It's a great location for getting on and off the boat to the centre or to Greenwich. The shower is lovely and warm, and you can alert the room temperature. A fridge is a great idea. It could have been an acceptable budget stay if the basic standards had been met. The place felt dirty, there was no kettle, and the internet was not working, which made the stay much more inconvenient than it should have been. Overall, it felt poorly managed and lacking in basic comfort.

• Silvia (9/5): - camera situata in una zona residenziale di Londra molto carina. con una scorciatoia in 10 minuti sei alla metropolitana presente vicino un bar italiano (veramente italiano) che fa colazioni, pranzi e cene ottimi struttura con tutto l'occorrente e pulita presente un bollitore quando arrivano gli ospiti delle altre stanze si sente tutto, poca insonorizzazione, non ci ha disturbato particolarmente potrebbero esserci due asciugami in più, soprattutto per noi che siamo stati 5 giorni il wifi sotto funziona poco cuscini veramente scomodi

I made the recommendation to the cleaner to suggest to the property owner to add motion sensors on all common area lighting including the shared bathroom Not only will address the issue regarding the inaccessible light switch for the bathroom for those who are less than 5 foot 10 tall given it’s placed above the doorway but it would also overtime save on electricity not requiring common areas such as corridors, hallways and staircases to be permanently less 24 seven.

• Veerhoek (4/5): - The room and bathroom were clean. A hair dryer and iron were provided in the room. It is difficult to find the property. In the building, you share one bathroom, which includes the only toilet, with five other rooms. There is also no sink in the room.
• Pamela (8/5): Perfetta soluzione per non spendere miliardi a Londra! - La zona è davvero tranquilla, a 3 minuti a piedi passa il 199 che porta direttamente alla stazione metro Canada Water (dove c'è anche la stazione autobus) o metro Surrey Quays! In alternativa, rispettivamente con 20 minuti o 15 minuti a piedi si arriva alle metro. La zona residenziale è inoltre vicina a delle strade pieni di ristorantini dove poter mangiare tranquillamente. In camera c'era anche il bollitore con del caffè solubile e tisane. Purtroppo, come quasi tutte le case inglesi, ha la moquette! Però era molto pulita. I muri delle pareti non sono spessissimi, abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di avere dei vicini di stanza che facevano davvero tanto rumore.

It was absolutely perfect for one person just the right size and very cozy. The best feature is definitely the stunning River Side Location. Being close to the centre made everything incredibly convenient, from sightseeing to dining. This proximity, combined with the quality of the room, makes it great value for money. Highly recommend! The room was booked for two guests, yet only one teaspoon was provided, which felt like an oversight. Unfortunately, the fan emitted a loud, irregular noise when switched on, making it unusable during the hot weather. Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant odor coming from the toilet’s plumbing, which made morning use particularly uncomfortable.

The current arrangement, however, presents some concerns. The assigned units are located on the ground and second floors, respectively. Furthermore, the condition of the units is unsatisfactory, as there is an unpleasant odor, and the small tower fan in the second bedroom is malfunctioning.

Pokój spory, wygodne łóżko, widok jest na ulicę, ale nie szkodzi ;) Własna łazienka. Lodówka w pokoju. Bardzo łatwo wejść (na kody), jest się całkowicie niezależnym. Z łazienki śmierdzi kanalizacją STRASZNIE. Pokoje są z dykty, więc słyszy się dosłownie każde pierdnięcie sąsiadów. Drzwi są na kody, więc 99% nie umie ich używać i trzaskanie drzwiami co 3 minuty od 7 rano jest na porządku dziennym. W okolicy jest jeden sklep i czynny krótko. Do najbliższej kawiarni lub sniadaniowni daleko.

• Yvonne (8/5): Lovely quiet place by the river - Nice large ground floor room with fridge and coffee making facilities. It was very comfortable. Unfortunately the drains in the bathroom smelled very bad-even closing the door did not help and the room did not have windows you could open, I had to open the back door but couldn't leave it open for long periods as it felt unsafe to do so.
