Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Da es in der Umgebung viele Mücken gibt, wäre ein Fliegengitter am Fenster zum Garten wirklich hilfreich, um unbeschwert lüften zu können.

• Rachelle (10/5): Amazing. Book it - This review is long overdue. The location was great and the host was lovely! Their bed was one of the most comfortable beds we had during our Europe trip. Best sleep we’ve had. Also, the room was surprisingly spacious. Everything was well-thought out. The room had a mosquito repellent and net. Very handy! Nothing. We had a great stay overall. Note that there is a restaurant downstairs, which we didn’t have an issue with regarding any noise at night.

• Frida (5/5): Passable - Charming room in great neighborhood. It was called an apartment in the booking, but it is actually just a double room. As it is not a hotel where people come and clean for you, it would have been nice to have basic cleaning stuff like dishwashing liquid to be able to clean the cups and glasses. We were disappointed that there was no mini-fridge, but in all fairness the listing did not say that there would be one. There was also nowhere to put the suitcase except the floor.
• Patrick (9/5): Very nice appartement with an excellent location inside Venice with a very friendly propriator. - The appartement was really clean, well equipped and the check-in and check-out was very uncomplicated. It is located very centrally with the Piaza San Marco nearby (only 5min walking time). The propriator is very friendly and can easily be contacted by phone.
• Domagoj (5/5): Passable - Very nice small apartment on good location in very nice Venice neighborhood. Very clean. Relatively expensive accommodation at cca. 140 EUR per night for single person. Some old furniture needs replacement. IKEA bed would be ok in principle, but this one needs maintenance because it is terribly squeaking. Additionally, bed mattress is of unacceptable low quality! I had trouble sleeping and back pain in the morning. I travel a lot and most of the time mattresses are much better, especially for this expensive price range.

• Rebecca (10/5): Three days in Venice - It was very comfortable, clean and in a convenient area. It seems almost like a regular neighborhood because it's not in the center over run with tourists. The heavy duty windows made it sound proof so it was easy to sleep. The owner was very helpful when I needed to find local contacts. I wish it would have had a small refrigerator, otherwise I can't think of anything.

• Luka (8/5): Great property and location - just needs a new bed! - Great stay for 2 days in Venice - great location, easy to access and felt in the heart of it all! Check-in was super easy, and communication with the hosts was perfect! The rooms air conditioning was amazing - only thing that let the room down was the bed, very creaky and felt old - and the mattress not comfortable. Appreciate that’s not something that could have been changed during our stay so we didn’t say anything. The bed :-(
