• Federico (4/5): Scegli questo alloggio solo se ti serve essere vicino a NDK a scapito di pulizia e servizi - La posizione dell'alloggio è ottima, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da NDK, criterio che ho maggiormente tenuto in considerazione in fase di prenotazione. Lì vicino c'è Vitosha Blvd. con tanti negozi, ristoranti e h24. La mia camera (nr. 5) aveva luce principale e serratura non funzionante, costringendomi a passare diversi minuti a provare a girare la chiave nella toppa, che risultava quasi sempre bloccata in fase di chiusura dall'esterno. L'assenza di luce artificiale principale funzionante mi ha costretto spesso a usare quella del bagno per illuminare anche la stanza principale, con risultati insufficienti. Le ante dell'armadio, inoltre vibravano sbattendo contro la struttura dell'armadio stesso a ogni passo nella stanza, causando un fastidioso e continuo sottofondo. Le persiane senza tendine non schermavano la luce quindi a prima mattina la camera era difficile dormire. Le foto non corrispondono alle effettive fattezze dell'alloggio. Il pagamento è avvenuto in contanti (Lev) presso la struttura, costringendomi quindi a cambiare gli euro contanti che avevo portato, senza adeguato preavviso.

• Ilya (7/5): - The location is great. There is no obvious way to leave the key to check out: the key is necessary to open the outer door but there seems to be nowhere to drop it. No instructions are provided. I left the key in the door and someone helped me out.

• Valerio (1/5): Pessimo - Gestito da un vecchio inzallanuto che, oltre a non averci fatto fare colazione, si è rifiutato anche di farci un caffè per cambiare il sapore della bocca. I bagni erano dei "buchi". Ci hanno dato una saponetta schifosa per pulirci. Non c'è stato cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani

• Panos (8/5): - Το κατάλυμα σε σχέση με την τιμή του και με δεδομένο ότι βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία (στην καρδιά του κέντρου) είναι πολύ καλό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά καθαρό και οι δύο ιδιοκτήτες ευγενικοι προς εμένα και πρόθυμοι να με εξυπηρετήσουν στο οτιδήποτε.. Το μόνο πρόβλημα ήταν ότι ο ένας ιδιοκτήτης εκ των δύο (ο άντρας) προφανώς μαλώνοντας με κάποιο άλλο άτομο, φώναζε πάρα πολύ δυνατά και ακουγόταν ενοχλητικά στο δωμάτιο. Δεν συνέβαινε αυτό το πράγμα ώρες κοινής ησυχίας, αλλά και πάλι, να ακούς δυνατές φωνές, ενώ βρίσκεσαι σε ηρεμία διακοπών δεν είναι ότι καλύτερο.

• Петър (8/5): около НДК - Чудесно местоположение, в центъра на София, на около 3 минути пеша от метростанция. Идеално място за преспиване след концерт или преди ранно пътуване. Всичко беше на нивото на цената и на очакванията според конкретната нужда.

• Barbara (4/5): Na 1 noc z braku laku - Lokalizacja to największy plus, miejsce z potencjałem, ale wymaga małych inwestycji np w nowa pościel, poszewki, koszt niewielki a znacznie poprawi komfort, blisko bulwaru vitosha, łatwo znaleźć idąc od bulwaru i przy sklepie A1 skręcić w boczną uliczke i jesteśmy na miejscu, lokalizacja to największy plus bo blisko do centrum i atrakcji turystycznych, wifi działa, ciepła woda w prysznicu Obiekt wymaga zdecydowanie odnowienia, było bardzo zimno, nie działało ogrzewanie, klimatyzacja, TV, niezbyt czysta pościel, włosy, generalnie czasy świetności wyposażenie ma zdecydowanie za sobą, prysznic w umywalce, więc podczas brania prysznica cała łazienka zalana, ogólnie wszystkie negatywne opinie są prawdziwe, polecam jedynie że wzgl na lokalizacje (bo jest świetna, natomiast bez inwestycji nawet tak dobra lokalizacja się nie obroni) dla osób które mają bardzo bardzo niskie wymagania, zestaw kosmetyków to jedynie mydełko, nie ma suszarki, kobietom odradzam, lepiej dołożyć kilka euro więcej i mieć bardziej komfortowe warunki, trzymam kciuki za obiekt, bo ma potencjał, kwestia żeby został w porę dostrzeżony i niezbędne inwestycje poczynione, pozdrawiam, wszystkiego dobrego!

• Hristo (9/5): A bargain in the heart of Sofia! - The location is perfect, a few steps away from the pedestrian jewel of Sofia - Vitosha boulevard and the National "Palace of Culture. Yet, the guest house is located in a quiet residential area. If you have some heavy suitcases, going upstairs without an elevator can be a challenge but if you travel light, it is not an issue.

• Ekaterina (1/5): Unsatisfactory - The only good thing about this place is the location. Very close to National palace of culture, so if that's what you want - go for it. The room was dirty, there were crisps crumbs on the bed 😑 also, the whole building smells of cigarettes. The shower is leaking every time you use the sink. Since I'm obsessed with disinfection, you can see what came out of part of the furniture.

• Мирославвв (10/5): - Мястото е чудесно за няколко нощувки. Има собствена баня стаята. По-централно няма как да е. На 5 минутки е от метрото. На тихо място е. Входът за сградата е през двора , откъм гърба. Иначе наоколо е синя зона, който е с кола, може да има проблеми с паркирането.

• Вяра (5/5): Ниска цена, но и ниско качество - Локацията беше Топ! Малко мизерно си беше, не много чисто, чаршафите доста захабени. Цената наистина беше доста по-ниска от останалите за тази локация, но все пак върху хигиената може да се поработи.

The position of the guesthouse is optimal, easy to reach from airport with public transport. Our room probably was and ex smoking room so there was a strong smell of smoke

The linens and towels provided were very old, used too many times.. Even though it was fixed after a request, there was a problem with the water draining in the bathroom.

I am not a very demanding traveller, I just look for clean and practical accommodation, but I would not recommend this place. It is cheap but not worth the price. Zero hygiene! There were cockroaches coming out of the bathroom pipes and very bad smell. Dust and spider nets everywhere. Some electrical outlets and night lamp didn´t work. Visibly old and torn apart linen and towels with stains on them. Pillows were "fixed" with sticky tape. Be careful because the door does not close properly and people can peek into the room from the entrance hall even when the door is closed and locked. One of the windows also did not close properly. Overall bad stay because of the lack of cleanliness. Choose another place, trust me!

• Bruna (1/5): I know it’s cheap, but trust me, it is not worth it - The location, thats it. This MAY work for you if you don’t plan on taking showers there. I don’t want to be rude, but there are some things that are unacceptable regardless of your budget. When I arrived at the property, BOTH of the beds in my room had a nasty bed sheet with someone else’s hair there. The bed was awful, the room was smelly, everything had dust and the host (who barely speaks english) started complaining because I wanted to pay for my stay with credit card. Every time he asked me for payment I said that I was only willing to pay via card and he started to stress and higher the tone saying that I’d need to pay with cash and that I needed to get it from an ATM machine somewhere close to the property. The heater had so much dust that I couldn’t turn it on, also, my window wouldn’t close completely, so I had a freezing night. On the second day I set the boundaries of my dignity and ran away from that place. When I left, the host wasn’t there — He also wasn’t there to receive a couple that had arrived — when I was walking away he simply came out of nowhere asking me when I would get the cash to pay him, I said that I wanted to pay with card and he complained again. Then a series of harassment via Booking message started, he started to text as if I was not going to pay for my stay and that he advised me to go back and pay otherwise he would “file a complaint” and I would have serious trouble. I said that if he had a bunch of stickers on the reception saying that he accepted card, he needed to accept card… To short the story, I managed to pay and everything went well but it was a nightmare and I don’t wish that to anyone, specially if you are a woman traveling alone.

• Kristifor (10/5): Perfect place, and great hospitality - We absolutely love this place! The location was amazing and the place itself was super clean. The elderly man who runs the place was incredibly friendly and gave us the warmest welcome. If you ever find yourself in Sofija, you have to check out this place for sure! Nothing, everything was great!
