• Hermans (10/5): Affordable clean accommodation close to transport - The property was comfortable and very clean, staff were amicable to allow earlier booking in time which left more for activities. Conveniently located approximately 7 minutes walk from train station provided transport to get around easily. For the budget was grateful for the small elevator instead of navigating stairs with luggage. I would happily stay there again if in Naples It was more so the other guests would take the elevator down to ground floor and not close the exterior door, preventing other floors from using this service. No issues with the property or management

Ho passato un weekend a Napoli e per la posizione strategica dell'alloggio ho potuto lasciare la macchina 2 giorni ferma e girare comodamente a piedi o in metro. A 2 passi dalla stazione, 2 fermate metro vicinissime e tutto raggiungibile comodamente. E a coronare il tutto, il bar vicino all'appartamento fa delle sfogliatelle che sono la fine del mondo. Consigliatissimo e dal rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto! Host gentilissimo e sempre disponibile

Llegamos tarde por una demora en el vuelo, al llegar al aeropuerto había huelga de taxis por lo cual nos demoramos un poco más para llegar. Lo peor de todo es que esta persona mal educada nos dejó afuera del apartamento a las 2 am con un adulto de 73 años, aludiendo a que la reserva se había cancelado por las políticas de cancelación por llegar fuera de horarios. No solo nos dejo en la calle sino qje perdimos la reserva de las siguientes noches y el dinero. Espero que lo expulsen a esta persona de Booking como mínimo o que si alguien lee esto elija otra opcion que esté cara dura.

• MARTINE (6/5): - L'emplacement. Prix correct. Possibilité de prendre un petit dejeuner juste a coté. Des voisins tres bruyants toute la nuit de part et d'autre de la chambre. Un gros stress pour l'enregistrement a l'arrivèe car fixè au plus tard a 19h45 alors que notre vol était prévu pour 19h. Le matelas est tres fatiguè avec des ressorts qui affleurent et rendent inconfortable le sommeil

Domenico a fost foarte amabil si a reusit sa ne faca check-in putin mai devreme decat cel planificat si ne-a dat toate indicatiile utile sa ajungem usor la locatie. De asemenea, a fost foarte util ghidul orasului pe care ni l-a pus la dispozitie. Si calatoria cu liftul de la locatie a fost o experienta interesanta :) Camera nu este un hotel de 5 stele, dar mai mult decat suficient daca ai venit pentru explorarea orasuli. Baia ar putea fi putin imbunatatita, dar pana la urma iti asigura un confort basic. Am observat ca exista si uscator de par pus la dispozitie. Raport corect pret/calitate

O único defeito era a localização da acomodação que fica em um prédio bem antigo e deteriorado, com um elevador que dá receio de entrar (preferimos subir de escadas). Fora isso, atendeu aos meus serviços. .

• Zack (9/5): Great stay! - The location is perfect! We really liked the city and how close it was to the central station. There is a bakery on your left when you leave the building. The street around the corner, on the right when you leave the building is nasty and can feel unsafe. It is safe though, but it is filthy and lots of people kinda doing nothing there. Just hanging.

Old town and historical location is in walking distance, about 15- 20 min. There are many places to have coffee or to eat outside. It is in a very busy area, and noisy even from closed windows; also planes' roots go just above the house. Bad soundproof from neighbour room. Most disturbing was sounds from bathroom - in the room you can hear when your neighbours flush WC.

• Stuart (10/5): Excellent location, good value in an historic building - Excellent communication from Domenico. Great location near Centrale station and historic centre. The building had lots of history and character. Our room was comfortable, quiet. Glad we had an Aircon unit even in September. Lift works ok although it looks scary, but we were happy to use the stairs. Bathroom is old but perfectly functional. Shower head jets were a little fierce even on lowest setting.

Tal vez el entorno al alojamiento, sus calles de alrededor de noche quedaban sucias, tal vez entendible con la gran afluencia turística diaria, y la característica de la ciudad en general.

Host Domenico was prompt in replying to us and co-ordinating. The checkin time closes at 8pm. So just better to keep that in mind. Luggage cannot be stored on the property. Nothing as such.

It has several cafes on the street which open very early in the morning and stay open until late in the afternoon I had to be precise about the check-in hour and it is something you can never predict when you arrive via plane. I arrived 10 minutes earlier from the agreed time and no one was there. I sent a kind message and the host answered that my check-in is at 15.00. it is not a problem to wait for 10 minutes but a person finally came 10 minutes later than 15.00 and he didn't seem to mind. When we came into the room the shower was still wet (I hope from cleaning) and the air was very humid. There was mold and calc in the bathroom and the shower doors and the only window in the room was well covered by curtains and very dirty to open (especially from the outside) Although there was an a/c, it was very dusty to use. We didn't even try it. The building is very old and no one expects everything to be new and shiny, but it would be nice if there was a bigger effort in maintenance and cleaning.

There is no option to have an online check-in (and pick up the key from a key box), an option now available in many locations. Also because of the desk, I could not open the window properly.
