• Anne (8/5): A lovely friendly place to stay in Central London - Staff very helpful and friendly. Proximity to beautiful Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. There is no lift, but we were aware of this when we booked and we were helped up the stairs by a member of staff which was greatly appreciated.
• Elena (9/5): absolutely lovely! - 72QT was absolutely lovely! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was perfectly sufficient for one night — small, but comfortable, very clean, and the bed was super cozy. One thing we especially appreciated was the fan in the room, which we definitely needed since it was extremely warm that weekend. The shared bathroom facilities were also very hygienic and impressively clean. The location was excellent as well — only about a 5-minute walk to Queensway Underground Station, and there was also a gas station and grocery store nearby, which was very convenient. The only small downside was that the rooms were a bit noisy/thin-walled, which is why I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for a romantic weekend. However, for a short city stay it was absolutely great. The biggest highlight for us was definitely the breakfast. The staff there were highly professional, incredibly kind, and very attentive. The breakfast buffet was small but had everything you could want, and on top of that, you could also order freshly cooked dishes, which was such a nice touch. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend 72QT! Honestly, there was nothing negative about our stay — we were very happy overall and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. We simply didn’t stay long enough, haha!

• Luis (9/5): Great value with friendly staff. - Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our last day in London and this location worked great. We visited the British Museum in the morning before our flight in the late afternoon. They were very nice and held our luggage after we checked out. The building was older and had no elevator. If you cannot climb stairs that would be a problem.

Bagno in comune era super comodo perché di fronte alla stanza ...ma attenzione a volte è occupato e dovrete scendere di sotto per usare quello all' ingresso..Una sera ho dovuto saltare la doccia perché non uscivano mai...Il letto cigolava un po' ma cmq ho dormito bene!!

The shared bathroom was clean and it felt like it was mine alone, as I never saw anyone else during the time I was staying there. I stayed for work and it was perfect. The location was lovely, near Kensington Gardens and round the corner from shops and restaurants. Value for Money. I will definitely stay again. The staff were lovely and friendly. (I also heard a beautiful choir when I was there!) Take earplugs, as my neighbours had loud voices.

Extrem nette Damen im Frühstücksservice, angenehme Mit–Gäste, die auch zur Ruhe und Sauberkeit (Bsp. im Bad) beigetragen haben. Zimmer zum Hinterhof, es war sehr ruhig. nichts. Kleiner Tip: wie hatten einen Twin Room mit 2 Einzelbetten. Die Betten sind schmal und leicht. Wir sind das zum Glück auch und konnten sehr gut schlafen, für manch einen mag das Bett ggfs. zu schmal sein… Für mich persönlich hätte ich mir mehr Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten gewünscht, es war sehr früh sehr hell im Zimmer, wir wollten aber ohnehin morgens früh los…

Basisontbijt, maar goed. Prijs - kwaliteit zeker een topper!! De kamer was gerieflijk en charmant, maar er waren wat herdecoraties gebeurd en niet opnieuw geschilderd, wat een wat verwaarloosde indruk gaf. Jammer, want eigenlijk was het top! Ook was onze kamer naast de gemeenschappelijke douche en dat maakte wel wat lawaai.

There was construction noise from across the road it went all day and night when we had high winds for a few days due to loose construction material banging, even with the windows closed it was heard. I did t like the other guests leaving the shared bathroom dirty (leaving all their toiletries and dirty towels) one night out of three.

The location is hard to beat—it’s just a three-minute walk from Queensway Underground Station and practically right across from Hyde Park. It is so easy to explore London from here. My room was small, simple and basic, but impeccably clean and comfortable. Even though some rooms use shared bathrooms, like mine, they were always spotless, and I never had to wait to use one. The breakfast was a major highlight—it was delicious, filling, and cooked to order, which is such a bonus in London. The staff are very nice. Overall, if you want a budget-friendly, safe, and friendly place to stay that isn't a standard chain hotel, I can't recommend 72QT enough! N/A
