• John (7/5): Outstand location, comfortable, clean room. Wish there was an elevator. - Fantastic location inside the Plaka. Very professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast arrangement at a restaurant across the street from the hotel. Only reason I didn't give all excellent ratings is because there is no elevator and my room was on the 3rd floor. Even thought they carried my luggage up and down after checking in and at checking out, climbing 3 flights of stairs every time going in or out was very inconvenient.

They also helped order a taxi to the airport. Overall, I loved the experience and will be back whenever I visit Athens again!

If you were a person who didn’t like noise. You are in the centre of tourism. I love to hear the busy street outside so I was fine.

In the centre of plaka area of Athens. 7 minutes walking distance from Ermou street, the main shopping street of Athens. Kitchen area available to take water, make coffee and tea which was super convenient. not very sound proofing from sounds inside the building but good sound proofing from outside noise

• Rosalea Maud Donaldson (10/5): - Great location, right in the middle of Plaka and an easy walk to Syntagma metro station and tourist attractions. Facilities were clean. Staff were very friendly and room was kept very clean every day. No street noise. Cosy room and seperate shared kitchen area that was well stocked and tidy. Aircon was fantastic! Other patrons coming in late was very loud on the wood floors, with the old doors making loud noises in the night. I'd advise patrons to be mindful of the noises they make in the interest of fellow guests. Not a huge issue at all, just something to be mindful of if you are a light sleeper.
• Randall (6/5): Nice place, but difficult access - Great location, but Taxi's could not really access it. The stairs made this location nearly non-viable for those with large bags. The steepest staircase I have ever seen, with no elevator. Otherwise this was a lovely property.
• Kathlen (10/5): Perfect stay adding pictures from the balcony. - The hotel had so much character and charm. The location was perfect, restaurants and shopping literally right outside the door. The Acropolis, Forum and Agora are all within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and responsive in coordinating taxis to and from the airport. I would definitely stay in the same place if I’m ever back in Athens.
• Ruth (4/5): 2star hotel - Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Receptionist said they had no ‘common’ bathroom, had me use one in a room being cleaned after a former guest. No place to sit except small stool in room. Could make coffee/tea in kitchen but nothing to sit on to drink it, there, in large hallway or my room See above - answered the wrong question there. There was nothing much to like except that the AC worked.

The hotel is a small cosy hotel, it is clean, the location is perfect, the rooms are silent and do the job. I stayed in room 205, maybe the shower or the toilet is not 5 stars, but they do the job.

The receptionist was so kind to welcome us with kindness and attention. Not much. There is nothing I could recall as everything matched with our expectation.

Nothing really the only thing I would say is we had breakfast option and they take you to a restaurant across the road which was lovely but I think you should be aware of this before booking the bed and breakfast option

The staff were incredible, after a long Europe trip this was the perfect place for our last stop. Carried our bags into our rooms for us, walked us to breakfast every day and had a genuine care for how we were everyday.

• Alec C (8/5): - Palladian Home has a great location, near historical center, museums, restaurants, and bars. Has a good view. The room is small and the bathroom is tiny. A full person will feel very cramped, if at all possible, using the shower.
• Umed (10/5): - I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the reception staff member, Pantelis. Yesterday, after checking out, I stored my baggage at Palladian Home and planned to walk around the area, have lunch, and later take the metro to the airport. I had informed the reception that my flight from Athens Airport was at 6:25 PM and that I would return at 3:15 PM to collect my baggage before taking the metro at 3:30 PM. Unexpectedly, I received a call from Palladian Home on my roaming number. Pantelis informed me that, due to a technical issue, the metro to the airport would not be operating until 6 PM and advised me to take the X95 bus instead. Thanks to his timely and proactive assistance, I returned early, collected my baggage, and reached the airport on time. His thoughtful support and genuine care for guests’ travel plans were truly outstanding. Thank you very much, Pantelis — excellent service!

• LEO (10/5): AAA boutique hotel in great location., great staff - highly recommend!!! - We loved the beautiful spacious room with very comfy bed. Staff were super friendly and location was 12/10.. Step outside to many restaurants and bars and close to all main attractions - great if you are on a short stay in Athens. Loved everything!!
• Fatima (8/5): Beautiful and central location in Athens! - Beautiful room and hotel, stairs are a bit steep and difficult so avoid if you have mobility issues as it’s not clear from the listing. Bathroom is a little outdated but everything works very well. The room is warm, the balcony is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. There is a kitchenette if you want to take your restaurant leftovers home too, or make any drinks. The breakfast is at a little cafe on the square that is very good and substantial; you get a main, coffee and orange juice. I wouldve liked to know earlier about the kitchenette as I was confused about where to get water and coffees etc.
