• Douglas (6/5): Nota 6 - A localização é boa, da pra ir para alguns pontos turísticos de a pé e tem várias lojas ao redor A vizinhança é muito barulhenta, você ouve tudo o que ocorre nos quartos ao redor e de cima. O quarto não entra ventilação e fica de frente para a rua. O chuveiro do banheiro é uma ducha pequena, bem ruim de tomar banho.

First of all, this is not a hotel; it's just a flat in a building with no signage or reception. The room was incredibly dirty and poorly maintained. ​The bed had no duvet, only a thin, filthy bedsheet. I tried contacting the management via the number provided to request a duvet or a blanket, but they completely ignored my messages. There are no staff on-site and no way to make a formal complaint. Do not be fooled by the name—it’s a complete scam. Avoid at all costs!" ​"Everything was disappointing. It's not a hotel, just a dirty flat with no reception or signage. The room was extremely filthy. The bed had no duvet, only a dirty sheet. I messaged the staff for a blanket, but they never replied. No staff on-site and no way to complain. This was my worst experience in England."

• Honore (9/5): Es war für mich ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. - Ich konnte mein Frühstück selbst zubereiten, dass war gut! Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig, es gab keine Zwischefälle. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

• Natalia (7/5): - Die Lage ist ok: nah bis zu Verkehrsmitteln. Auch zum Gherkin. Der Supermarkt war auch in der Nähe Die Schrankregalen im Zimmer waren kaputt, die Türen fehlten auch. In der Küche war es ähnlich. Damit es etwas wärmer im Zimmer ist, haben wir das Bett von der Wand geschoben: viel Staub. Ansonsten war es ok
• Aniek (6/5): Prima voor de prijs, wel oncomfortabel. - De gedeelde badkamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt. De check-in tijd viel erg tegen (15:00 uur). Daarnaast viel de badkamer tegen en werd de prullenbak op onze kamer niet geleegd tussendoor, ookal waren wij hier 4 nachten. Had verwacht dat de housekeeper toch dagelijks even langs zou komen voor een kleine ronde. Ook was er maar 1 badkamer voor 3 kamers en beneden 1 badkamer voor 1 kamer. De keuken was vies.

• Tobias (4/5): Very budget friendly, with matching accomodation - It was fun to not have to deal with a room key, since the doors use code locks, both for the room and the entrance. To rooms were clean upon arrival. The outlets in the wall had usb ports in them, which saved us the hassle of buying an adapter The walls where thin, and the beds were creaky. No real sense of privacy except for the visual one. The backyard had two cute but very competitive cats. The bathrooms were shared and had no real ventilation. This caused the entrance to be very warm and humid after somebody took a shower.

• Léa (3/5): Londre super. Logement horrible, ça nous a gâché le séjour. - Le lit était plutôt confortable et les draps semblaient propres, c’est le seul détail correct lié à notre séjour. Globalement tout ! La chambre était très humide avec une odeur de renfermé affreuse. La salle de bain du haut était inaccessible car certains locataires ne connaissaient pas la notion «d’espace partagé». La salle de bain du bas était également très sale. On peut dire que ce n’est pas forcément la faute du propriétaire mais de ce qui viennent passer le séjour en même temps que nous mais c’est FAUX. Aucun ménage n’est fait. À part vider les poubelles, ET ENCORE ! Les serviettes ne sont pas changées, il faisait une chaleur insoutenable dans la salle de bain avec l’impossibilité de baisser la température. Le sol était sale et ça se voyait à vu d’œil. Vraiment fuyez cet établissement. Un peu plus de 10 minutes pour accéder au métro. Il est annoncé 10 minutes jusqu’au Tower Bridge, c’est vrai en effet si vous ne vous faites pas agressé sur le trajet au vu du quartier !! Nous étions à deux pas de la mosquée, nous étions clairement dans le quartier arabe et ça ce n’est précisé en aucun cas dans l’annonce. Nous étions très déçu.

• Guest (3/5): Barely passable - The lock on the bathroom door is coming off. The shower temperature was erratic, and the shower head kept slipping down the pole. The room which faced onto the main street didn't have any net curtains for privacy. There was no way to get air into the room except to open the window onto the street.

• Jacob (7/5): Good value in a good location with only a few faults - Nicely tucked in between Whitechapel and commercial road, with only a 5-10 min walk to Whitechapel Station with shops dotted around if we needed to get anything Smart TV where we could watch some Youtube Plenty of wardrobe space for our clothes and cosplay items Plenty of towels given for our stay Nice open kitchen and dining room area with cutlery and plates when we got a take away The tv desk had a layer of dust when we arrived, and on top of the wardrobe it was even thicker The shower had clogged hair inside the drainage threatening to flow over at times There was not enough space to dry our towels even with the radiator rack given in the room

Didn’t realise it was a shared bathroom to begin with so that was a bit of a shock when I got there. The place has a tired feel to it which requires a lot of updates to bedding and facilities

• Léa (4/5): Je ne recommanderais pas - Le logement est bien situé, l'arrivée et le départ sont simples grâce aux portes qui s'ouvrent par un code. Le lit était confortable et le linge de maison propre. Les photos ne reflètent pas vraiment la réalité.... Lorsque nous sommes arrivées le premier soir, il n'y avait pas d'électricité dans le logement. Nous avons essayé de joindre à plusieurs reprises les propriétaires, qui ne sont pas sur place, mais qui sont intervenus rapidement pour gérer le problème. Mais nous avons aussi découvert sur place que la salle de bain était partagée avec les autres voyageurs. Les espaces communs étaient sales, surtout la salle de bain et ce malgré le passage des propriétaires qui venaient changer la poubelle etc. Le logement était bruyant. Il n'y avait pas de bouilloire ou autres petits équipements dans la chambre, il fallait se rendre dans la cuisine, également sale. Les portes de l'immeuble et de la chambre s'ouvraient grâce à des codes. Une serrure ou au moins un loquet à la porte de la chambre serait plus rassurant, pour être sûre que personne ne puisse rentrer...

• Mojisola (5/5): I had to adjust my habits which was not nice for me. - The location was nice and good to walk round. I didn't like the fact that i had to share the bathroom. There had been no mention of a shared bath at the point of booking.

• Chine (5/5): - The property wasn’t far from Whitechapel / Aldgate east station so it was easy to get around. There were also many bus stops that can take you to central London easily. The sort of accommodation that is okay to stay at for a night or two but not for a longer stay. It wasn’t clearly mentioned that we had to share bathrooms, and the kitchen equipment seemed dirty / old. We also had noisy neighbors during our stay, and the bed wasn’t really comfortable.

• Manuel (4/5): Falta mucha limpieza. - El personal era muy amable y la respuesta a los mensajes de Booking era rápida. La casa dispone de cuatro habitaciones y dos baños compartidos. Entendemos que, al ser compartidos, los baños pueden no estar siempre impecables; sin embargo, durante los cuatro días de nuestra estancia no se realizó ninguna limpieza. Los baños ya estaban sucios a nuestra llegada y permanecieron en ese estado todo el tiempo. El inodoro (WC) presentaba un aspecto poco higiénico, la mampara de la ducha no cerraba correctamente y la manilla de la puerta del baño estaba prácticamente desprendida, sin que se realizara reparación alguna. La papelera del baño permaneció llena durante toda la estancia. Durante nuestra estancia llegaron y se marcharon otros huéspedes que ocuparon diferentes habitaciones, pero tampoco en esos casos se realizó limpieza alguna de los baños ni de las zonas comunes. Las camas resultaron cómodas y las sábanas estaban limpias, aunque se apreciaba una capa de polvo considerable sobre los muebles y la televisión, lo que sugiere una limpieza superficial. En la cocina había un sofá con manchas visibles y un mal aspecto general, lo que generaba desconfianza respecto a la limpieza del espacio. Por ese motivo, preferimos no utilizar la cocina durante nuestra estancia.

The host was helpful by letting us leave the luggage 2 hours in advance of our check-in time; also they responded quickly due to the light issues. Room was not cleaned during our stay even once. Also during first day the neighbours were so loud - it seemed they were playing cards or drank alcohol or something worse.

• Thom (7/5): Handy location for Aldgate tube and Brick Lane. Comfortable for a night or two. Great value! - Check in and out was super easy. The room had a desk, fan and big double bed. There was space to hang your clothes and a chair. It was pretty hot in London so I ran the fan in the night, but pretty comfortable. The kitchen downstairs was well equipped and the shower in the shared bathroom (upstairs) was surprisingly good. No complaints really. Took me a couple of attempts to get in the front door but likely my fault. There wasn't a lot of soundproofing between the rooms, so if you had someone noisy next door that could be a problem.

I had to dust all home furniture to put my things down and I had to clean the bathroom (very dirty). It's necessary to vacuum the floor between the guests, my dear...the floor was full of dirt. If you want to rent a room, you must clean it!!!!!

• Silvia (2/5): Very poor - Nothing. I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The installation throughout the property was extremely poor—there were broken light fixtures, (TV did not work). It felt like the hotel hasn’t been maintained in years. Nothing to do with the pictures. The cleanliness was equally bad. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in. I found dust on the furniture, in the bathroom. It’s clear that the cleaning staff either doesn’t do a thorough job. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless they seriously improve their maintenance and cleanliness standards

• Santiago (4/5): Dissapointing Experience - It is well located close to restaurants, a super market and an underground station. The place was far from clean. The ground floor toilet remained dirty for two days, the bathroom floor downstairs was covered in hair, and there were two filthy sponges beside the hot tub, likely used to clean it. The walls are so thin that I could hear the neighbors breathing. They were also rude, slamming doors loudly in the middle of the night, presumably while going to the toilet. The 10 a.m. checkout time is unreasonably early, especially considering the 5 p.m. check-in. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
• Thea (7/5): Easy access and nice :) - Easy access and nice with the possibility to use the kitchen. Good they changed the codes whenever someone moved out, felt safe the entire stay. 10 Minute walk from the underground stations with a grocery store close, which was very appriciated. It's bare minimum, but it is nice. My sheets had one or two stains but was clearly washed so didn't bother me too much. The walls are quite thin so you hear people clearly coming and going but definetly not too big of a deal.

• Nicole (5/5): Another guest had my room booking - It was a good location and you could essentially pretend you lived there which was nice. Bathroom was fine, the cleanliness is more dependent on the other guests as it's shared rather than cleaners or anything. Unfortunately I do not think I'll go back - on day two another guest was able to fully enter my room with all the correct access codes while I was there. Luckily I was in and only sitting at the desk and the other person was fairly relaxed after both our initial realisations that the room had been double booked. I wasn't keen on how easily another person could have each code and enter the room and how little I could do about it. Thankfully the hosts picked up the phone to solve it, but it does make me hesitant to go back.

The bathrooms were kept clean, slight mold on the edges of the shower but that’s inevitable when it’s never given a chance to dry due to use. We were greeted by the housekeeper on arrival who was very friendly and showed us where our room was. The room felt safe and secure, the room was spotless. Unfortunately due to the football being on we had loud neighbours that kept us awake, and when attempting to use the tv it wouldn’t play anything. Which for us wasn’t a big deal as we just wanted to put it on whilst we got ready but might bother others.

• Sarah (9/5): Good value for clean and quiet accommodation. - A quiet and cute street which was nice for sleeping but still very near to vibrant neighborhood restaurants, multiple transport options, shopping, the Whitechapel Art Gallery, Spitalfields Market not far. Comfy beds, access to a kitchen, and just what we needed for a few days' stay.

• Katerina (6/5): Pleasant - The room was simple, clean and tidy, check in was easy and the location was perfect. We had no disturbance from neighbours and the double keypad lock system was extra safe. The only think I would comment on is the bathroom shower next to our room had alternating scolding and freezing water and it was impossible to have a good shower. The downstairs bathroom though was fine. Door handle to our room came off at some point of our stay which was also worrying. Otherwise, this was absolutely fine for a work trip on a budget.

• Kamil (9/5): Superb - The price to quality is perfect for me, don't forget it's London ;) I don't know if it can be cheaper, so if anybody is looking for a budget room, I highly recommend it. Kitchen equipped with everything you need, in the room hairdryer, iron, TV, etc. I was too early, but there was no problem with leaving my suitcase, and even wait, because the housekeeper was on site at that moment and very helpful.
• Darren (7/5): Clean, convenient and great value. - Room was clean, good location. It is a bonus that there were things like shaving foam, toothpaste and shower gel provided, that helps a lot. Iron available and the usual cooking facilities etc.
