Niels (8/5): - Ich war schon öfters in dem Hotel. Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Einrichtung zweckmäßig. In dem Zimmer wo ich diesmal war ist die Heizung hinter einer Wand und nach oben hin nur ein Gitter wodurch es leider nicht imner ganz warm im Zimmer wurde obwohl die Heizung bis zum Anschlag aufgedreht war. Die Wand sollte man vielleicht bei einer Renovierung entfernen den in dem Zimmern die ich zuvor hatte war dies nicht.

Anja (6/5): - Gutes Frühstück. Sehr Zentral. Das Bett war sehr unbequem. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Es gab kein Safe und kein Kühlschrank. Wenn das Fenster im Bad abends offen war, hat es nach stark nach Essen gerochen. Man musste den Koffer ins 2. og selbst tragen.

Barbara (7/5): Ich habe mich mal wieder sehr gefreut auf Borkum zu sein. - Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Leider war ich in der 2. Etage untergebracht. Mit knapp 70 Jahren hätte ich mir eine Hilfe beim Gepäck gewünscht. (Ich habe allerdings auch nicht danach gefragt.) In den beiden letzten Tagen war es sehr stürmisch und recht frisch. Die Heizung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht.

Günter (6/5): Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und das hat sich auch auf unserem Urlaub negativ gezeigt - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Das Bett war sehr alt und durchgelegen war. Der Teppich sollte auch kurzfristig getauscht werden und die Möbel waren sehr alt. Die Gardinen und Wände hatten Flecken. Mann konnte aber erkennen das viele Zimmer schon renoviert waren. Schade das wir nicht ein renoviertes Zimmer bekommen haben
