- Mary (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and recommend. - Late in the day the proprietor quickly responded to our request for the night. There are three little apartments in a gated area which has nice trees and vegetation. It was a little difficult to find because there are no marked addresses and it is down a short dirt road (alley). While the major highway was not far away, we did not hear it while sitting outside and looking at the volcano. The host/property manager lives in one of three houses and is friendly despite the language barrier. Three minute walk away is Don Olivo that tours their small coffee and chocolate family farm. An inexpensive but complete and enjoyable tour. Great base for a trip to La Fortuna. No address or signs posted to help find it.

About 7 minute drive outside main town of La Fortuna in lovely, quiet setting. Close to Sloth Territory and walking distance from Don Olivo Chocolate Tour. Great place to stay. Nothing
