• Maria (9/5): - The host was great! She is very considerate and has great sense of humour. The rooms were peak luxury - something we didn't expect to see in Lovech. We had a double room and the one with the double bed and a transforming couch. Both rooms were amazing and smelled lovely. The bathrooms were big and comfortable. We loved the showers! The place is just 10-15 mins away from the bridge and all the restaurants plus it has a lovely 24hr grocery shop with everything you might need! We liked everything but there are some things one should have in mind: - the double beds come with one single-person blanket and you might have to ask for a second one if you are travelling with friends - the lightning in the rooms isn't great for doing makeup - the rooms appear bigger than they are in the pics

• MALY MAZAL (7/5): - מיקום מרכזי ונוח מאוד. חדר נקי ומעוצב בצורה מודרנית ונעימה . יש סופרמרקט בחזית הבניין. יש חניה צמודה . לא קיבלנו את החדר שהזמנו. הזמנו חדר עם הפרדה באיזור של המיטה הזוגית וקיבלנו חדר עם חלל אחד וזה לא היה נוח מכיוון שהיינו עם שני ילדים. היה רעש בלילה מהצינורות ככל הנראה או משהו אחר כל 20 דקות כך שלא הצלחתי לישון כל הלילה.

Highly recommended! - We had a wonderful stay at B&D Apartments Delux, NEW in Lovech at the end of August as a family with two children. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very modern, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Having two bathrooms was such a big advantage for our family. The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home right away. The location is just a short walk to the charming old town of Lovech, full of history and beauty. There are also supermarkets and shops nearby, making everything very convenient. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to families or anyone visiting Lovech. We would definitely come back!

The rooms are brand new, super comfy bed, huge bathroom, good air con, good WiFi, everything was spotless, the host was also really friendly. Easy code entry system and free parking! The best place I stayed in Bulgaria My room overlooked the street and some shops which kids hung out in front of until quite late. It didn't bother me but I could imagine some nights if might be a little loud

Лесен достъп и настаняване. Всичко ни хареса. Изглежда по-добре от снимките. Отново бихме отседнали на това място. Диванът не е най-удобния за спане. Не е критика, но да се има предвид, че се предлагат само нощувки. Не е предвидено място за хранене/закуска, но центъра е съвсем наблизо и има на разположение много места, където може да се хапне.

Coffee machine, coffee, el. kettle. Very clean. Nice furniture. I especially liked the bathroom (spacious, bright, well designed) and the lights everywhere. Although on a boulevard, good insulation and there were no noises from the traffic. No noise from the fridge or the WC fan as well :-) (I am very noise-sensitive and that was a great relief for me ...) Non-stop supermarket in front of the building. The location is also very good - we wondered whether to sleep in the old town or in the new part, but we were actually in the center of the town - you cross the street and you are literally in the main pedestrian area. We could park the car behind the building. The assistant of the owners came immediately to show us the room (we had to call the owner when we arrived). This is not a minus, but rather a note: the entrance of the building is not from the boulevard. We wandered a little bit and at first we entered a private yard (i.e. having the reservation on the phone and looking at the address it was somehow not evident that we have to bypass a few buildings and enter from behind (maybe we do not have good orientation skills)). I would advise the owners to make it more clear, either with the confirmation of the reservation or later using the booking messenger.

• Ivelin (8/5): Might be better - Spacious apartment, nicely furnished, two bedrooms, parking possibility, supermarket on bottom floor, central location. Kitchen equipment was poor - no pots, no cooking trays, no cutlery, apart from few forks and spoons. You can basicaly only boil water and make coffee. Water tap in bathroom was broken, eventhough still working. Wear and tear here and there on the doors and furnishing. Sofa uncomfortable for sitting. No balcony. Apartment was cold. Aircon was switched on only shortly before our arrival and outside was 1 degree. No slippers, which a total no-go. There needs to be some improvement on the above, since it is probably the most expensive accomodation in Lovech.

No reading lamps ; you could read using a ceiling light bulb, but to reach the switch for turning off the light you had to get out of bed which was extremely uncomfortable. They had a coffee machine and offered 2 coffee capsules from the house. If you wanted more coffee you had to go around the whole building to the supermarket, passing a rather unpleasant courtyard . It could be better if the host could offer more than 2 coffee capsules surcharge.

• Roibu (10/5): Exceptional - The room is super nice with modern design and new furniture. It is big and clean. You have free parking nearby and location is close to the city center. 1. As the hotel has an electronic pad for entering the building and a second for entering the room I see they are interested in technology, speed and safety but payment was made at arrival and money have not been taken upfront. I prefer that payment to be done when booking, not at arrival. 2. I believe there was an issue with the security code/pin as someone opened the door of my room late in the night. Either there was a coincidence and they received same code or all rooms have same pin/code or maybe code is not changed after every guest and old guest can reaccess the room. The person that opened the door has then closed the door and entered a neighbour room(with pin/code), thus I think he just wanted to test if same code is viable for multe rooms.
