Early check-in is available only upon request and must be confirmed by the host, with the following surcharges:
• From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: €30 surcharge
• Before 12:00 PM: €50 surcharge

- Sopiko (10/5): - Staying here was the best experience we've had in Venice. The location is perfect. It is situated in a quiet, authentic neighborhood and incredibly close to St. Mark's Square. The place itself was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. I can't help but mention that the bed was super comfortable. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the host, Riccardo. He was in touch from the moment we arrived in Venice until the day we left. He was incredibly helpful especially in guiding us through the water transport system (Vaporetto), ensuring we knew exactly how to get around. He also shared great recommendations for true Venetian restaurants. Truly an ideal host and a wonderful apartment. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip! Nothing

All amenities were provided by the host, and the apartment was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable. The location is perfect - close to all main attractions, yet the area itself is quiet and peaceful, which is a big advantage in Venice. There were absolutely no unpleasant smells, which is especially valuable here. The host was friendly and responsive, answering all our questions immediately. We are very happy with our stay and would gladly choose this apartment again. All)

- May Ee (10/5): My visit was wonderful and smooth and a lot of it has to do with the apartment. - The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It was in a great neighborhood that was close enough to the waterfront but also quiet enough to feel like I had my own corner in a Venice full of tourists. It was very close to the Biennale (which I was mostly there for) and also to Piazza San Marco. Riccardo was the perfect host. He was very attentive and also helpful with information with the apartment and with recommendations. He was the best with helping me when my flight got cancelled and I had to arrange to stay for another night. I cannot recommend this place more.

- Ben (9/5): Nice location in a lovely part of Venice, with a great host! - Great location - really nice/quiet part of Venice with good restaurants around. Riccardo was a wonderful host, he provided excellent recommendations, and was very kind to accommodate us when there was an issue with disposing or fubbish. He also gave us a nice welcome gift! The apartment is well laid out, and is a nice big space - it was helpful to have a separate entryway, the bed was comfy, and overall the apartment was clean. And, well-stocked with coffee pods and a fridge! There was an issue with small bugs flying around, almost like gnats, when we first arrived and they persisted while we were there. Not a big issue, but slightly annoying. There wasn't an easily-accessible outlet near the bed, but we made it work. The wifi was a little spotty, going in and out, and the water pressure in the shower was a little low. There was no dish soap provided, which we understood, but we were there for a week and there were only 2 sets of coffee cups provided.

- Damien (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful room, and owner very helpful. - The room was spotless, and nicely decorated - with lots of space. Perfectly located for wandering around the city. About 10 mins walk to Piazza San Marco (and I found most tours are centred around meeting up around there), and just a few streets away from the nearest waterbus (vaporetto). It's in a nice area in Castello, beside a picturesque campo, and with lots of shops, restaurants, bakeries, and services nearby. They are generally cheaper than the shops/restaurants around the more touristy San Marco. I needed to go to a pharmacy and a laundrette during my stay, and both were very close walks. Riccardo was very helpful and communicative. He has a fantastic knowledge of the best places to eat/drink, and was always ready to give tips and advice on what to do. Overall, I had a fantastic week in Venice, and highly recommend this room.

- Giovanna (9/5): Nice apartment in a good handy location - Nice clean apartment with very good shower room and coffee machine with pods. Very good location near good breakfast cafes and restaurants. Close to waterbus stop. Riccardo gave us good information. There’s a cafe right outside the front door which can be quite noisy, and a restaurant staff area at the back of the apartment which was also sometimes noisy, but as we were out most of the time it wasn’t too problematic.

- Petrescu (10/5): A memorable stay in Venice - I was very impressed with this accommodation in Venice. Situated very close to San Marco, in the generous neighborhood of Castello, the property is nicely designed, clean and exceptionally managed by Riccardo. There are plenty of very good restaurants in the area nearby, vivid, but still very quite. The access to the studio was extremely easy, while Riccardo was welcoming and offering excellent tips, all for a memorable stay in Venice. If someone looks for a room with a view in Venice, this is not the place. There is no open view from the studio, which is adjacent to the backyard of the restaurant around the corner. However, we did not find this bothering.

- Sunanda (7/5): it was nice - good location It’s basically a bedroom, a small vestibule and a bathroom. It opens right on the street and it’s lively with restaurants and attractions nearby. The host is very nice and helpful. Since there is no open shared area you may as well stay in a hotel. the windows open into a square yard of the neighboring restaurant and it can be noisy. mixed feelings about the place.
