- Frank (10/5): Familiär geführt mit Liebe zum Detail. - Hier ist eine Oase zum Wohlfühlen. Die Zimmer nach Themen eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert sind einmalig. Dieses Konzept wird beim Frühstück nochmals getoppt. Auch die Auswahl ist hier am Buffet groß. Sogar glutenfreies steht zur Wahl. Ein familiäres und gemütliches Gefühl hat uns auch ein 2. Mal nach Wien zu Haus Sanz geführt. Die ganze Familie ist hier für die Gäste rund um die Uhr tätig. Da wird in der Nacht schnell mal eben ein Kuchen gebacken,glutenfrei... Überraschung! Irgendwann sind die schönen Tage zu Ende...

На території є песик і кролик. Можливість залишити авто на вулиці під пансіоном за 5 євро на добу. Ввічливий персонал. Гарний сніданок. Апартаменти мають посуд, мікрохвильовку, холодильник. На прохання можна отримати в номер чайник і чай. Неподалік є торговельний центр з великим Interspar, ресторанчиком, кондитерською та різними магазинами. До центру міста 25 хв на авто. Із радістю повернемось ще. Такого не виявилось.

- KFZ Servicepoint GmbH (10/5): Geheimtipp - ALLES!!! Mit Beginn unserer Begrüßung, bis hin zur Abreise wurden wir stets super freundlich bedient. Die Themenzimmer und der gesamte Aussenbereich ist ein Hingucker und im Sommer bestimmt absolut Hammer. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das Frühstück. Die Damen sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ebenfalls bekamen wir Frühstückseier(Rührei, Spiegeleier, gekocht hart oder weich) frisch zubereitet. Inkl eines lieben Gruß heute morgen , siehe Bilder . Wir kommen wieder. Macht weiter so. Danke danke danke GEFALLEN hat uns Alles! vielleicht ein kleines Zusatzlicht am Waschbecken wäre toll. Für Kontaktlinsenträger oder zum schminken etwas zu dunkel. Aber das ist nur eine Anregung.

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Susanne und ihr gesamtes Team sind außergewöhnlich herzlich, aufmerksam und mit viel Liebe zum Detail bei der Sache. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und strahlt eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre aus. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die persönliche Betreuung – man merkt sofort, dass hier mit echter Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Auch das Frühstück war einfach top – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt und ließ keine Wünsche offen! Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Vielen Dank, liebe Susanne, für diese wunderbare Zeit!

Die Besitzerin ist sehr lieb und nett und hat super Tipps für einen schönen Tag in Wien. Wir hatten die Herzl-Suite, die sehr schön eingerichtet war, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und für einen schönen Start in den Tag gab es ein wunderbares Frühstück. Gibt es nichts.

- Lenka (10/5): Super schöne Unterkunft - Das Zimmer war geräumig, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten in unserer Bauern Suite eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Vorsicht- kein Herd, wir haben ihn aber auch nicht gebraucht, da wir entweder unterwegs oder einfach nur Brot gegessen haben. Uns hat im Zimmer nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war perfekt - süß und herzhaft, frische Spiegeleier oder Rühreier, Kaffee, alles vorhanden. Wir haben das Frühstück jeden Morgen sehr genossen und es war immer ein Perfekter Start in den Tag. Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Frau. Sie hatte immer ein offenes Ohr, hat immer nachgefragt ob alles stimmt oder ob wir etwas brauchen und hat uns gute Tipps für Wien und Umgebung gegeben. Parken kann man direkt vor der Pension in der Strasse. Man bekommt beim Check-in die Parkscheine (etwa 5€/Tag). Alles super, wir kommen gerne wieder.

- luka.ancic (10/5): Čisto savršenstvo! - Od kuda krenuti... Smještaj - savršen! Najljepša soba u kojoj smo ikada boravili! Soba je predivno uređena i vrlo lijepo dizajnirana – vidi se da se pazilo na svaki detalj. Čistoća i urednost na najvišem mogućem nivou! Lokacija - van gradskih gužvi u mirnoj i pitomoj četvrti, a stanica za tramvaj je udaljena svega 5 minuta pješice. Veoma je lako doći do centra grada i natrag bez presjedanja. Doručak - veoma bogat i sve je svježe te veoma ukusno! Domaćin - najveći komplimenti za gospođu Sussane! Izuzetno je srdačna i pažljiva, s odličnom komunikacijom od samog prijema. Zaista se osjeti njen trud i briga prema gostima i samom objektu! -

- Iban87 (10/5): - La habitación es un fantasía, el trato del personal de la pensión y el desayuno que es muy amplio y grande y nos encantó. Todo en general fue de 10. Y claro que nos encantaría repetir. Nos gustó todo.

- francesco236 (9/5): Eine schöne, ruhige Unterkunft, die für einen Kurzurlaub in Wien sehr geeignet ist. - Besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage im schönen Wohngebiet im Süden von Wien gefallen. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr groß, aber recht praktisch eingerichtet, und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Da wir im Winter bei sehr kurzen Tagen dort waren, hat es uns wenig ausgemacht, dass man erst ab 8 Uhr frühstücken kann. Das wäre im Sommer sicher anders, wenn es früh hell wird. Das Frühstück war recht gut, nur etwas mehr Obst hätten wir uns gewünscht. Der Parkplatzmangel ist sicher ein Wiener Problem, wie in allen großen Städten. Als Gast würde man sich natürlich bei einer Unterkunft einen kostenlosen Parkplatz wünschen. Insgesamt waren wir jedenfalls mit unserem Aufenthalt im Haus Sanz sehr zufrieden.

- Laura (10/5): Pension Haus is a great place to stay when traveling to Vienna! - Susanne the owner was so helpful! She pulled out a map of Vienna and circled the area we were going to and which parking garage was closest. Her friendly and caring attitude really made our trip a success! The breakfast was delicious and they have an amazing spread of Kaiser rolls, pastries including croissants and cooked to order eggs for breakfast too! I wish we had more time to stay there for 2 nights. It’s like you’re home away from home! Vienna is a beautiful city! There are 19 Christmas markets!

- Elizabeth (8/5): Our stay in Vienna! - Quirky pension on the outskirts of Vienna. Easily accessible by metro. Decent breakfast. Refrigerator did not function in the room. We were told it would be repaired but no go. The door to the toilet made a loud screechy noise when opened and closed.

- Maryna (10/5): Отличное место для ночевки - Уютный отель с ухоженной территорией и приветливой хозяйкой. По приезду нас встретила собака Эмми, которую мы сперва испугались. Но она оказалась доброй и милой. В стоимость был включен завтрак, который нам понравился. Шведский стол+девушки для каждого готовили омлет и кофе. Мы жили 1 ночь в номере с подсолнечниками. Уютная просторная комната, вторая комната - кухня. Чисто, с интересным дизайном. На территории был бассейн, но мы не плавали. -
- Gerhard (10/5): Hervorragende Unterkunft. Kann man mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. - Eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Das Zimmer absolut top, die Betten bequem. Ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Eierspeisen verschiedenster Art. Auch konnte man zum Frühstück Kaiserschmarrn bekommen. Der Kaffee (Espresso) auch sehr gut.

- Stefyviaggiatrice (10/5): Meraviglioso - Camera spaziosa comoda e molto pulita. Posizione comoda con i mezzi sii raggiunge il centro il 20 minuti. Colazione variegata ed abbondante all'interno di una sala colazione davvero particolare. Staff super gentile. Una nota speciale alla proprietaria per la sua disponibilità: Susanne è super. Un abbraccio al cagnolone bellissimo e buonissimo
- Sergej (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Das Personal war super nett und ist immer auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Die Zimmer in der Pension Sanz sind außergewöhnlich und so detailreich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden uns jedes Mal wieder für die Pension entscheiden.

- Stefanie (9/5): Traumhaft - jederzeit wieder. Kann man nur empfehlen. - Super nette Chefin und Personal. Großes geräumiges Apartment mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht. Super auch die Parkplätze vor Ort zu einer günstigen Tagespauschale von Mo-Fr. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück.
