• NK (1/5): Misleading pictures - Cheap if you stay with a big group Unfortunately the pictures must be 5-10 years old and do not paint an accurate picture of the current state of the house. the house is in very run down condition. We found cockroaches in the kitchen, the carpet had many stains, place was very unclean for Japanese standards etc.

• Sze Nga (10/5): 整體感覺良好 - 交通方便，有三個洗手間，樓上樓下也有，不用爭。 房間也多，可以一人一間房。 雪櫃夠大，真的這個跟酒店沒法比！ 屋外有垃圾箱，垃圾滿了，只要包裝好，就可以放在那裏！ 有機會應該會再來住宿！ 朝早有時比較吵，但不太影響！

• Yui (10/5): コスパよし。快適な宿泊施設。 - ・清潔。特に水回りが綺麗にリフォームされていて、非常に使いやすかったです。 ・トイレと洗面台が2階にもあったのが非常によかったです。 ・部屋も大小の寝室にわかれており、それぞれリラックスして過ごせました。また、今回子連れだったのですが、1階の寝室は高さのないベッドだったので、子供の落下を気にせず過ごせて、非常にありがたかったです。 ・駅に近い上に、駅周りには２４時間営業の飲食店、コンビニ、ドラッグストアが揃っており、必要なものはすぐに買いに行けたので、不自由なく過ごせました。 ・フローリングが冷たく、底冷えがしました。 ・宿の場所が路地裏にあり、初めは1人で出歩くのが怖かったです。ただ、慣れたら平気でした。 ・風呂のお湯はりの仕方がわからず、浴槽から溢れるほどお湯がたまってしまいました。また、風呂桶があったらいいと思いました。

Disekitar apartemen ada SeVel, toko kelontong dan yg terpenting buat kami terdapat toko halal food disekitar apartement, sehingga kami sekeluarga bisa masak untuk sarapan dan makan malam. Pemilik sangat komunikatif dan fast response. Lokasi terbaik untuk menginap dan akan kembali lagi jika kami berlibur.
• Michael (9/5): - Good value for money for a large group, location very convenient. Could use a bit of an update and somewhere to hang towels when 9 people are staying. If one of the two toilets upstairs was a shower that would be super helpful. More seating in the living area would also be helpful
• DiCKY (9/5): 很好的酒店 - 去過幾次東京我最喜歡這間民宿酒店 由機場坐skyliner到日暮裡再轉1個JR三河島站到酒店附近加上屋主好貼心有埋相片圖教我們到酒店只需步行幾分鐘就到交通非常方便附近更有多間食肆便利店同超市、屋內更有四間房間又有三個獨立洗手間後備被鋪床墊十分足夠可以多人同住、屋內設備十分齊全地方又乾淨整齊企理、我們最欣賞部洗衣機操作簡單又有乾衣功能夜晚洗完衫早上可以即刻著超正加上屋主很好人有問別答 我下次再來東京(希望可以)、(一定）再租這間民宿酒店 只係朋友覺得床褥太軟 我就無問題

• Kinga (10/5): Wonderful stay - Fantastic location, only minutes from the metro line with easy access to anywhere in the city. There are also several shops in the vicinity, offering anything you could need. The accommodation itself is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable. There are 3 toilets which are handy as we were 7 adults. Nothing really we just wish there was one more shower but it's really not important.
• Timie (9/5): Superb - Our stay at this Tokyo apartment was fantastic! The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the train station, which made it easy to explore the city. We also appreciated having convenience stores and a supermarket so close by. Everything we needed was within reach. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming atmosphere. It really felt like a home away from home. We had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and it was a great place to come back to after a full day of sightseeing. The host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo. Highly recommended!

• Emily (8/5): A great choice for a larger family visiting Tokyo, close to the station. - A huge space for a family of 5 - we could have easily fit more people in the accomodation. It was a quick walk to the train station, a grocery store and 7-Eleven. The owners were easily contactable and responded quickly at all times. While it had a washing machine, it had no dryer or anywhere to hang clothes inside or outside. It also could have been cleaner than it was.
• Lijie (7/5): Good - The accommodation is conveniently located with supermarkets nearby. The price is also very reasonable. The sink and bathroom have mold. There's a lingering smell of cooking oil in the room, and the floor hasn't been cleaned properly.
• Jiahao (9/5): Superb - Pocket wifi was Amazing, it was stronger than the sakuramobile pocket wifi we rented. Really Spacious house for 7 people, not enough seating for everyone in the living room. 3 Toilets Wished there were more clothes hangers and places to hang our laundry. Only One Shower
