• Daniel (9/5): Très bon hébergement - Super bien situé. En plein centre de la vielle ville. Très calme. Très bonne cuisine. On ne nous a pas donné la chambre correspondant à la réservation mais cela a très vite été rectifié.

• Ian Rowland (10/5): Great choice in the old town - Viktor and Irena were wonderful hosts and their restaurant was a great place for breakfast and dinner. The room was comfortable with a spectacular view from the balcony. Well located just off the pedestrian street. Just be aware Bansko is 80% closed in May. No gondola and too much snow for upper mountain hiking. Still a great place and we did some good forest hiking.
• Kiril Bonev (9/5): Great Location & Food - Excellent location, very friendly hosts, and a restaurant with outstanding cuisine. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for me, but that’s a matter of personal preference.
• Kristina (10/5): - Very authentic and nice atmosphere. It showed that the owners went through a great deal of effort to renovate the house and make everything convenient for the guests. Everything is spotless. The location of the house is perfect. You are 10 meters from the center (the monument) and a very big playground for children of all ages (which we appreciated a lot). Every member of the staff is nice and polite. They go out of their way to help you. Another nice and convenient thing is the restaurant. We tried almost everything on the menu and everything was delicious and well prepared. If you visit the house, definitely book a table. Also the place is pet friendly and they have a huge dog that is playful.

• Vilyana (10/5): Wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality, restaurant and food - We had a lovely stay at Irena’s guesthouse and truly felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent throughout our visit. The restaurant was also a wonderful part of the experience and the food was incredibly delicious. Thank you for the warm hospitality, we would happily stay here again.

• Troy (8/5): - Great location and wonderful restaurant attached to the property! Host was accommodating when we requested to extend our stay. Bit of smell from the bathroom one night but was promptly fixed the next day by a maintenance man.

• Finola (9/5): Fabulous people, food and location - Irena, owner, and her daughter’s partner Viktor were exceptional when it came to customer service. Restaurant is really nice, authentic and food was excellent Our room was smaller than the suite we booked, however it was still lovely and we were very kindly allowed the use of it until we left for our flight at 12am!

• Nyström (10/5): - Fantastiska hjälpsamma värdar. Bekväma rum, badrummet stort. Allt var rent. Jättefin historisk byggnad, mysig atmosfär Restaurangen var stängd veckan vi var där, annars hade vi gärna provat den. Vi skulle ha uppskattat ett kylskåp på rummet.

• Mariana (10/5): Peaceful and comfortable super centre stay - Right in the heart of the town but very quiet location, pretty house with very polite and always smiling host! Very good size room, with great walk-in and separate to the rest of the bathroom shower, all very clean. Mattresses are very comfortable, nice balcony with a view. Parking outside of the old town could be a challenge but don't let this put you off booking this house, look for the side streets near the park, 5 min walk only

• Maisie (10/5): I'm not one to normally leave a review - just wanted to share how impressed we were with our stay at Kadiyata Guest House. The Gondola Lift, just an 18-minute walk through the charming old town, was a lovely experience. Our host was incredibly helpful and kind—when our car broke down on the day we were flying back, she went above and beyond by calling her friends to help jump-start our vehicle. Without her quick thinking, we would have likely missed our flight! We’re so grateful for her assistance and will definitely be recommending the guest house to others. Thank you again for such a memorable stay!

We booked two rooms, as we were a company of 6, and both were super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was homemade and very delicious. We really loved the area around, as the place is located in the historical center. It is highly recommended.

Very friendly staff and they even allowed us to leave a bag with no extra charge while we were hiking in the Pirin Mountains. Highly recommended! We will be back for sure

• Alexis (9/5): Stunning Views, Wonderful host and perfect location! - I stayed here with my husband and our small dog for a week long festival called Bansko Nomad Fest. It was perfectly situated within walking distance of everything for the event and also easy access to everything we needed. The views at this property were stunning! I appreciated the patio as well for some work and hanging out. The owner was kind, compassionate and I can tell she loves running her place. We felt welcomed and were always asked how we are doing and if we need anything. She was loving to my dog as well and this made us feel more at home. We arrived during a heatwave which isn't common for Bansko she said. Unfortunately there was no AC during this time but thankfully a powerful fan provided some relief.

• Catalin (10/5): Fantastic experience! Highly recommend if you plan to visit Bansko! - Visited Bulgaria many times in several places all around the country. In most of the occasions we were very well accommodated and we felt vey welcome! Kadiyata Guest House in Bansko is definitely a place where we were more than welcome... Visited in April, just after the winter season has been finished and a couple of weeks before the summer season, and we found a very peaceful and relaxed town. Indeed some places were empty and closed but for us was exactly what we searched for... You could still find a lot of nice local restaurants and places to visit, but the entire atmosphere was quite relaxed and not crowded. The host was just like a charm! Spared no effort to make us like home, helped us to find places to visit or to chose some local goodies to bring home to our son. For which I can not thank her enough! Even though we were the only guests in that period she was there to give us all the details and help whenever we needed. The room was spacious, very clean, with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and a nice touch we found that was different in each of the three mornings we enjoyed there. The place is located in a pretty narrow street, in a very charming part of the town. You can reach it with your car with some care, but for parking you need to drive to the next square or on the neighboring streets. Not a deal breaker and for sure the area felt quite safe. All in all we highly recommend the place, and for sure plan to come back here sometimes. PS: She is working very hard to re-decorate and modernize their restaurant (механа) to be ready for this summer season, so it should become even better!

• Petar (9/5): Great hosts, location and value for money - Delicious breakfast, very central location in the centre of Bansko, helpful hosts. It is a great place to stay to discover Bansko. No parking at the property, but free parking on the square 100 m away. Beds were a bit uncomfortable, otherwise everything was fine.

Nice traditionally breakfast. Even though there was not big variety of options, it worth the value. We paid 16 leva (around 8 euros) per person. We wanted to enter the restaurant, but we left because they were smoking indoors. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

• Rosemary (10/5): Exceptional - I loved staying here in this characterful house in the old part of town. My room was tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean with constant hot water in the bathroom. The owner speaks English & is friendly & helpful. Reasonably priced breakfast & dinner is available - both are delicious & portions are huge. The location is just off the main square about 20 mins walk from the bus station. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Michal (10/5): Perfect place to stay, right at the center of Bansko old town - The location is great -- right at the center of the old town, yet the guest house is quiet and peacefull, as if in the countryside... All you hear is the birds and the church bells. A very pleasent place - little yet cozy, and the rooms and common terrace are speciuos enough and very comfortable, and the hosts are very nice. Wifi is strong and stable. --
