• Ian (8/5): A pleasant stay and a nice way to start our holiday. - For our one night stay in Milan the property was ideally located near the train station and with a wide selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Photo representation of the site where the accommodation is.
• Margaret (5/5): - was clean, air cond, building itself was nice, owners were nice but not chatty, however the owner did point me in the right direction to a shortcut to the train station the cafe closed on a tuesday night by 8.30 although i thought the owners said 10 pm, no view - window opened onto an alcove with motorbikes parked there, no english speaking TV channels, the bathtowels were like sandpaper - old and washed too many times, the handle on the shower screen door was falling off, couldlnt wash my hair as only shampoo provided and need conditioner, it certainly has potential with a bit of a upgrade

• Heather (8/5): A nice little guest room very close to the train station - super clean and comfy, pretty courtyard, good shower, great mattresses, working tv, wifi and hair dryer. Location only one block from the train station was excellent. Owner met us and showed us in and is readily available in the cafe next door if any issues. Also a handy little market store right next door. Appreciated that this location allows checkin from 1 pm on which gave us a few extra hours of exploring without having to try to store our luggage somewhere. Bath towels provided could use improvement in quantity and quality. Room quarters were a little tight. The way in which the info on breakfast at the cafe was written made me assume that breakfast was included which is was not. In my opinion, just a little bit misleading in how that was written up.

• Claudio (9/5): - Cerca de la Estación Central. Muy cómodo para recorrer Milán. Habitación cómoda, limpia, con baño amplio y buena ducha. La cama y las almohadas están muy bien. Muy amable la atención de Gina y su esposo. La recepción se hace en el bar de al lado, pero son 5 pasos y no es ningún problema.

• Lorenzo (8/5): struttura molto comoda per chi deve fermarsi per solamente una notte. - Il servizio, i proprietari sia moglie che marito sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno accolto benissimo, abbiamo pure mangiato nel loro ristorante, cibo apprezzatissimo, era davo squisito nulla, era tutto come da descrizione.

• Guest (9/5): - We stayed for 3 nights, and the location was excellent—only a 3-minute walk to Milano Centrale. The room was clean and warm, with two beds, a small fridge, a compact wardrobe, and a private bathroom. There was also a shared area in the hallway with a kettle and coffee available for everyone. However, on the first day there were no towels provided for showering. They brought them only on the second day and didn’t replace them afterward. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but this detail could definitely be improved.
• Abigail (10/5): Lovely stay in amazing location - The owners were very kind about our late arrival, and very accommodating all round. The hotel is incredibly close to the station which is a real bonus, but is set in a quiet and delightful courtyard. Highly recommended

• Ayaka (8/5): ロケーションと人が親切！ - ロケーションが良く、ミラノ中央駅の出口を出てからは徒歩3分でした。夜に着いて、正直治安はいいとは言えませんが、まあ新宿歌舞伎町ー新大久保くらいのイメージです。セルフチェックインでは木のドアでチャイムを鳴らすよう指示されますが、同じブロックに同じドアがいくつかあるので、ドアの上にある番号をみて31番を選んでください。レストランの隣を必死に押して開かない〜となり、ホテルサイドに電話したり(優しかった)大変でしたが、場所を間違えていました(恥)。中にはいったら今度はキーボックスを探すのに一苦労。木のドアから入ったら、左手のガラスのドアに入り、数段階段を登って右手のドアの左隅に黒いボックスがあるのでそれがキーボックスです。 部屋は綺麗で可愛くて、事前に言っていたので朝ごはん(大量)がありました。同行者は時間があったので通常のモーニングを食べに行きましたが、バイキングによくある朝ごはんを全て通常量で用意しました、みたいなのを食べてました。 お水はペットボトルを置いてくれています。コンセントはランプを抜いて使いました。1ベットに付き1つと思った方がいいです。 シャワーは水勢は問題ありませんでしたが、温度調整が難しかったです。シャンプーとボディソープはこれ備え付け？前の人が置いていったやつ？というものだったので持っていくといいかも。ドライヤーはありましたがコンディショナーと洗顔はありませんでした。 タオルはバスタオルとフェイスタオルが一人ひとつずつです。 とにかくロケーションが良かったのと、私がポンコツなのにホテルの人が親切でとてもありがたかったです。

• J (9/5): Excellent location, terrific hosts, great breakfast. - A very short walk from Milano Centrale. The owners operate the bar two doors over. Convenient for the train, bus and Metro. The Duomo is on the yellow line, 4 stops away. A substantial breakfast is taken at the bar, except for Sunday when it is in your room. The three rooms require going thru the main entrance thru a courtyard, up a few stairs to a locked door which leads to a corridor that has a bar fridge with beverages, instant coffee and tea, kettle and supply of water. The in room bar fridge is stocked with water, soft drinks and fruit drinks which are for the guests. A substantial breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal, toast, coffee/tea, croissants, grilled cheese sandwich, yogurt and fruit drinks. We enjoyed our conversations with the hosts Gina and Pasquale.
• yumiko (7/5): 特に問題無し。 - シンプルな部屋の造りです。家具はどれもかなり古いが、特に問題は無し。 ペットボトル水も部屋の外の冷蔵庫に入っていて、取り放題です。 最終日、朝早い出発だったので、朝食は1時間早めに用意をしてくれて、助かりました。 コップなどはすべて部屋の外に備えられていて、いちいち取りに行かなくてはいけない。　タオル類は硬くて、体を拭くのが痛かった。ドライヤーはイマイチ。
• HAI TAO (6/5): - 位置:超级方便，离火车站近，步行5分钟左右到达，附近有m1.m3地铁口 设施：基本房间在1楼，前面是个小花园，但是凌晨四点就有人在拖垃圾桶，持续了一个小时，导致一直无法入睡，干脆起床去了大教堂，房间钥匙多，比较旧，毛巾也是很旧的 早餐：超级丰富,有咖啡，三明治，酸奶，麦片，牛角包是我吃过最松脆的，还打包了果汁
• Daniela (7/5): Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo - Il letto comodo, la doccia spaziosa, il frigo in camera con acqua e succhi, la gentilezza dei gestori. La stanza era un po' troppo piccola e gli asciugamani troppo duri (asciugati probabilmente all'aria aperta e non in asciugatrice).
• Kerrie (8/5): Basic hotel that was more than adequate for our 1 night stay in Milan - The room was nice. The hotel is very close to Milan Central train station so very convenient for travellers. The included breakfast was lovely and plenty of food. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. It’s an old hotel but clean and comfy. Our room was fine. I don’t really have any complaints

• Hugh (6/5): Disappointing - Very near the railway station Advertised to have a bar and restaurant. No bar… there was a restaurant in the same street but not part of the accommodation. Room was adequate.
• Annelies (9/5): Perfecte locatie bij Milano Centrale - Op doorreis via Milaan is dit wel het meest practische adres: je stapt het station uit en staat al bijna voor de deur. Als de grote oude deur open gaat sta je in een prachtige laat 19e eeuwse hal met lambrisering en een binnenplaats met prachtige planten. Ook de trap en voordeur van het appartement zijn schitterend. De kamer is eenvoudig en gehorig. Er was een liefdevol gemaakt ontbijtje op de kamer. Er waren in de buurt legio restaurantjes voor het avondeten. Aanrader Het was erg gehorig.

• Rydså (3/5): - Vi rakk ikke frokost pga tidlig avreise. Beliggenheten er bra. Like ved Milano Centrale og en ganske stille gate. Rom mot bakgård. Det var rent. Rommet hadde eget bad og det var vannkoker i korridoren. Innsjekking kun mellom 12 og 19 i en kafe like ved. Tungvint innsjekking, papir og skriving for hånd som tok lang tid. De snakket kun italiensk. Ingen resepsjon etter kl 19. For å komme til rommet var det fire dører med ulike nøkler. Rommet var enkelt utstyrt.

• SHANNON (10/5): Hospitable, comfortable place to stay with a nice take away breakfast:) - Quiet. Very close to the train and bus station to milan airport. Tea and coffee facilities and good internet and twin beds and shower. We had to leave early and the hostess made us a nice breakfast at night. I have issues with strong detergent smells and would have preferred less fragrance in the sheets and entry hall- but most would probably prefer this. It sure smells clean!

• Saho (8/5): Convenient because it is close to the station. Breakfast is the best. - Breakfast at the cafe is the best. Croissants, cheese sandwiches, fruits, yoghurt, and coffee were also delicious. The staff was also kind and told me the best route for sightseeing in Milan. The shower was relatively small and the water leaked out from the area. All the outlets were loose and difficult to use.
• Sophia (10/5): Absoluter Geheimtipp, um in Mailand kostengünstig zu übernachten und ein gutes Frühstück inklusive zu erhalten. - Nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Personal ist total nett und führt einen bis aufs Zimmer und erklärt alles Notwendige. Das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig und es gibt kostenlose Getränke auf dem Zimmer und auf dem Flur. Es ist sehr sauber und das Zimmer wird täglich aufgeräumt und der Müll entleert. Man fühlt sich durch das Abschließen aller Türen auf dem Weg zum Zimmer sehr sicher. Die Fenster und Fensterladen isolieren sehr gut die Geräusche von der Straße. Für die Lage ist es ruhig. Für zwei Personen leider eine Steckdose zum Geräteaufladen zu wenig, aber man kommt auch so klar.

• Evelyn (10/5): Excellent Place beside the Station - This hotel was perfect in every respect for us. It is just around the corner from the Central Station. The owners are super friendly. You check in at the cafe next door. The room had everything we needed, hairdryer tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, cool bottled water etc. The owners went above and beyond when we told them we had to leave early the following morning. They prepared a super, plentiful breakfast for us for the following morning including yoghurt, cheese, toasts, croissant, bananas and more. We were able to have it when we wanted in our own room. We would certainly return on our next trip. Absolutely nothing.

• Liam (6/5): Not great - did not meet expectations and is certainly not wheelchair accessible - Great location - we needed it near the train station. They did move us into a bigger room for the second of our two night stay. Accommodation was not wheelchair accessible. I had to take my 81 year mother up a flight of stairs ourr of her wheelchair. She has very limited mobility. We asked could we check out later to allow me store bags in the train station and take my mum over after but there was a charge that we felt was just too much given the situation. Checkout was 10am and when we went to get breakfast in the cafe / bar next door he refused saying breakfast was over - we werent awake we had to be in by 10am. All he would offer was coffee. We went elsewhere!!

Quelques briques de jus de fruits périmés étaient disponibles. Les serviettes n'étaient pas lavées. L'entrée était sombre. Nous avons passé une demi-heure à chercher les clés pour entrer.

• Ruth (8/5): Very good - Close to the station, friendly owners who were very accommodating to my late arrival and early departure times (even provided a packed breakfast to put in the fridge as I’d be too early for the cafe they run next door). Accommodation is basic but clean and comfortable. Small issues require maintenance/updating - shower screen leaks next to toilet so I had to mop up a big puddle with bath mat after showering. Electric socket by the bed did not hold my plug securely so I had to prop it up on a book - lamp on same side nearest the door has a loose connection. These are easy fixes which I hope the owners will make.

Accessed through a charming courtyard, it was quiet a night considering it is so close to the Central Station. Breakfast in the cafe next door was lovely. Nothing really - I liked it here
