Le lit et le changement des serviettes étaient faits tous les jours. L'insonorisation...J'ai eu des voisins très bruyants les 2 premiers jours et j'avais l'impression qu'ils étaient dans ma chambre tellement l'insonorisation est faible.
• Tom (7/5): סך הכל סבבה ביחס למחיר למי שלא מפריע מקלחת קטנה - המיקום הכי טוב שיכול להיות בלונדון, זה עיקר היתרון במקום הזה. אין צורך בתקשורת ישירה עם העובדים כיוון שהכל עובד סבבה וגם כשהייתה לי שאלה במייל, ענו לי בזמן קצר ובאופן ענייני. הייתה מנקה כל יום. המקלחת סופר קטנה ברמה שקשה להתנגב בחדר אמבטיה. היו שם גם צינורות חלודים (לי אישית לא מפריע מדי). צריך לקחת בחשבון שזה לא בקומת קרקע אז יש מדרגות לעלות, ובלונדון המדרגות תלולות וגבוהות. ואת המפתח לחדר והצ'ק אין ואאוט צריך לעשות במלון אחר שנמצא 5-10דקות משם.

Für 3 Personen wirklich gut und ausreichend Platz im Zimmer WC/ Dusche 1,5qm, sehr sehr klein man kann sich kaum bewegen Armaturen verrostet, Dichtungen am Waschbecken porös Aufgang ins Zimmer sehr steil und schmal, v.a. mit Gepäck….Treppenhaus mit Teppich ausgelegt, unhygienisch. Bett am Fenster kalt/ zugig. Morgens nass und beschlagen

• Lasse (8/5): Genial beliggenhed - Beliggenheden var genial, få skridt fra Covent Garden 🤩 en Tesco få meter fra lejligheden. Sengene var virkelig gode. Badeværelset, var meget småt når man sad på wcet havde man vasken i maven, vasken var utæt så gulvet var vådt hele tiden. Og ventilation virkede ikke på Badeværelset.

• Ledinski (8/5): Great place to stay for a weekend - The location was great! Pub down the street was excellent and we had everything we needed for a two day stay. Bathroom is really tiny and a bit uncomfortable due to size and when you have to share it with other rooms, it can easily get messy.

• Vivian (7/5): - Central location, walkable to touristy areas like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery. Located near to Charing Cross station, walkable to the Thames via the Victoria Embankment Park. Room was well equipped, appreciated the large wardrobe with sufficient hangers for all my clothes and coat. Had a microwave and fridge as well. Queen size bed was comfortable. Room was sufficiently spacious for one. Needed to check in and out from Seven Dials Hotel, which was 10min walk away. Also was told my room wasn't at 15 New Row but at 49 Bedford street. Finding number 49 was as difficult as looking for 12 Grimmauld Place or platform 9 3/4; it seemed to be just an inconspicuous door on an unsuspecting row of shops. My unit was on 3rd floor, needed to climb stairs which were narrow and steep (was ok for me but anyone with large baggage or mobility issues need to beware). Units could have been numbered on the doors to make it easier --but I wonder if it's for security issues. No shower gel and tissue box provided. Hot water tap on the bathroom basin was spoilt so you'd have to use kitchen sink for a hot water tap.

Цената е прекалено висока за това място. Не ни харесаха стъпалата до 4-я етаж. Бяха изключително тесни. Трябваше да вземем ключа от друго място. Душът в банята падаше, а самата баня и тоалетната бяха наклонени и изключително малки.

• Kelly (8/5): Lovely location - Location was brillaint also was allowed to leave luggage at no extra cost. Beds are comfy and added air conditioning made the room lovely and warm. Was clean even with shareing a bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Collecting keys around a 8 min walk away from where you stay the noise level at night and brewery delivery first thing in the morning wasnt very pleasant.

Lidt gammelt, men rent og pænt værelse. Ville helt klart bo der igen. Man kan låne omformer til strømstik på hotellet hvor man tjekker ind. Meget lydt når naboerne kom hjem. Ikke for gangbesværede pga smalle og småskæve trappetrin.

• Tatiana (7/5): Nonostante alcuni aspetti negativi, tornerei nella struttura vi per la sua fantastica posizione - La struttura è in posizione strategica, nel Cuore di Covent Garden, la camera è spaziosa e sufficiente per una famiglia con due bambini Il bagno è molto piccolo, e necessita di qualche aggiustamento e quando si fa la doccia si bagna tutto, ma non troppo diverso da altri bagni piccoli che ho trovato nelle grandi città. La chiave si prende a circa 7 minuti a piedi dalla camera.

El hecho de tener que ir a recoger la llave en semejante ciudad tan inmensa. No había alguien disponible para hacerla llegar.

Good wifi .Lovely staff at the hotel, and they let me leave my case after checking out to pick it up later . Didn't say before booking that key pick up was in a different location. This was told in a message a couple of days before, so two taxi rides for a lone female late at night .As no staff onsite, I felt a little vulnerable . They had tried to put a lot of resources such as fridge and microwave in small single room so it did feel cluttered and fridge noise woke me up .The teabags weren't replaced after the first night .

• Jacqueline Nguyen (8/5): Fantastic location at a great price, if that's all you're looking for... - Location was the best ever and the room did what it was supposed to do at a minimum - comfy bed with a door that locks and access to a bathroom (albeit it was tiny and shared). Beyond that, there were subtle things that made it quite uncomfortable for me and I was glad to be out after a few nights. The lights in the hallway and bathroom were motion-detecting and didn't pick up motion unless you were really moving your whole body through the space - this meant I could dangerously fall off the random step in the hallway in order to activate the light (I have come close to it a few times). The bathroom light would also go out every 2-3 minutes, so the light would annoyingly go out while I was showering, brushing my teeth, or applying makeup (it takes me max 10 min to apply makeup). I think it should not shut off that quickly! Also, a random person from the street was able to call the landline phone in my room to inquire about their own room (why didn't that line just go to the front desk?). They called at like 10 or 11 PM - it was creepy for me as a solo female traveler! My door also took forever to close due to the fire door hinge, so it was awkward to have guests in another room that could easily just walk by and see in my room while I was waiting for the door to close. The door also made a creepy sound every time it closed, so it really freaked me out when I would be in the bathroom and the door finally closed - I thought someone was in my room! These were all "small" things that could easily be fixed, but disproportionately made me uncomfortable during my whole stay.

Even though located in a very busy and vibrant neighborhood and had to climb up the stairs, the room was quiet, as the only window faces the inner yard (I booked the single bed room on the most upper floor, so also had lots of sunlight). The room os small, but has everything you need, great if you just need a place to sleep while in London. Close to LSE & King’s College London campus and all the theaters. Wifi was slow or didn’t work at all, I wrote to the staff, they didn’t respond - but the staff in the hotel where you need to pick up the keys (7min walk from the flat) is very nice and friendly (you can leave your luggage there on a day of check-out).

• Katia (8/5): - Excelent location and friendly staff. Necessary to pick up keys at another nearby hotel. Small but confortable and very clean room with tv, internet, mini fridge, kettle. Good shower. You have to climb four floors by stairs to get to that room. Be prepared.
• Thomas (8/5): Small but prefectly formed. - Great location, had everything I needed (was nice to have a fridge and microwave). I didn't expect there to be a maid every day which was a nice surprise. Air con was really good and if you opened the window, you couldn't hear the noisy London streets. For a small single room the shower was still a good size and having a curtain rather than a door meant I didn't feel cramped. I basically only slept and showered here and was otherwise out. You might prefer a more spacious room if you want to hang out there. I didn't realise how many stairs I had to go up for room 7 (single room, 4th floor). Some of the metal fixtures in the bathroom (shower curtain rail etc) are rusty and need replacing.

Way too loud at night. Bars opening late... People shouting. Single glass windows. And curtains too thin so light woke us up at dawn. And walking 10mn from the room to get the keys is not really convenient when you have heavy backpacks...

• ALICIA (9/5): Alojamiento económico y bueno, para alojarse en el centro - La ubicación es excelente. Por la noche es la zona con más sitios tiene abiertos y hasta más tarde. El tener nevera y microondas. La amplitud de la habitación. La mesa se puede poner entre las camas, lo que permite desayunar o cenar. La limpieza de la habitación. Tener ventana que permite ventilar. Muy buena relación precio/servicio con lo ofertado en esta zona. Para acceder a la habitación hay que subir por escalera (48 escalones) El baño es muy pequeño, la puerta tiene muelle para cerrarse automáticamente y sensor de luz. La cama de matrimonio para 2 personas hubiera sido pequeña. La nevera hacía algo de ruido por la noche. Al estar en una calle céntrica, se oye algo de jaleo hasta las 12 de la noche. Para nosotros nada de esto fue un problema. Ya lo sabíamos antes de ir, y por relación precio/servicio está muy bien.

• Mitchell (8/5): Convenient, clean and affordable, I would stay again. - The room was comfortable for our stay (3 adults and 1 child) and it was convenient for the theatres and restaurants. The room was clean and it was great to have tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. You can also leave your bags at the seven dials hotel if you need to after checking out. There was a lot of noise outside from bin lorries and delivery trucks, this seemed to go on throughout the night. It is London so I guess it is to be expected and not the fault of the accommodation, just worth knowing about. Two of us had disturbed sleep due to this and the other two didn't notice. After the theatre, there was a problem with the key for the outside door not working and there was no one that could come to us to help sort it out. We had to walk with our tired kids to the other hotel for another key which made it a very late, tiring night for my youngest. The new key hadn't been cut properly but this should have been tested before being given to guests. The man on duty was very apologetic and as helpful as he could be and the problem was resolved with another key.
