an access to some kitchenette or kitchen sink to clean dishes and fill the water bottle
- Aude (8/5): Premier séjour à Londres - The room was clean. Welcome gifts were waiting for us: coffee, sugar, cereal bars, small soaps and shower gel. The hosts were communicative and attentive. For a first stay in London, the area is a little out of the way and not necessarily like the rest of the city. Let's just say that it's not as clean as elsewhere and coming back at night wouldn't have reassured me. But the metro station isn't too far away. 20 minutes. The owners have nothing to do with it, but it's worth knowing. Given the journeys, you have to leave in the morning and return in the evening if you're visiting London. On the other hand, it's very close to Wembley Stadium.
- Maxine (8/5): Very good - We liked the location just one stop away from Wembley it was very clean and very comfortable bed linen fantastic bathroom spacious and very clean was nt disappointed at all well worth the money would definitely stay again Would have liked a bed that did nt move during.the night 🙂 also would have been nice to have plastic forks as well as knifes and a couple of bowls
- Dave (7/5): Good - Very clean not so much with a shared bathroom but it was ok. Only the shared bathroom.
- Menasche (10/5): Amazing short break -
- Nathan (10/5): Stayed here for the playoff final at Wembley, great location as only 10 min drive. Nice touch with the bottles of water - The location is ideal for events at Wembley. No negatives nice stay.
- Philip (8/5): Very good -
- Zeineddin (7/5): Good -
- Mike (5/5): Adequate wouldn't stay again - Noisy with the neighbours running four or five Just Eat bikes going out at all times of the night. Walk through persons were also loud. The cooking facilities were a microwave - no cutlery or washing up.
- Steve (7/5): Good -
- Simon (9/5): Superb - Lovely house in a nice quiet neighbourhood.
Nice touch with the free water and snacks.
Bed was very comfortable and plenty of room.
Shared shower/toilet but was great. Always clean and presentable. Tube station not far which takes you into Central London in 20 minutes. Would definitely stay again. Issue with self check in, which seems pretty regular in the reviews. Code sent was wrong and took a while to get it sorted. Understood the need to change codes due to previous tenants getting in.
- Melanie (6/5): Nice for a short stay but be prepared for the unfortunate chance of loud guests in the rooms next door/above. - Was a short walk to the shops etc. Very quiet area, the property was clean and most of the facilities worked fine.
However the multi socket on the right hand side of the bed did not work, I tried plugging it in a different socket and it still didn’t work. I assume the heating is automatic as it was on full during the night causing slight discomfort to sleep during the night as it was too hot. The key for the entrance was fine but the key to get in the room was a struggle at times it was quite stiff to lock and unlock. I’m guessing the washing machine was next to our wall because the excessive banging that came from the washing machine was sooo loud in the morning it would have been impossible to sleep. Finally, i understand this may have been no fault of your own but the people that were next door to us on the Saturday night were clearly having a party the whole night, me and my friend did not sleep a wink until they stopped n left at around 6-7am. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay.
- Becca (10/5): Exceptional - The tv had Netflix
- Devon (9/5): Superb -
- Chenxing (5/5): Passable -
- Saija (8/5): Very good - Rooms are always immaculately cleaned and fresh, interior is nearly Scandinavian minimalistic, but cosy and comfy. Facilities all work and it always feels like there is a bit of extra attention and care towards your gests compared to many other similar facilities. This time, boisterous people were screaming loudly to each other and fighting inside and outside the property. The music was extremely loud, and we could not sleep at all during the night between the 24th and 25th. This was all happening in the property beside yours, wall-to-wall to the room we were renting. It was not your responsibility, but it, of course, affected our stay. - Another thing to mention is that the shower took some time to work out and when warm it does not have much power.
- Virág (9/5): Superb -
- Alan (9/5): Superb -
- Aembe (5/5): It is good venue should the communication is improved. - The area was calm and safe. You can not worry for your security. The information was given late. For example I did not if there was cleaning service until the end of the stay. It would be better to communicate the information with WhatsApp. At the beginning I wrote to the owner about my early arrival, I received not response which means that the communication was not better.
- Erik (10/5): Exceptional - All was really good with the room The location of the Hause was a bit away but the bus stop is well connected and 20 min walking is the subway
- Ibrahim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kate (10/5): Perfect for concerts at Wembley! - The check-in was seamless. The facilities were clean and tidy. The staff were good at communicating and everything was perfect.
There is a fridge, a kettle, a hairdryer, two tables, a big mirror and plug outlets are plentiful.
I went to a concert at Wembley and it was only a bus away.
Honestly, it's a shame I haven't found this place before as it's perfect.
I'd definitely come back here for future concerts! Absolutely nothing.
- Julie (7/5): Good - Location easy The bed , gave me backache every night .
- Péter (10/5): Give me the key forever! :D - Super cute little home with great atmosphere! Nothing
- Clement (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean. The toilet smelt so bad that whenever you left the room and came back in, it had a pungent smell, I think it had something to do with the pipes and drainage. The smell was very bad. Made us very uncomfortable.
- Elena (9/5): Very good quality for these money. Highly recommend - Very nice spacious room, very clean and well made The location, just not very safe area.
- Leng (9/5): Superb -
- Samuele (5/5): Passable - there was a problem with the ceiling leaking water. I have a video if you need it. Actually it was not a such big problem for us but I would notice it.
- Evu (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed our stay thanks to private, comfortable room and quiet surrounding. It was very cosy, clean and just very very nice.
- Oluwaseyi (6/5): It was decent but I probably wouldn't stay there again for the reasons outlined above. - The room was beautifully laid out. It was bigger than I expected and was very well set up. I liked the chairs and table for reading or eating. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. There were fresh towels and a hand towel with soap etc on the bed. The room heater was on at the time I got in. The check in process was smooth. It would be a problem if you didn't have Internet in advance as instructions to get your key are sent via email. It was quiet-ish most of the time. I liked the microwave and the fridge in the room. The area seems quite safe and there is a variety of corner shops nearby to buy most essentials. No directions were given to get to the apartment and if you walk from Neasden station, it can be very tricky getting there. It's a good 13 minute walk to the apartment. The GPS didn't quite get how to navigate the footbridge to get to the other side. A bit frustrating. The room heater suddenly went off on its own so it was a little cold. Not uncomfortable but I imagine in the winter it can get very chilly. My room had a weird smell, maybe because it was next door to their laundry. Room 2. The bathroom is also quite small and good luck navigating the sink where you have to bend your head under the overhead cabinet to use the tiny sink. Hopefully you don't bang your head trying to come up from using the sink. Also the shower was horrible. The water seemed to have a mind of its own, going from searing hot to titanic cold in the span of 60 seconds, all by itself. Also the walls are thin so you can hear people talking next door but thankfully the person next door eventually fell asleep around 1 am. The TV barely worked as most of the channels were scrambled. I think I managed to view two BBC channels. No stovetop for cooking.
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Winlow (8/5): Very good - Was a good clean guest house . I would use again
- Emily (5/5): Passable -
- Sasía (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Emilee (9/5): Superb -
- Monsale (8/5): Very good -
- Sergey (3/5): Negative emotions - 15-minute walk to the metro station. Disadvantaged district. Noisy and dirty. The room is on the sunny side. Hot. No bathroom in the room.
- Roseanna (10/5): Nice, convenient stay for trip to Wembley - Easy to find, clean and nice room N/A
- Mariel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ella (8/5): Very good - I liked the fact that we had our own facilities with the room. Only one window in the bathroom would open and other two wouldn’t open.
- Billie (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (7/5): Very good stay and very good value for money. - Good location, clean, modern bedrooms, drink making facilities, fridge. We had problems with the lock on the door of room 6. Maybe lock barrel needs replacing. Would have been lovely to have had milk for teas and coffee.
- Lucy (8/5): Very good -
- Megan (9/5): Great location if attending a concert in Wembley! - Great location for Wembley. Rooms were well equipped for self service- with a fridge microwave & fridge! We used the 182 bus to get to Wembley and were so lucky to be so close after the concert! Area felt safe. Host was easily contacted and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. Highly recommend. Nil
- Bethan (9/5): Great Stay for a Great Price. - First of all, very easy instructions on how to check in and out. The room was very clean and fresh and the bed was mostly comfortable. Great facilities available - hairdryer, microwave, kettle and a fridge which came in very handy
Private bathroom was a big plus!! Very clean and a great shower.
I stayed here as me and my fiancé were attending an event at Wembley Stadium which wasn't far at all - we opted for an Uber which took about 10 mins and roughly £8-10 a journey.
(Photos are after our stay so it actually was a lot cleaner and more fresh than they show) The pillows were a little stiff but still had a decent few nights sleep.
- Freya (8/5): Very good -
