• Burcu (8/5): We liked it lovely place. - It was clean and very close to everywhere. We mainly walked but the Victoria station is around the corner. Mihaela was so sweet, she explained everything for us. Room was small but enough. Only thing we didnt like is train noises. If you leave the window open it kind of bothers. But thats all 😅

• Roksan (7/5): Great - Great location. Close to the train station and walking distance to Big Ben. Has a mini patio. It’s a basement suite but still pretty bright. We where able to leave our luggage before the checkin time. The pullout couch s bed was a bit saggy but our kid didn’t mind it.

• ROCIO (8/5): Agradable - La habitación tenía muy buen tamaño y la cama era muy cómoda. La ubicación es perfecta, tiene estación de tren, metro y autobús justo a 5 minutos andando. En cuanto al baño era muy pequeño y no tenía enchufe pero para pasar pocos días no está mal. En general, muy bien el alojamiento. Estaba equipado con cafetera, nevera pequeña y secador de pelo. La mujer que nos atendió para darnos la llave de la habitación era estupenda. El tamaño del baño (demasiado pequeño) y que no tenía enchufe para poder secarte el pelo, tenías que secarlo fuera del baño.

Very close to Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace and the west end so great location. Bathroom very small would be hard accommodating a large person. Also there was no sign outside indicating the premises were there only a street number and the doorbell didn't work. So I banged on the door and later received a message telling me to phone the hostess for access.

• Ozerob (7/5): Happy stay in London. - The location, close to tube stn, and walking distance to many main attractions. Host helpful. Our room fronted a quiet street and enabled peaceful sleep. A shelf in the shower recess would be useful for soap and shampoo.

• Samuel (6/5): Great location, fair room, but problems with hot water - Hotel's location was great. We wanted to be close to Victoria Station as we went to theatre in the neighbourhood. The next day we went to Soho for another event at we also walked there. We did not use underground once during our stay. The room was clean, quiet, for London standards I would even say spacious. We had one major problem in the room. No matter how long we tried, we did not figure out how to have a hot water (or even warm) in the shower. And that is for a 3 night stay quite annoying. I do not know whether there was a problem with a heater for the hotel room, whether the water was used by others staying in the hotel, but in our room we just did not have warm water. Not in the morning, not around noon, not at night.

• ali (1/5): Not worth the price point at all. - Only thing that was okay was the location of the hotel but even still not many food spots around. The shower didn't have a warm setting. It's only very hot or very cold. The TV is the size of a tablet. The bed was dirty, and the mattress was very soft. The train right next to the window wouldn't even let you sleep. I didn't even stay the night because of how under par it was. I paid £85 and I would have more from a hostel. The room was so tiny, and im 6'4, so you can see how hard it was to even make my way around.

La habitación es pequeña pero correcta. Nevera, hervidor, etc. El personal es muy amable. Los comentarios hablan del ruido de los trenes pero son casi inapreciables. Se duerme perfectamente.

• Fiona (5/5): Very disappointing, poor value for money - Friendly member of staff (Michaela) to welcome us/check us in Booked accommodation because friends visiting from Oz had already booked and it made sense to book same place as them, for ease. Expensive for very basic accommodation and zero communal facilities - I can only think that it’s the location that makes it expensive? That doesn’t excuse substandard furnishings tho (including bedding) - felt like it had been furnished from charity shops and/or your grandma’s linen trunk - decor was scuffed/tired, bathroom was tiny (and extractor fan switch not obvious), shower door didn’t close properly, kettle didn’t fit under tap to fill it, bed was barely a double, with cheap, uncomfortable pillows, very noisy (not necessarily from outside but from internal pipe work, loud talking in stairwell etc) £330 for 2 nights! Sorry but there’s much nicer, better value places to stay a short tube journey away … Would not stay again!

• Ginevra (8/5): Quartiere silenzioso e sicuro e posizione strategica - Molto accogliente, stanza un po’ piccola ma per 3/4 giorni ci sta tutta! Ottima posizione, è ben collegata a qualsiasi quartiere perché ha stazione autobus e metro vicinissima. Personale gentile e molto accogliente, ci hanno lasciato tenere le valigie in una stanza l’ultimo giorno dopo il check-out, per un ultimo giro in centro senza pesi addosso! Davvero soddisfatti
• Mari (8/5): - Kiva ja siisti paikka lähellä kaikkea. Tästä kohteeesta on erittäin helppo liikkua jokapuolelle. Hajusteista. Kaikki petivaatteet ja pyyhteet oli pesty tai käsitelty ja ne tuoksuivat erittäin voimakkaasti. Se oli jokseenkin tukalaa jos et pidä tuoksuista.

Avevamo dimenticato a casa l'adattatore per la presa elettrica e lei ce ne ha prestato uno. La stanza é piccola ma funzionale Lavandino del bagno piccolissimo. Purtroppo la notte passano molti treni e la stanza affaccia sulla ferrovia
• Veronika (10/5): - Velice příjemná a ochotná paní.Vše čisté a voňavé.Naprosto dostačující na vyspání na prodloužený víkend s poznáváním Londýna.Klidná lokalita,i když s občasným zvukem projíždějících vlaků, dle komentářů tady, jsem to čekala horší,vybavená špunty do uší-vůbec nebyly nakonec třeba a to jsem citlivá na zvuky okolí. Menší postele,jedna peřina,dveře od pokoje, jak z papíru,vše přes ně jde skyšet.

• Miranda (10/5): Perfecto - Muy cerca de la estación de victoria, lo cual es un punto a favor para poder desplazarte cómodamente. La habitación está muy bien, es pequeñita pero perfecta, tiene televisión y mini nevera. Hay gente que dice en comentarios que molesta el ruido de los trenes por la noche, pero la verdad que no se escuchan casi.

• Caroline (7/5): Great value for money. - It’s really close to my place of work so very handy. It was clean and whilst not a room I could work from (unless sat on my bed) it was comfortable and very good value for money. Most importantly I felt safe as a solo guest with an actual room key 🔑 rather than a card system. I had plenty of hanging space and the bed was comfy. Lots of options of eateries, M&S Food and other takeaways all next door in Victoria Stn. Mihaela was very helpful too - esp when I’d not added on an extra night’s stay when I thought I had! Nothing actually. For the price - no complaints. Some might not like the trains coming/going but I actually found it comforting for a bit of life going on!

Stanze pulite e con profumo di pulito.la Signora Micaela,disponibile e gentilissima. .le note un po negative sono che la stanza era molto piccola anche se carina e affacciava sui binari che di sera e mattina presto si sentiva il rumore dei treni. Cmq per 2 notti è stata cmq una bella esperienza

• Martina (8/5): - Vicina alla stazione Victoria quindi ottima per i collegamenti, piccola davvero piccola ma credo siano più o meno tutte così a Londra però era funzionale. C’era un letto matrimoniale, una scrivania, un frigo piccolo, il bagno con water lavandino e doccia. Se hai bisogno ti danno adattori per le prese e ulteriori asciugamani, disponibili alle richieste. Puoi lasciare i bagagli se serve. Davvero piccolina ma per girare senza troppe pretese va benissimo.

• Carolina (9/5): Muy buen lugar para alojar - La cercanía de la estación de metro y buses. Muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas y supermercados. En la habitación tenían hervidor, frigobar, tè, café. etc La persona a cargo del lugar muy amable y acogedora.

Photos on website, do not match with rooms. Couldn’t swing a cat. Noise of trains all night. Rooms are stupidly small. Tv only worked on bbc. Couldn’t wash our cups and didn’t receive fresh ones. Bed awful. Looked out to railway lines. No where to sit other than bed to relax. Gutted ☹️

• Małgorzata (8/5): Good choice for a tourist in London - Really friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and equipped with all the things mentioned in the description. It must have been furbished and renovated recently. The place is close to the Tube and the railway station. Buckingham Palace, the National Gallery and the British Museum are within walking distance (if you like walking ;-) The window outlooks tracks of one of the busiest railway stations in the UK - so it was quite noisy, even at night. Light sleepers might find it problematic.

Only one small towel each. Bedding old. Evidence of flood damage (wall and divan). Dirty bathroom. Front door not very secure.

Chegou no quarto falando sobre o check out, até me assustei! Toda hora falando a hora da saída! Sendo que isso está descrito! Chegamos a noite e sem bateria no celular e na acomodação não havia o adaptador que é necessário ter em Londres! Por chegarmos tarde da noite, chegamos com sede e não tinha tb nem uma água no frigobar! Coisas simples que aconselho a anfitriã pensar em fazer como agrado para os próximos hóspedes!
• Nicole (6/5): Good spot for a solo trip and being central to see all of London’s highlights with easy commuting and transport links to - The location of the property is great and it was very clean. Host was very communicative and sent check in details in advance which was very helpful. The shower overflowed immediately after starting and the ongoing construction noise outside in the morning were very disruptive. It is a very small space which is clear on the listing however realistically, wouldn’t want to spend more than a few days here with several pieces of luggage as there was no where to put them and still be able to walk around the bed.

• Eduardo (7/5): Estadia em quarto em Londres - A localização é ótima, poucos minutos a pé te levam para destinos turísticos, além de estar muito próximo a uma grande estação de trens e ônibus. Fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos quando necessário pela Mihaela, que trabalha no local. Bom preço. O quarto era pequeno, principalmente o banheiro. Não havia espaço para armazenar as malas e era difícil abrir as malas sem usar a cama como apoio. Ficamos um curto período de tempo, mas para quem deseja ficar alguns dias ou estadias mais longas, o espaço será um desafio.

• Sergio (8/5): Muy buena estancia - La zona es super centrica esta genial, estabamos al lado de victoria station y todos nuestros dias acababamos relativamente cerca, a 1 parada o 2 de la zona en metro. Muy bien conectada. Un poco estrecho el baño, es prácticamente un pasillo diminuto donde te chocas con todo, aunque supongo que es igual en todas partes.
