• Pavica (7/5): - Die Lage,Parkplatz vor dem Apartment,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind viel in der Nähe,viele Restaurants,zum Strand muss man etwas laufen,man bekommt aber als Gast zwei Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm für 10€. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut englisch. Der Balkon ist groß,die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut,im ganzen eigentlich war es gut. Das Badezimmer und Toilette ist in einem kleinen Raum,ohne eine Duschwanne,nach dem duschen ist das Wasser überall im Badezimmer.

• Eleftheria (10/5): I would recommend it and I would totally come back next time! - The room that we stayed in was very nice. It was small, but for 2 people it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and when we needed help they helped us right away! It was a quiet place and we couldn't hear the neighbors at all! The beach bars are 3 min. walk and there is super market and pharmacy close to the hotel as well. The only small problem that came up is that the water from the shower in our room was going out of the door when we showered and also I would suggest to add some extra hangers to hang the wet clothes after the beach.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great and the hosts very welcoming! Nothing not to like.

Really small bathroom, unfortunately there is only a shower but without any glass to protect the other elements in the bathroom from water, just by taking a shower the water is everywhere in the bathroom.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the entire property was impeccably maintained. You can tell that the owners put their heart into this place – they are incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel at home. The location is also excellent! The Vila is close to the beach, so we could walk to the sea in just a few minutes every day. There are also shops nearby, which was very convenient, and plenty of restaurants serving delicious food, perfect for evening outings. The breakfast, although served, was truly tasty, and the portions were sufficient to start the day well. This place definitely exceeded our expectations in terms of both comfort and hospitality. We will definitely come back in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and cozy place to stay.

Host are really nice and helpful. 25m2 is really small, we didn't understood this until we saw it. So be aware of the limited space. The closet has a large hanging area, but no shelf for the clothes except a drawer. The shower is right next to the toilet, if you shower, entire bathroom gets flooded. We did not use the kitchen, there was a scratched pan we wouldn't use. No detergent and a sponge in the kitchen. The mattress is soft.

• Zoe (1/5): Horrible. I don't know why there is even one good review for the place. - The only good thing was the seemingly friendly staff. Room no10. We communicated with the property and they said after 10:30am was okay to check in. We arrived at about 13:30-14:00 and our room wasn't ready. Next thing we know they take us to a room that was not what we paid for because the other families had 2 kids and we had just one so they gave us a smaller room with a sofa bed for the child. I told the staff that it was not what we booked and they told me the manager said we will settle there. When I talked to the manager she also said there was a mistake on the payment because in the high season (15-18 August) the prices were higher normally but something went wrong and we payed less ( so that justified the downgrade room for her). We didn't like it but we said we were going to give it a try. When I tell you the room was HORRIBLE. There was only one window for air to flow. When we got to the bathroom a bad smell came from it and it was covered in mold. The kitchen and bathroom smell like mold and the hole room was covered in humidity. When we lied to sleep the bedding had a wet feeling from the humidity in the room. The mattress was sinking so bad that we sank in the middle and getting out was difficult! The room was barely clean. There were spider webs on the ceilings and mold even in the fridge and inside the air conditioning!!! Since there was no way for air to flow we used it and it gave me a cough since I'm sensitive to humidity and mold. We cancelled our stay the next day. That is no place for anyone to be, let alone a small child. When I did cancel from the app the host offered to change rooms but if I judge by room no10 the hole building is filthy and the stay was not worth a penny for what they offered. Note: Clean the place or if that room is problematic just close it. Stop treating people like dogs to make a living for yourselves. Take your kids and sleep with them in that coop and see for yourselves if it's livable or not...

The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive to our needs, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, our time in Ksamil was truly memorable, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway. We look forward to returning in the future! -

We found a bread roll in the drawer of the kitchen bit, also had ants in the bathroom. There were loose wires in the bathroom and bedroom suggesting the room wasn’t finished. Breakfast was very basic, was the same everyday, would have been nice to have a choice/different thing each day. We were in a property downstairs and people from the property were making very loud noise at midnight most nights.

The staff and family who own the property and very lovely and accommodating. No complaints, it was all very clean and tidy, facilities such as aircon / drying rack for swimmers was all great as well. • Petreanu (10/5): All things consider, we had a great time. For the money we paid, i think it was a great deal. - Rooms are big, clean and comfy. You have a big fridge and a big balcony. Outside the Villa you have a bar and you can buy whenever you want drinks and food (i recommend the beer). Also the property have a private parking space which is wonderfull. Usually in Ksamil parking your car is a big problem. I Tbh the only downside was the breakfast. Everyday we have eggs (and other things) for breakfast and is not open bar. For me personally was not that big of a deal but it’s kinda boring to eat eggs for breakfast for 8 days straight.
• Denisa (9/5): Thanks again for a great stay! - We had a lovely stay here ☺️ The apartments are managed by a very nice family, they were helpful all the time, there was no problem, when we needed something. On top of that, they made us tasty breakfast every day :) Moreover, location is amazing, it is just 5-10 minutes walk from Ksamil centre and also from the beaches, so it is definitely better choice to stay here as it is more quiet and not full of people all the time Wifi was kinda slow majority of the time And also, but I wouldn’t say this was something we did not like, but when you want to get your bed sheets changed, clean towels, take the trash out etc. , you have to ask , there is not usual cleaning service - but when you ask , the lady will gladly get you anything you ask for in a second, so just ask😇

From the moment I stepped in, the family-run ambiance made me feel as though I was returning to a cherished home. The impeccable cleanliness throughout the property genuinely stood out. Each morning, I was treated to an exquisite breakfast, lovingly prepared, and the conversations with the warm-hearted owners, who spoke flawless English, became a daily highlight. Their on-site restaurant offers some of the best meals I've had, and while their beach might be a tad further away, its tranquil atmosphere and pristine beauty are well worth the stroll. For anyone searching for a genuine and comforting stay in Ksamil, Reni Risi Apartments is a top recommendation.
• Coventry (9/5): Excellent stay, Central location in Quiet Area. Highly Recommended! - This is a wonderful place to stay, great location and very comfortable. We loved the spacious room and easy walking distance to all the great beaches/restaurants. Easy access to must see Butrint. Quiet location and great for families. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and we felt very much at home. we highly recommend.
