• maria teresa (8/5): Buena para un viajero - Que las fotos q mostraron en la página se correspondían con lo q encontré al llegar. Estaba todo limpio y cuidado. El baño también amplio y funcional. Está a 100 metros de la estación Cavour. Si bien la habitación está muy buena, está en un tercer piso por escalera en estado deteriorado. Ir con valijas y llegar al tercer piso no es para cualquiera.

• Denis (8/5): Clean and convenient. - Spotlessly clean, quiet and secure. Very convenient for the metro, buses or walking into town. The general area is a tip, like much of Naples. Communications were mostly good except they insisted we call but then the girl who answered seemed to struggle with English. We waited outside the gate while the guy waited upstairs without telling us.

The room had no window, there was only a very small fortochka in the bathroom. No elevator to go up to the flat and €20 extra charged due to check in after 10pm. The reason of my late check in was the arrival time of my flight. I certainly wouldn't have chosen to check in after 11pm if it was up to me, with a 2 years old child with me This extra charge I did not like.

• Ball (8/5): One of the best hotels we found in naples! - The hotel itself felt luxurious for the price point. Very clean, private, comfortable. Even though the staff member didn’t speak english she made sure to use google translate and make sure we clearly understood all the information needed. Shower was hot with good pressure. Bed was comfortable and plenty of in-room seating, storage, and mirrors. Minifridge and coffee machine. Located in a bit of a rougher looking part of town, probably helps with the price though. If you struggle with stairs there are 3 floors of it to get into the hotel. The only main problem was the thinness of the walls of the other hotel rooms. We could hear the neighbors pretty well, a little more than would have been preferred for a light sleeper.

• Thalia (8/5): Very nice - The room was very spacious. Close to the city centre and walking distance from Garibaldi station. The staff was very proactive and contacted us straight after our booking with some information and on the day of our arrival to ensure a smooth check in. There is no balcony but there is a smoking area just outside the room in the inner courtyard. The only downside was that the shower was a bit small.

• Mirela (4/5): Disappointing - The room was spacious and clean. And we had one free coffee per person everyday. On the first day of our stay, the shower drain was clogged. We almost flooded the apartment. On the second day we didn't have hot water, and in the morning and evening we had to shower with cold water. On top of that, the water pressure was so weak that we had to stand under the cold water for a long time. It was pure luck that we didn't get sick. On top of that the owner/staff didn't speak any English, which was an issue, because we would have like some help. When we shared our feedback, we received no resolution or compensation.

• Alena (10/5): Quiet, safe and comfortable stay in a spacious room - The room was very spacious with lots of storage space, even in the bathroom. It was extremely clean and equipped with everything listed in the description, including tea and espresso, a safe, extra blankets, a hairdryer and a fridge. It felt like a really quiet and private retreat after a long day in the crowded and noisy streets of Napoli as there is no one at the reception, the walls are soundproof and our room was facing the quiet courtyard of the house. The neighbourhood area seemed a bit rough and dirty which I didnt mind and during the day it did not feel dangerous at all (we didnt go out at night). All other tenants in the house were friendly and we felt safe in the room as you need to get through three locked doors and there were video cameras. Metro stations for linea 1 and 2, three supermarkets, cafes and good pizzerias were reachable within 5 minutes. The centre of the city can be reached within a 15-20 minute walk. The owners send you all relevant information and a metro map before your stay and you can contact them at all times via whatsapp or booking. You have to contact them 30 minutes before your arrival as there is no one at the reception which for us worked out well. After checking out you have the possibility to leave your luggage in the hall. We personally didnt really perceive this as something negative but it might be relevant for others: - The rooms are located in the third floor, there is no elevator and the stairs are very uneven. - We booked the room with the yellow couch and bedding - the only window is also the front door of the room and leads to the courtyard of the house which doesnt let in lots of sunlight. However, you can choose between warm and white light in the room and a small upper part of the window can be opened to let in fresh air without opening the door.

The staff were friendly, although they didn't speak English and communicated via translation app which was fine. The location was great, close to the metro, about a 2-minute walk and close to a lot of restaurants. The area was a bit sketchy but after a few days you get used to it. The hotel was really secure, so I felt safe. The bathroom to the single room was separate. I was given a lock to the bathroom which was fine, but there was another bedroom right next to mine and it felt a little awkward going to the bathroom when I needed to as the rooms including the bathroom weren't soundproof.
• Andrew (8/5): Very nice room, very shabby neighbourhood, poor service. - The room was very modern, spacious and clean. The air-conditioning was much appreciated. The photos only show the inside of the rooms. They are actually located in a very old building in a narrow laneway. A although it's very typical for this area, it's not what I expected. Also, the hosts don't speak any English and it was difficult to communicate with them. The reception is NOT staffed 24 hours, you need to call and WhatsApp them several times to get them to answer, and they aren't anywhere near the rooms, so don't expect them to come. Also they advertise they will get a taxi, but they won't. They refused. Note also that it is on the third floor, which means SIX flights of stairs and no lift.

• Franziska (10/5): Very luxurious stay in a very authentic neighborhood - Everything was clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and uncomplicated. The room itself is located in the very authentic area “Rione Sanità. It’s a buzzing neighborhood full of life. It might seem chaotic at first, but it’s really fun to stroll around and check out the real Napoli. You can easily walk to the historic center by foot and there are heaps of restaurants and bars nearby. It’s also super close to the metro. Staying at I Tesori di Napoli was perfect. It gave you a little bit of peace within the chaotic, but very fun Napoli. We would definitely come back.

• Auguste-grace (10/5): A Stay to Remember: Charm, Comfort, and Hospitality at I Tesori di Napoli - I Tesori di Napoli is a hotel located in the heart of a pretty district of Naples, where you can find several independent shops nearby, but also small local cafes that made the charm of the city. Accessibility is at its height; with proximity of transport (bus and metro to seek more into the city in itself). The decoration of the room was very cute and it was very clean too. Among these qualities, also remains to be mentioned the quality of service of the staff who from the beginning to the end of our stay knew how to be warm and very welcoming. The value for money is a success. Highly recommended ! -

Bathroom has a shower and clean towels, hand wash, shower gel packets. Bedroom has a desk and an open cupboard to hang and organise clothes/ personal items. Bedside lamps and plug sockets next to the bed with usb slots. Coffee machine with free coffee and welcome bottles and packet of sweets. Also room is beautifully decorated with themes. Location is quick and easy to get to the center. 3 floors without a lift to get to the town center. N/a
• Jianing (10/5): Great, tasty, wonderful, relaxing! - The hotel is located in central Napoli, only one stop by metro from the central railway station. It is very easy to approach most tourist sites by foot or by several stops on the metro. The property is in a beautiful old building with a lovely yard. There are many great Italian restaurants around the location. The famous dessert store "Pasticceria Poppella" is only 5 minutes away (I highly recommend the Pistacchio made with delicious goat milk). Also, many pizza stores are delicious and inexpensive. My general impression is that only Napoli pizza is the REAL pizza!!! (Pizza Fritta is so amaaaaazing!!) The hotel room is large with a large bathroom and is very clean and tidy. The housemaster is very kind and friendly. We did not want a room with a red curtain, and the hotel satisfied the request. There is a coffee machine in the room, but we don't have the chance to use it because you can easily find tasty coffee in Napoli at a fair price. Generally a very wonderful stay! The only thing I think could be improved is that the bathroom needs a basket to store the shampoo while showering. Besides that, everything is great!

• Marisela (9/5): Nice and comfy accommodation, 1 minute from a metro station - Accommodation not very central, but 15 minutes walk to the shopping street of Naples, 3 minutes walk from the national archaeological museum of Naples and 50 m from the metro station that connects to the entire city. It is located inside a family building. The decoration of the room and the bathroom is excellent, everything is very clean and there is a coffee maker to prepare a coffee or tea. No breakfast service.

But it did not have any facility for cooking, not even to warm up a glass of milk. I think that in that price a breakfast should be included or the place should have some kind of facilities for cooking. Thank you.
• Richard (9/5): Very good and very central. - I absolutely recommend this place. This property consists of several well-refurbished rooms, very well-refurbished. My Single Room was bright, clean, had a comfortable bed, TV, safe, small fridge, small desk and an open-wardrobe to hang clothes. Host was welcoming and was kind enough to leave a few chocolates as a welcome gift. My bathroom was across the corridor opposite my room. This did not bother me. No breakfast is included however Naples has many shops to buy morning food and drink. It was unfortunate that I only spent one night here. This is very close to the Piazza Cavour metro station that can take you to other parts of Naples and to the Garibaldi station. You just have to cross one main road and you will find yourself in the Centro Historico. It may look like this property is in an unsafe area however I felt comfortable walking around. The old part of Naples looks dirty, but dont let this discourage you. Better here than a property at the noisy Piazza Garibaldi, where you will find some unsavoury characters lurking. No lift to the third floor. Will be a struggle if you carrying big bags. Sound insulation between rooms is a bit poor. I could hear (muffled) what was going on next door.

Located a couple mins from the metro, a supermarket and also inside a nice Naples court with friendly neighbours wishing good morning. Everything was great just no lift to the 3rd floor so if you have a big luggage it may be tiring. We only had hand luggage so was fine for us.
