• Prasomsri (5/5): - Location of the accommodation was great, it was within walking distance to the historical center of Naples. The host Milly was great, she sent over some recommendations to the city and was easily reachable. We had an early flight the morning of our check out, and she kindly arranged a taxi for us. The room was clean and quaint perfect for a quick stop in Naples. The room was clean however we did have an ant issue. We noticed a trail from the window of the room and then found a few stragglers of ants on the bed and nightstand. It made our one night stay a little uncomfortable, but we weren’t there for long so it was fine. Otherwise the B&B was nice and in a great location.

• Robert (9/5): Perfect, quality accommodation for central Naples and the Port. - Such a great place to stay. Around the corner from all the back streets full of restaurants, bars, shops and energy. The room and ensuite were absolutely lovely and very spacious. Milly and Olga was just brilliant and so very helpful. The breakfast was great and probably better than expected. Lovely coffee, eggs, cereal, meats, cheese, bread, juice and water. 7 mins walk to the Duomo, with their new, roof level tour.

• Maria (7/5): Comfortable room right in the heart of historic Naples. - This B&B is in the historic part of the town. The room was compact but comfortable with a nice little balcony overlooking the street. We didn’t receive any details about how to get into the B&B until we had arrived and were standing out on the street. It would have been much better to have received this information the night before and be prepared. The B&B is in a very old residential building. As you enter the courtyard it looks quite rundown. The lift is the original lift for the old building. Iron gate and wooden doors. Once you get into the B&B it’s very nicely appointed. There is no staff on duty from 1pm so it’s self check in and a little bit soulless. We did meet a lovely girl the next morning who made us a quick breakfast before we checked out. Our room faced onto the street with a little balcony. Very noisy at night.

• Richard (10/5): Very nice accommodatio, lovely staff, well placed for the Centro Histoico & transport. - Our room was well appointed, very clean & comfortable. It had a sweet little balcony with two seats with a view up to Castel Sant Elmo on its hill. The showeroom was lovely. Milly at Quantum was accessible to answer queries daytime on Whatsapp & very helpful. Olga on site was cheerful, helpful & efficient - her breakfast was really good. Particularly good, as we arrived in the afternoon with no staff on site was the ease of the directions & the entry arrangements - meaning we were swiftly in our room, relaxing after our journey & enjoying a cup of tea! Quantum is in Via Duomo really well placed & only a very short walk to the Historical Centre; and a ten minute walk to the main Garibaldi station for trains to Pompeii, Herculaneum & Sorrento. Duomo Metro Station on Line 1 (really great for top sites) was closed whilst we were there but is a few metres away from Quantum once the station reopens - alternatively Universita Line 1 station was a 7 minute walk away. We'd recommend the nearby local Antica Pizzaria Del Borgo, simple, busy & welcoming for an excellent Pizza: or for a upmarket dining experience, the fabulous Januarius a short walk up Via Duomo opposit the Cathedral itself (but book ahead on the phone)!
• Rose (8/5): Pleasant accommodate in good central location. - Nice room with everything I needed - comfortable bed, nice decor, tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water provided, good breakfast in cosy breakfast room. Noisy - a great location for getting around, but a very noisy one with crowds, traffic and planes overhead. Thankfully it quietened down by late evening. Also, there was a loose floor tile in the room that needs fixing.

• Mary (8/5): A charming place in a good location with limited on site support. - We did a quick overnight stay in Naples, and this was a great location from which to get out and see the area. The room was quite large, clean, and very charming. The property responds to communications in a timely manner. The property staff is available until 1 pm. Check in is at 2 pm, so there is no one on site to help with check in. The property sent instructions and video, which was helpful, but there were quite a few steps in the process. As others have mentioned, the place is not easy to find. As we were there for just a quick overnight, we did not see any staff and had to send passport photo through WhatsApp for check in and leave cash at the reception for the 9 euro tax. As mentioned above, the room was absolutely charming, but there was a fair amount of noise from the infrastructure (e.g., bathroom pipes) and also from outside.

• Marina (4/5): Впечатление испорчено - Расположение. Все самые важные локации в пешей доступности. Отношение к гостям. Изначально забронирован был номер люкс с предварительной оплатой за него. По приезде и заселению в номер, оказалось, что температура внутри комнаты ниже, чем на улице, так как в номере был прямой сквозняк от двух балконов в нем, в ванную из-за холода было вообще невозможно войти. Обогреватель был неисправный, комната не подготовлена. В течение часа удалось связаться с администратором (на вопросы реагируют не оперативно), на что нам было сказано, что это не отель, чтобы готовить комнату для всех заранее и проверять обогреватель. В итоге, после переговоров об ответственности, нам был предоставлен взамен номер делюкс, который по стоимости был куда более экономичный, чем оплаченный мной люкс. Впечатление с самого начала было мягко сказать испорчено. Единственное, что скрасило впечатление здесь, это отношение пани Ольги, которая была всего пару раз за наш отдых, ее забота, вкусные завтраки и доброта грели душу. Другой персонал вел себя предвзято, к тому ещё и так, будто в номер мы заехали бесплатно.🤦‍♀️ И, да, разницу между оплаченным люксом и делюксом мне так и не вернули. Данное место рекомендовать, к сожалению, не могу.

• Roni (10/5): Loved our stay! - Our room was lovely and comfortable, and the communication was good. The room is centrally located within walking distance of many sites and good restaurants. Olga is lovely, as many reviews have already remarked. She took very good care of us. I would recommend this place definitely! Everything was great.

There was breakfast offered - a small refreshment that was a good start before going out to explore the city. There was quite a lot of noise from the street that the windows didn't filter out. The shower was uncomfortably small and the water pressure wasn't ideal either. A bit more storage space in the room would be handy. The surrounding area of the hotel was busy, loud and quite messy.

Milly offered lots of great suggestions and booked a taxi for us. It wasn't quite as "luxe" as the pictures looked - eg a wobbly floor tile. It was good value for the price.

Materace wygodne, pięknie umeblowane, miłe dla oka. Jeśli chodzi o śniadania, to uczta dla podniebienia. Przepyszne i pięknie podane. Olga cudowna kobieta. Jak kiedyś jeszcze będę planować pobyt w Neapolu to napewno wybiorę ten hotel. Z korytarza słychać wszystko, więc trzeba to brać pod uwagę

• Beewie (9/5): Perfect place for a stay in Naples! - The room has been spacious (huge enough to roll out my yoga mat in front of the balcony doors) and was very well equipped. Beds were absolutely comfortable. We enjoyed to have had this little balcony where you can nicely sit at. Staff was extremely kind and friendly - Olga is the best! Even if she only speaks Italian (and we do not), we got worked out with her every single detail we had a question about! The little breakfast room was very cute and we got spoiled by getting an elaborately prepared and perfectly Halloween themed special breakfast on Oktober 31st. side note: using the beautiful antique elevator of the building makes you feel like landing right in the middle of an old movie, we loved that!
• Bergé (10/5): Excellent séjour, nous y reviendrons. - Très bien situé dans le centre historique a proximité des principaux lieux d'intérêt et tout proche du métro. Literie excellente (lit king size 180x200), très calme, Décors superbe, très propre, très bon petit déjeuner, et personnel très gentil et serviable. Très bon support de Milly par WhatsApp. peut être un plan de l'immeuble avec les étapes pour l'arrivée qui n'a pas été très aisée.
• davide (10/5): Excellent sejour à Naples - Facilité d'acces et instructions pour joindre la structure, idealement situé dans le centre et à coté des musés et lieux à visiter. Service de la part du personnel, à l'ecoute et disponible. Le petit dejeuner et vraiment top. La chambre assez silencieuse et confortable, literie très bien. Parfois il y avait du mauvais odeur qui remontait chez le lavabo et bidet, je pense lié aux canalisations de la ville, je ne pense pas que la structure puisse faire beaucoup pour le resoudre, hormis laisser de la ventilation dans la salle de bain et installeur des parfumeurs automatiques (ce qu'il a eté fait, donc bonne volonté de la part de la structure)

• Helmuth (10/5): - Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Quatrum Napoli verbringen dürfen und haben uns dementsprechend wohlgefühlt. Neben der guten Lage besticht die Unterkunft durch die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit. Metro Station liegt unmittelbar vor dem Hotel, auch der Alibus vom Flughafen hält in der Nähe und es gibt in der näheren Umgebung sehr viele Lokale. Hervorheben möchte ich Olga die uns ein perfektes Frühstück zubereitet hat und mit ihrer Freundlichkeit uns begeistert hat. Zimmer und Bad sind Stillvoll eingerichtet, beim Gebäude handelt es sich um ein Neopolitanisches Gebäude mit einen gewissen charm. Aufzug ist im Gebäude Vorhanden. Bei unserer Abreise wurde uns zur gewünschten Abholzeit ein Taxi organisiert mit dem wir in 20min um 25€ am Flughafen waren. Wir waren zu viert , mit zwei Zimmer und würden das Quartum jederzeit wieder buchen bzw. Weiterempfehlen!

The space is well utilized and the room was quite comfortable Room could be a bit stuffy at times but nothing opening the window couldn’t solve.

Ms. Olga is an absolute gem — incredibly warm and attentive, she treats every guest at breakfast with genuine care and kindness. One tiny downside – there was a strange smell coming from the pipes in our bathroom. It’s probably an issue with the building rather than the apartment itself, but it would be nice to have it fixed ;)

• hervé (10/5): - Un très bon emplacement au coeur du centre historique à deux pas du métro qu'il faut privilégier au taxi pour se déplacer. La chambre était spacieuse et décorée avec goût. L'agrément du balcon est un plus. Très bon petit déjeuner servi à table. L'hôte est à l'écoute et répond rapidement aux demandes. Une mention spéciale pour Olga la réceptionniste très professionnelle.

• Tim (6/5): A pleasant stay but more prior information about getting in would have been great and contact - Location, cleanliness were fine, and it was well maintained. The room has all amenities and the 2 staff were friendly and helpful. It was very difficult to get into, and instructions to enter should have been sent well in advance. There was no one to welcome us and only one person to organise breakfast and clean the room, a meet and greet and a manned front desk would have made a big difference. The lift was not for the faint-hearted.
• Barbara (8/5): Süßes, sauberes BB im Zentrum Neapels - Tolle Lage, unkompliziert zu erreichen, ein kleines, aber sehr sauberes, komfortables Zimmer, bequemes Bett, und ein süßer Balkon! Sehr gute Empfehlung für Restaurants in der Nähe! Dass die Kommunikation Vorort ausschließlich über WhatsApp erfolgt. Etwas getrübt wurde unser Aufenthalt durch die anschuldigende Kommunikation eines Schadens an der Klomuschel, was letztlich als vorbestehend geklärt werden konnte. Trotzdem mühsam sich emotional per WhatsApp mit derartigen Themen im Urlaub herumschlagen zu müssen. Für uns trübt sich dadurch auch das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Set within a very traditional Napoleon block with a traditional cage lift to take you to a secure private entrance. Very peaceful within and staff very helpful and super friendly. I hope to return.
