• Maric (1/5): Unwelcoming and rude staff - Upon my arrival, I was unable to check in as you had to have internet connection to do so. The staff was extremely unwelcoming and did not want to help me with the check in process. After begging them for help, they said that they would meet me but no one showed up and the only reason as to how I got into the building is because a resident let me in. Extremely uncaring and rude staff, I’m disappointed.

• Nino (7/5): - A clean and comfortable apartment. A secure courtyard. The metro is right at the entrance of the building, which is very convenient for getting around. The mattress and pillows are not comfortable; they are very hard. It would also be good to provide a mosquito repellent device, as we were bitten a lot by mosquitoes. The bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy, so we couldn’t use it.

• Claudia (8/5): The most stylish and well located Milan apartment with the trickiest entry instructions EVER! - This is a nicely maintained and stylish room that forms part of a group of apartments that caters to tourists. The apartment is well appointed, clean, and has a spacious bathroom, fluffy towels, a comfortable bed with soft linens, and lovely furnishings + TV. The apartment is also nicely quiet at night so you can get a really good night's rest. The real value is also in how easy it is to get around the city from this place: the M1 line is literally RIGHT next to the apartment building's street entrance, which makes it incredibly valuable for getting around the city without having to walk too far from the metro station. As a solo traveler, I loved the safety and convenience. The elevator is truly a coffin--I was able to fit my large suitcase and myself, but it was a VERY tight fit. The elevator is also only available from the first floor landing, so if you have heavy luggage, know that you will have to carry it up a flight of stairs (about 10 steps). Additionally, as many people state in prior comments, the entry into the building (from the street) and the door to the lobby for all the apartments is COMPLEX when you first arrive. For the entry into the building from the street: GOOD LUCK. The owners send some instructions after you check in and pay the city tax (the first time I stayed I only got instructions, the second time I stayed I got Whatsapp pictures with more detailed instruction). Bottomline: both times none of it worked. They ask about 5G internet access...I'm not sure what that has anything to do with it. I have traveled around the world with an AT&T international plan AND the internet in the apartment worked just fine...the issue was not phone connectivity, it is simply the method to wirelessly unlock that building door does not work (or at least never worked for me). Both times I stayed, someone from the inside of the building (usually other tourists staying in other Airbnbs) happened to be leaving and were able to open the door for me. I raised this issue with the owner via Whatsapp, and I never got the impression any changes were being made...it doesn't seem like they had any interest in helping in-person if you have any issues. If you arrive late at night to this place with luggage, beware of this! I will say, after you obtain the keys from the lockbox (with the key to the building, key to the lobby for their group of apartments, and then the key to your individual apartment) this becomes less of an issue, although I will say the locks all have tricks to them (like turning 3 times for the lobby door or knowing where exactly the key fits into the key hole)...
• Lorena (9/5): Bom custo benefício em otima localização - O quarto e banheiro estavam bem limpos, roupas de cama de toalhas bem cheirosas. O banheiro tem um bom tamanho, box espaçoso e chuveiro muito bom. O quarto não é grande, mas foi o suficiente para uma estadia rápida. Não há muito espaço para abrir malas, então se está viajando com muita bagagem ou malas grandes terá dificuldade. A localização é otima. Em frente à estacao de metro que leva direto à Duomo. Muitos restaurantes, lojas, mercados, etc. A cama era um pouco firme e os travesseiros também. Se fosse ficar mais dias provavelmentw teria problemas com isso, para duas noite deu pra descansar. Não há amenities como informado, apenas sabonete liquido disponivel. Poderia ter mais utensilio disponivel, havia apenas xicaras e uma colher, mas se pegar algo para lanchar no quarto não ha um pratinho, talheres ou um copo para auxiliar.

Its an economic stay for a city like Milan, positioned in a safe, young and central neighbourhood. The hair dryer is one those old types that takes 6 hours to dry your hair. Otherwise all was perfect.

Prima di tutto che quando sono arrivata non funzionava l'apertura del portone...ho provato in vari modi ho provato a contattare la struttura e non mi rispondeva nessuno addirittura risultava spento dopo un po molto tempo sono riuscita ad entrare grazie ad una persona che usciva dal portone...e finalmente entrare in camera...mi hanno contattato dopo 3 ore...per tt ciò è impensabile...

• Jacqueline (9/5): Great location. Lovely apartment - Fantastic location right by a Metro stop on M1 and in a lovely part of Milan. 3 stops to the cathedral. 25 mins to Linate. A really big, comfortable apartment with excellent bathroom and a window that opens onto a small balcony. Really nicely decorated. The air-conditioning worked a little too well, and we found the fan quite fierce. Couldn't figure how to adjust the fan but sure it's possible. The instructions on how to get in are a bit complicated, but obvious when you know how.

I think this is rather lazy of the office staff not to change the informs and photo.
• Andrea (10/5): Charmante, saubere, gut gelegene Wohnung. - Die Unterkunft hat einen besonderen Charme. Altbau mitten in Mailand. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Aus dem Fenster sieht man in den Innenhof und zeitgleich in die anderen Wohnungen, es ist dadurch sehr hellhörig und teilweise laut. Die angegebene Wegbeschreibung ist offensichtlich nicht richtig - man steht vor einem anderen Gebäude. Aber nach kurzer Suche auf booking findet man die richtige Adresse.

• Omie (8/5): Great location and value for money. - The location is great! You can pretty much walk to Duomo and other sites. The room itself is big enough for two people, but no more. The bed is very comfortable. Slept like a baby! It's a bit harder to find but the staff help you get in without issues. The elevator is tiny as well, so taking flights of stairs is required.

Unfortunately they did not provide the check-in details, so I was standing on their doorway at 10pm, with suitcase in hand, while no one responded to the messages or phone. I had to find another hotel. A complete nightmare. This is why a hotel is a much better option.
• Melissa (8/5): Clean, comfy and safe! - Located right next to Metro, easy to get around Milan. Room was clean and great for one night stay. Host was very accommodating via WhatsApp and provided great directions. Entering the property was a little confusing. Lift was after a short flight of stairs.

The building is really not nice, the elevator super small and old, plus you have to walk some stairs before getting to the elevator. The room had a weird “private” door (locked) inside the bathroom that was a bit weird and did not make me feel comfortable. Who has the keys? Where does this go ? There is no place to leave the suitcases, so as of the check out (at 11am!!) you have to find a place to leave them which is pretty annoying when paying close to a 200 euros per night.

To be made aware of very small lift. Not a problem but did mean two people and bags could not go all together. Check-in was quite complicated which could be a challenge for some people.
• Brigitte (10/5): Lovely place for short stay - Nice designerly things that were all easy and comfortable to use. Great wall paper. Wonderful bathroom and comfy beds. Very grateful for self check in as we arrived late in Milan. The apartment is on a main road with cars and trams, no problem with noise if you close the door, but we didn't feel like lingering on the balcony.

Please UPDATE the pictures as we were lost at the beginning and after a few tries we managed to find and open the door. Quite complicated but somehow manageable

• Elena (9/5): Overall an enjoyable stay :) - Location is top - walking distance to Gare Centrale, metro M1 2 steps from the entrance door, several tram options, walkable to tourists attractions. Beautiful design with a light vintage vibe. Very spacious and comfortable. Kettle was weird, hairdryer is really old style one. Iron and iron board will be a great addition to this property. It is located in an older building and elevator is really narrow, barely fitted 2 people with cabin luggage.
• Galsinvany (1/5): Never again to auto check-in!! - location is next to a metro station Booking this place was a big mistake. We wasted two hours just trying to locate the building and the room. There were no signs anywhere, no one answered the phone, and there was no one around to help. They rely on an "automated" check-in system, but it failed to send us the overly long and exhausting instructions in advance. After all the frustration, we finally found the room—inside a subdivided apartment, with a creaky wooden floor that sounded straight out of a horror movie. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
