• Paula (10/5): Cómodo y bien conectado - El alojamiento era cómodo, limpio y te entregaba lo necesario para una buena estancia de paso por la ciudad. Tiene ascensor, tranquilo, seguro y limpio. Había toallas limpias, aire acondicionado, silencioso en las noches, ducha cómoda, secador de pelo. Buena conexión: Muy cercano a metro principal para turista y también para estación central de tren a otras ciudades No podías dejar maletas durante tus tiempos de espera PERO todo el sector está lleno de negocios que reciben por pago (farmacias, cafeterías, etc.) es común en la ciudad y funciona super bien, lo utilicé dos veces. Tampoco hay lugares comunes tipo cocina para prepararte algo o calentar comida, pero en las cercanías hay bastantes cafeterías, trattorias o pizzerías a buenos precios y variedades. The pressure to arrive at the accommodation by a certain time, even though we were travelling by plane. The walls between the rooms were thin, you could hear everything from the next room.

• Kateřina (4/5): - Fungující wifi. Nepřesné informace ohledně ubytování, jedná se o byt, který je rozdělen na 4 samostatné pokoje, které si uzamykáte na klíč, který vypadá, že je z pevnosti Boyard. Koupelnu sdílíte s dalším pokojem. Koupelna je v retro stylu, nefunkční splachování toalety, spláchnout se vám povede třeba na 10 pokus, sprchový retro kout s hlavicí bez těsnění, nedoplněné prostředky jako byl sprchový gel i přes mojí urgenci. V pokoji to zatuchle smrdělo. Nechápu absenci např. sklenic na vodu nebo talířku. Výtah v objektu je na mince, nechápu proč? Okolí domu je velmi rušné. Nedopručuji.

The service was very customer-oriented — Mr. Domenico kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the official 3:00 PM time, which we really appreciated! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Everything was fine!

Everything is clean. Nothing, except another person who was in the next room who played music in the early morning which disrupted my sleep.

Aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente, secador de pelo en la habitación y hasta televisión. Nosotras teníamos baño compartido pero al ser con una sola habitación, prácticamente ni se notó. Agradecemos la atención de Domenico que fue muy atento y amable. Pasamos unos días increíbles. Lo único que fue un poco incómodo es que hasta las 19hrs se deben pagar 0,10 euros para usar el ascensor, pero entendemos que es norma del edificio.

• Ruth (10/5): - Wunderschöner Blick über den Golf mit Vesuv. Super zentral, 10 min fun Hauptbahnhof, die historische Altstadt beginnt direkt am Corso. Trotz belebter Hauptstraße sehr ruhig im Hinterhof. Küchenzeile ist ein Kühlschrank plus Wasserkocher. Geschirr und Besteck sehr spärlich. Abwasch muss in Gemeinschaftsbad erledigt werden.

Na plus ewentualnie to że jest za darmo w weekendy oraz codziennie po 19. Jest ona jednak też bardzo mała, toteż mogą wejść tam max 2 osoby z małą walizką a według regulaminu nawet tylko jedna. Tip dla rodaków - winda ta działa także na nasze 5 czy 50 polskich. groszy. Z czystości tak jak pisałem generalnie czysto, ale poduszki na balkonie były zapleśniałe. Tak jak wspomniałem łazienka była fajna ale występują problemy z wodą a mianowicie potrafi po prostu w losowym momencie zabraknąć ciepłej wody, czy to z kranu - rano chcesz umyć ręce i musisz odkręcić wodę w obu łazienkach i może po kilkunastu minutach w któreś pojawi się ciepła woda, a także w prysznicu gdy kąpiesz się niemal we wrzątku, umyjesz włosy - chcesz spłukać i nagle ciepłej wody brak na kilka minut. Tak jak wspomniałem lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, ale wiadomo że okolica jest dość szemrana, wieczorem po otwarciu drzwi do budynku menel który był o nie oparty wpadł mi do środka, ale to już problem całego Neapolu. • SHIN YU (8/5): I take Naples be my transit stop, so stay nearby train station. Overall is good value for money! - Clean, close to train station (close to both Naples stations, one around 5 mins by walk, the other around 10 mins). Two rooms share one bathroom, totally 4 rooms only. Small room and balcony. 乾淨，靠近2個拿波里火車站，總共4房間，2房間共享一浴室。小房間&陽台。 Soundproof is not good, you can easy heard the sound from other rooms. 隔音設備不太好 若其他室友音量較大 就會被吵到。
• Toby (5/5): Location good at least... - Location is great. €5 in shared taxi from airport. Easy walking distance to Spaccanapoli full of cool bars and restaurants. Shared bathroom. My mistake, I never realised this at time of booking. Walls paper thin, you can hear everything. The balcony was nice but zero privacy as there are 3 in a row with just a plant between them. Nowhere to keep luggage, lift and shared shower absolutely tiny. Bed hard and uncomfortable.
• Hana (9/5): - Na kratší pobyt ideální místo. Kousek od hlavního nádraží i kousek do centra. Úžasný výhled! Ke konci našeho pobytu nefungoval výtah, což nebylo příjemné, zvláště když jsme ráno odcházeli se zavazadly. Na druhou stranu výhled z balkonu ze 6. patra stál za to.

Sempre explicando tudo sem deixar nenhuma dúvida. Os quarto muito limpo assim como o banheiro. Localização perfeita. Metrô, trem e onibus tudo perto. Além dos pontos turiscos serem possiveis de chegarem todos a pé. Também não posso esquecer a staff Assia quem foi muito simpática e me tratou muito bem. Só lembrando que o Domenico fala português Gostei de tudo
• Maria (6/5): Fine stay. CONFIRM CHECK-IN/OUT TIME - Apartments are 1 room with shared bathroom. The view from the balcony was nice. But keep in mind it depends in what exact room you get (if it’s to the right side, you will see Vesuvius). In the room you can find a hairdryer, lots of towels, additional pillow. You can also ask for towels or bad linen change if you need to. There a small refrigerator in the room. There is a shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. I BEG EVERYONE TO CONFIRM CHECK-IN/OUT TIME! I arrived at 10.50pm and could have been at the place around 11.30pm. The check-in time is by 8pm. 5 days ahead I’ve tried to find a solution but it was unsuccessful. The owner of the apartment suggested me to pay extra fees for one of the personnel to stay late or to come to place to check me in. No one agreed to do this. I’ve also suggested an option of cancelling the reservation but he rejected. As a result, I had to book another stay for that night. P.s. I know the check-in time was initially indicated on booking but overall experience of further communication ruined my good impressions of this place. Facilities in the room are not new. The floor wasn’t clean. The apartment is on the 6th floor. There is an elevator which is paid during the work week (0.10€ each ride, coins only) and free during the weekend. It’s really small, so if you have a bag or a suitcase you will go alone. Bathroom wasn’t comfortable but it’s fine if you stay only for a couple of days.

Le logement est mal insonorisé et manquait de propreté. Les joints de la douche sont trous moisis. Le logement dans son ensemble est vetuste. Une machine à café, une bouilloire et/ou un petit frigo aurait été apprecié.

• Matheus (10/5): Acomodação aconchegante, limpa e confortável - A acomodação esta em um prédio bem antigo, porém, ela em si é extremamente limpa e totalmente reformada, oferecendo muito conforto, com destaque para o ar-condicionado e cama bem confortável! É um excelente custo-benefício. O Domenico foi excepcional durante toda a estadia e, até mesmo, antes dela, se colocando à disposição para ajudar no que era possível e, até mesmo, compartilhando excelentes dicas sobre a cidade. Não deixem de levar moedinhas de 10 centavos ou trocar com o zelador do prédio, ao chegar, para conseguir usar o elevador e subir com as malas 😉
• Stack (8/5): I’ll Balconcino was clean, close to city facilities and public transport and good value for money. - Good location, close to the city and amenities (train station and cafes). Interesting old building. Clean and had everything I needed. A more flexible and later check in would have been good as I was charged 25 euros for a late check in. My flight did not get in until 8pm so there was no possibility of getting there earlier.
• Anastassiya (10/5): - Очень отзывчивый менеджер. Доменико отвечал на любые вопросы и способствовал комфортному проживанию. В комнате было очень чисто, комфортно. Потрясающий вид на Везувий и город. Комната располагается удобно...близко вокзал, рестораны, магазины, в 15 минутах исторический центр. В Неаполе не первый раз, и точно не последний. Однозначно сюда вернусь! Соотношение цены и качества! ♥️♥️

• Nick (8/5): Good place for a solo traveller - luck of the draw as to whether the shared facilities are fine or a nuisance. - Good location in a very busy area of the city - easy to walk to the old town First few days were ok with shared bathroom as it seemed the other too was out most of the time. Last day the people in the other room were in the bathroom for extended periods of time.
• Elgueta (10/5): - Excelente lugar, pleno centro de Nápoles, todo a mano, a 2 cuadras de la estación de trenes y se puede dormir tranquilo sin ruidos y con aire acondicionado. Domenico excelente anfitrión constantemente preguntando si se necesita algo y dando excelentes recomendaciones Nada que reprochar!

• Wüstenhagen (9/5): I would recommend the place if you want comfort staying in Neapel. Very central, so you can visit many places on foot. - Domenico and his staffs are super friendly and kind persons, so the communication was easy and welcoming. The lift didn’t work sometimes, so that was sometimes a problem for me, because I had a heavy luggage with me.
• Célian (8/5): Séjour père fils - Emplacement proche des deux lignes de métro, des bus (ANM, EAV et Alibus), des trains (Trenitalia et Circumvesuviana). Chambre propre et salles de bain en commun nettoyées tous les jours. Beau balcon avec vue sur le Vésuve, le port, la mer, piazza Mercato ou encore il Castel Sant’Elmo. Literie correct. Climatisation parfois bruyante, mais rien qui ne saurait être amélioré ou réparé

• Julian (9/5): Unbeatable location for price - Great location in the heart of Naples. We stayed one night before an early red eye flight. The area surrounding the place is a little rough so be careful as it gets dark. Host goes above and beyond. Wasn’t a huge amount on the room (no glasses, jugs, kettle etc) but ok for what we needed it for. Bring 10c for the lift to the 6 floor
• Mi (10/5): Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay at a reasonable price. - Everything was excellent, exactly as described. The room was clean and tidy, and every two rooms shared a bathroom, which was cleaned daily. The view of Mount Vesuvius was a bonus. It was convenient to the train station and the subway. Several attractions were within walking distance, and there was delicious coffee and ice cream downstairs. The landlord has prepared everything and provided very comprehensive instructions. To make guests’ stay even more comfortable, it might be helpful to add a few extra reminders in the room, such as keeping quiet at night and flushing the toilet after use.

• Machelle (10/5): Truly amazing - We had a wonderful stay at Il Balconcino. It was easy to get in touch with Domenico, the owner. If we needed anything, he was quick and easy to reach. We received a warm welcome, and the room was truly a gem. It was spacious and had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, Vesuvius, and Castel Elmo. The location was also very central. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return.
• Machelle (10/5): Perfect! - We had already spent a night at Il Balconcino earlier in our trip. Afterward, we continued on to Positano. From Positano, we wanted to return to Naples. We had such a wonderful stay that we decided to return. Once again, we wanted to enjoy the wonderful stay, the pleasant location, and the beautiful view.

Nice facilities, shared bathroom is only with 1 other room so it is almost like having your own anyways. Nice view from the balcony. Great air conditioning and shower temperatures. Great value for money. Only taking 1 point off because the bed and pillows were a little hard, but everything else was great
• Jingyuan (10/5): Friendly host. Amazing location. - The host is very friendly, generous, and helpful. The location is my favourite — local, central, and convenient. Right across the street is the most famous pizza place, and within a 5–10 minute walk, you can reach all major transportation options, including the airport shuttle. The room and bathroom were quite clean! Great viwe of the balcony. The kettle is old and not clean. There was even some water left in it. Updating the kettle would definitely make the room more perfect. The balcony is amazing, but the chair and table could have been cleaned.
• Stephanie (10/5): Views and convenience - As the name suggests, the highlight is the balcony! It's amazing how the apartment is above the hustle and bustle of the main road, with super convenience to the station, but you don't hear much of that noise from above, just birds and the hum of the city. I was even surprised to see a bit of the sea in the distance. The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and very responsive. The ancient lift is also really cool, a fun novelty for anyone who hasn't used one before. The wifi and air-conditioning are strong and reliable, which was important during our hot summer visit. I was nervous about the shared bathroom, but it was actually super convenient and cleaned daily by staff. Not all of the rooms have a Kettle or refrigerator, so it would be nice to have that in the common area.
