Guest Reviews
- Deloubes (10/5): - Second time staying here. Perfect every time. Nothing
- Chris (8/5): Great location and helpful host - Location - very close to start of London Marathon. Friendly and helpful host. Good communal kitchen facilities The price! But I appreciate that nowhere is cheap at Marathon time. Also, would have been nice to have 2 pillows rather than one
- Lora (8/5): Good Accomodation for a short stopover - Pleasant and accommodating host.
Walking distance from Greenwich Station.
Comfortable bed.
- Gabriel (9/5): -
- RRR-traveller (9/5): Nice stay - Clean house, nice room, friendly host, good location.
I was lucky to even be alone the weekend I visited, so no problems with shared bathroom.

- Antonia (9/5): A quick one night prior to the London Marathon, great location! - Great location for the Start of the London Marathon, easy to walk into central Greenwich for an evening meal and also to see the Cutty Sark!
- Deloubes (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic Host, Thank you Nothing
- Immo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Stingu (5/5): Passable - The location wad good, about 5 minutes from the Greenwich DLR station. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was alright. At first the landlord seemed very hospitable and friendly. However, one night after we arrived the heating stopped for whatever reasons and the landlord didn’t manage to fix it for the rest of our stay. It was really cold and we had to sleep with jumpers and beanies on. The hot water was still working though. When we asked the landlord to fix the heating or provide an alternative solution, he told us that ‘it wasn’t that cold’, proceeded to message me a screenshot of the current temperature of London (13°C), and told me to sleep with the windows open.
- Minodora (10/5): Great value for money! - It was very clean and had everything one could need for a short stay. We loved the curtains and the paintings as well - good taste! The manager was very welcoming. We’ve got a real home away from home kind of experience. A shared restroom can be a problematic if other guests spend too much time there, but the manager was very supportive and facilitated convenient access for all.
- Frances (8/5): Very good - The location very good, close to connections and Greenwich sites which are fabulous. Needed an upgrade on linen, towels and bedding very tired.
- Laura (9/5): Great location, friendly host, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. - Great location, friendly host, welcoming atmosphere. Appreciated the plug points and the coffee and tea.
- Iuliia (10/5): Next time we'll stop here too! - A very cozy apartment and a very attentive host. Our room had everything we needed. Sights and shops are located nearby.
- Janelle (4/5): Dismal - Was close to train station and buses Was very tired and only heating for food was a microwave not even a toaster, had to use a jaffle maker to make toast! Very limited! Old linen and towels and beds
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional - Alton was super friendly and helpful and made the stay amazing
- Guus (10/5): Exceptional - It's a very nice and cozy guest house with a friendly host in a beautiful area. Everything you need is there, and bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all very clean. I strongly recommend it!
- Farah (9/5): Disappointed as kitchen couldn't be use but overall well - Room: appropriate size but can be a bit packed if you have a lot of items. Room has own microwave and fridge which was handy. Room can be quite cold but the landlord allowed if we wanted to boost heating.
Bed: comfortable. Was cold initially but we laid down the throw in the cupboard to make it warmer.
Location: there is nice fish and chip store near. Worth the money. Also near to train station
Host: nice Facilities: was disappointed that the kitchen can't be used as that was our main purpose. We wanted to cook. Was not made aware of this during booking.
Location: personally, i think it is kinda far to central london. It takes about an 1hr 30 minutes to reach central london. Though, there was a direct bus at night that didn't require any changes. Comfortable to take after long day.
- Manas (8/5): Very good -

- Olga (9/5): Very nice - The welcome was nice, we got lots of initial useful information, the room was nice, bathroom nice, kitchen ok, location quite ok. You have to use the train to get to the centre. I recommend and would come back again. The host was very helpful. It wasn´t possible to use the cooker in the kitchen.
- Owen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (10/5): Fantastic - Great value for money. Alton, the host was really helpful and friendly. Property is close to public transport and room was clean and comfortable. Nothing
- Deshpande (6/5): Nice stay, good location, helpful host - Location is good, Breakfast not served at Guest house If there were private bathrooms, it would be better
- Jamie (5/5): overpriced - was expecting it to be far nicer given how much we paid. - great location overpriced for the quality of the facilities and how nice the place was. shared bathroom and tiny kitchen, was expecting a little more for how much we paid
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very quiet and clean. Good value. Alton is a great host.

- Eduardo (7/5): Good - Good location, amd good room for the price.
- Nathalie (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very welcoming and helpful.
The room is comfortable and the furnitures convenient. It is a calm area.
It was also nice to share the kitchen and be able to cook althought there are nice restaurants just around the corner.
Greenwich is alltogether conveniently placed to join quickly the center of London and proposes nice places to visit on itself.
- Chandra (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms were very neat and cozy with everything necessary provided already. Alton is an excellent host :) He waited for us even though we were a late for check-in and explained everything patiently. The stay had a separate kitchen and restroom. Alton helped us with little things now and then and was available all the time. Overall it was a very pleasant experience like a home away from home :) I would highly recommend the place to everyone visiting. The location is quiet with a supermarket at a stone's throw way. It has direct connectivity to central London via trains with stations at walkable distance!! What more one can ask for :)
- Emeric (9/5): Superb -
- Grzegorz (8/5): Nice time - Very Friendly Host, even we were late more than 1 hr ( midnight ) there was no problem to enter room. All guiding immediately given. For the resonalble price quite spacious room. Calm area.
- Danel (10/5): Exceptional - Price, location,
- Sanna (9/5): Excellent! - The host was amazing and did read the situations (didn't disturb or try to make conversations if you weren't in that mood) though live in the same apartment. Neighborhood was guiet and apartment too. Plastic covered sheets covering matresses so sleeping during heat wave was restless when you are covered with sweat.
