- Claudio (10/5): Da rifare - Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza e soprattutto la camera molto bella
- Inguaggiato (7/5): -
- Lilach (1/5): Unsafe and unclean - The room smelled of sewage, wifi didn’t work and wasn’t repaired. No front desk. The room didn’t meet expectations in the pictures. We asked about cleaning and were specifically told there wasn’t room cleaning or towel replacement. However someone entered our room without our consent or acknowledging us (supposedly to fix the water tank outside). Felt unsafe and violated, so had to leave before the end of our stay. We requested a refund but were denied, owner didn’t answer us.

- Czyzyk (3/5): - Personale cordiale -bagno ammufito
- perdite d'acqua
- la porta del bagno rotta
- luce non si spegneva
- porta d'ingresso con ferri sporgenti da farsi male
- sedia rotta
- Jana (8/5): - Ubytování je blízko hlavního nádraží, v docházkové vzdálenosti i k historickému centru. V budově jsme se cítili bezpečně. Majitel komunikoval a v případě dotazů vše rychle řešil.

- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Justina (8/5): Very good - Everything is ok for the price. Walkable 20min to train station 25min to the port The airport is quite close, so noisy from the early morning
- Jason (6/5): Ultimately it was OK. We went to Pompei and enjoyed other aspects of the city. - There was no breakfast. Not knowing the city the location was OK. There had been a market earlier in the day all evening long. There were piles of garbage in the street that were 6 feet tall. It was very difficult to navigate our way into the building as there was no clear doorbell. People who lived in the building sort of guided us in. At first, we thought we were at the wrong place. And we eventually discovered a small sign near the doorbells but again there was not a specific doorbell for the property. Very confusing, especially at night after having traveled all day. We had a late dinner around the corner which initially seemed OK. The later we stayed I believe they were drug dealers may be a prostitute or two we’re hanging around. There are a couple of drunk guys arguing. That was OK but traveling with our kids. I think it was good that we left that area by about 10 PM. I’d imagine it only gets a lot more interesting the later it gets. As mentioned there had been a market earlier in the day, but the garbage was literally 6 feet tall in the street. It just seemed like a burned out part of town honestly.
- Helen (10/5): Highly recommend this accommodation in an old Monastery. We booked 2 double rooms both great with balconies and a fridg - Spacious, clean and secure property in a good location.
- Lina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (1/5): Dirty!!!! - Nothing!! The room was in the ghetto area of Naples very dirty area and also the room it was dirty and smells bad. We complayned about it but the women she said sorry but we can't do nothing. I also told her we dont want to stay here but they don't give you back the money. Also they don't have Reception and in the room don't have a safe to put your money or jewellery there so we had to bring with us all our money.U can't sleep there cuz every 5 min pass an airplane very close to the room. The photos on booking is more nice then in the reality. U don't feel safe in that area. And also we leave the towel on the floor to change but they put back once the dirty one. I leave few photos to see the reality!! Definitely not recommend!!!! Don't go there!!!
- Debbie (9/5): Nice stay in local area - Located in a quiet area of Naples, which wasn’t touristy. Approx 15 minute walk to station area.
Rooms aren’t staffed but we were met promptly, they texted regularly. It’s rooms in an apartment block. The apartment block has a beautiful friendly cat!
Room was cleaned, had a kettle
Provided breakfast - drink and pastry at a friendly local cafe
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pavleta (8/5): Napoli - colourful and memorable experience - The location was excellent: 10 minutes walking distance from the central station and from main metro stops. The accommodation had everything a family on a short stay would need. The cleaning was done every day. It was quiet and there were two big supermarkets nearby, a lot of cafes for breakfast. There were some nice amenities in the room - porcelain cups and tea bags, spoons, hot water pot, honey. The service was perfect - we were welcomed and explained everything. We had received nice recommendations for traveling within the city and the main attractions, places to eat, etc. the host kept friendly communication with us and was absolutely punctual. The accomodation is situated near a daily opened market, so the first impression on our way to it was not the best one. If you approach the accommodation from Foria boulevard thou you will skip the mess around the market. But if you had forgot to bring something with you - you will definitely find it on the market stands 😎
- Borna (9/5): Superb - The apartment was great, everything was clean and the staff is very friendly and always available.
- Johnson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (10/5): Authentic place with friendly staff and clean big room. Loved it! - Everything was really perfect, the staff were so lovely and the cleaner was really great and also very kind. The room was in a historic quiet building in the centre of Naples - I couldn't have asked for any better! I liked everything!
- Briandg (10/5): Great value for money and would stay there again. - It was excellent value for money and a reasonable location once you got your bearings. The entrance courtyard was a bit messy, but it looked like this was being upgraded. The staff and service was excellent and they were extremely helpful with quick answers to any questions we had. This is a small thing, but breakfast was provided by a local cafe. This was a 5 min walk away and would have preferred something closer. However - nice breakfast.
- Sonja (9/5): Our host Maria was amazing, so helpful on always available. 5 Stars to Maria. - I liked the building, old, but full of character with a great courtyard and balcony. Even the little stray cat, Gato Nero,
which came to the house where everyone looks after him, became very friendly with us. Can't think of a thing. Exept for some people it might bother them that one can hear the aircrafts flying over the house. It did not bother us at all. We found a great local pizza place very near by, and also a great coffe place right next door where for breakfast you'll get the freshes Graffa. A giant doughnut, very tasty. The old city is beautiful, the traffic is crazy, but... we had a great time.
- Vilma (10/5): Lovely stay at Naples - Even though located in a very vivid and crowded city, and right at the centre of it, our room was very peaceful, safe and comfortable to stay at. The communication between us and the staff was very fluent and we had a very good time on our stay. I would highly recommend this place :)
We also got breakfast provided by the bnb, which was a croissant of our choosing with a drink. It was very nice.
- Arezo (2/5): Please do not book this hotel. It's a complete letdown!! - Stains on the bed linens! The building is falling apart! The cleaning staff were extremely unfriendly! On the last day, the shuttle service simply didn't show up, and we almost missed our flights! Completely unacceptable! The description doesn't match reality! We relied on the reviews and were greatly disappointed when we arrived at the apartment! Extremely poor experience! No elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs yourself.
- Mor (1/5): We won’t recommend - The lady was very nice and gave plenty of recommendations for the city and area. The room wasn’t as we expected- wasn’t clean, the area wasn’t welcoming and we didn’t feel safe there. Very noisy (you can hear the airplanes flying above).
- Leila (8/5): Very good -
- Grace (10/5): Great location - Maria was a fantastic host, very helpful and gave lots of information about Naples and the area. The building felt like you were staying in true Naples and the rooms were all in very good condition and comfortable. We were walking distance to most places in the city.
- Valeriafoschi (8/5): 3 day weekend in Naples - The location is in the Centro Storico, so walking distance from most of the main historical quarters. Conveniently located about 20 minutes walk from the train station, we found ourselves immersed in the busy narrow vicoli as soon as we left the main station square. Napoli is famous for its busy vicoli. While at first impact we were a bit sceptic we were glad in the end as we did a full immersion into the Neapolitan way of life within the city. The buildings are magnificent, and run down at the same time, which contributes to the Napoli charme. Inside each massive metal gates is a little world of courtyards and internal balconies and windows with mix of styles where locals live. The Naples Art Rooms can be reached via a grandiose arched staircase and a corridor with old style tyles. We were very glad for the opportunity and experience. The place is very safe. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds comfortable. There's a fridge with complimentary water, hairdryer and towels. Maria greeted us into our rooms, extremely nice and welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. She also gave us recommendations for the area like restaurants and how to reach Pompei. The breakfast is available about 5 mins walk onto a larger street at a bar with outdoor tables by presenting a card that is left in the room. Turning to the right exiting the front door and up the via Avvocata is a supermarket. While to the left and then right is the open air market which is a must to be seen. It remains open till late in the evening. Our room number 4, was very quiet at night. Number 5 had a window onto traffic noise, and mainly zooming mopeds could be heard.
One side lamp didn't work, no USB plugs available so you'll need an Italian 2 pin charger or adaptor. Also while there were some hand soap small bars, there was no shampoo or shower gel provided.
The usual recommendations that apply to a city centre: the location is in a vicolo so coming back at night late on foot is OK for groups but maybe not ideal for single ladies. Although we found the area ok both cars and mopeds drive by very fast and zoom by at short distance and also come from all directions, so one must keep all senses alerted when walking around. Although taxis are easily available and affordable.
- Mihaela (10/5): Exceptional - It's about a 10 minute walk to the center of Naples.
Everybody from the staff was incredibly nice, and very helpful. The owner even suggested a few places where you can eat, visit, what to visit, where can you get your tickets from. He was even nice enough to let us take the room a few hours sooner than the check in time.
We didn't mind the walk to the cafe, everything was fresh, and the coffee was really nice.
The room was clean, and cleaning was done every morning. The balcony is placed in the back of the building with a nice and quiet view. Don't be fooled by the outside of the place, the inside is so much better!
- Tiffany (10/5): Pleasant -would stay again. - The old monastery building is amazing. The room and bathroom is spacious and clean. The hostess was kind and helpful. Nothing I can think of.
- Žydrūnas (8/5): Very good -
- Alina (9/5): perfectly arranged - nothing to complain - we liked the balcony with a view into courtyard, the walkable distance to the old city center, having a fridge, all the tips we got via whatsapp from the hosts, the small alimentari right at the corner,.. nothing to complain
- Masalskis (7/5): Decent - Location and hospitality Quality in general
- 7310hrg (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff, easy interaction also through whatsapp. The building entrance could be better maintainedɓ
- N (10/5): Exceptional - Thanks Gennaro for your service and information Nothing
- Leila (9/5): Superb - - Security in the house
- Very polite personal - District is criminal enough. Especially if you arrive in the evening. It was really a little bit terrible for us.
- Azza (5/5): ok - location in terms of proximity from centre Location because a bit dingy. Bathroom designed poorly flooded the entire room! Thrash not cleared promptly lead to red ants in the room.
- Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional - Top notch hospitality and great air conditioner, room was clean and very comfortable. Great place.
- Andrej (8/5): Very good -
- Natalia (8/5): Very good - We had an amazing host who have made our stay as nice as possible, making sure we have all what we need.
- Luminita (10/5): Nice little hotel - Very quiet little hotel, very clean and friendly atmosphere. Nice bed, big bathroom, balcony , TV and very efficient AC. Breakfast is at a bar not far away.
- Sumit (5/5): Not at all value for money - Room was comfortable Location was very dirty,
- Nikola (10/5): Clear, comfortable, friendly host.. The apartment is located in the historic center of Naples. -
- Jesse (9/5): A quiet oasis with a courtyard view and super helpful staff. - Nicely arranged breakfast, approriately sized quiet room including courtyard view, nice location, excellent and super helpful staff.
- Bjork (8/5): Friendly place with great AC - The rooms are in a quiet area, so no noise that kept us up at night. We were there in July in sweltering heat and the AC worked incredibly well! Any questions we had the property manager was so nice and quick to reply through the app. Very nice location, and the homecat was always there to greet us :) The shower could use a good scrubbing around the door. Nothing else bad we can think of except the personal taste for we were missing an ashtray on the balcony.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - good location
- Nada (9/5): I enjoyed the stay in this property. - The property owner was very helpfull, he contacted us on what's up and since we were coming
by rental car he showed us the way to parking garage. He even carried our luggage to the hotel.
He kept answering all our questions and sent us suggestions to sights and restaurants.
Our room had a balcony towards a quite garden with the blooming ficus tree.
The room was clean and tidy, there were free bottles of water in the fridge.
Location was a little busy but with a real italian atmosphere and we went by walk to Naples Cathedral. We would prefer to go for breakfast on the other side of the road since the coffee shop there looked better,
but in fact I found out later that the croissant and cappuccino in this coffee shop was better compare to other hotels
that we stayed in later.
- Genc (8/5): Good stay in Napoli - Genaro is a very nice guy, very polite and helpful ready to help any time.Grazie Genaro!
Walking distance from Spada Napoli and other main attractions. It was an old typical building of Napoli with high ceiling and very good airconditioning It was noisy during the night even with windows closed due motorbikes passing by the narrow street
- Chrisostomou (10/5): Loved it! - Loved the room, the view, the area and of course our super host that made all in our convenience. Will come back!
- Tot (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pondělková (9/5): Superb - The location was great, a little further from the city centre but still good place. The staff was amazing, we got lots of useful tips for getting around and also they managed us parking and the guy was the best. Always helpful! On the other hand, the breakfast was horrible. Awful place on the main street not in the hotel. They served the same thing, used microwave for pastry and we could only have one piece of it, then either coffee or juice for drink.
- Tomasz (8/5): Very good -
- Edward (7/5): Good place to stay, within most budgets. - The staff were really helpful and were quick to fix any issues found. We were met by one of the staff when we arrived which was good. Also the hotel had a good vibe, there were pictures on the walls and we were given an explanation of who was in them, which was a nice touch. Shower water ran quite a long way out from shower, which was annoying. Other than that, no real issues.
- Djducko (9/5): Great location, great service, local feeling with Italian vibes, good life experience - Great location, 10-15 minutes walk to Garibaldi station. I felt connected with the locals, situated really in the heart of Napoli. Pizzeria and Osteria close by. Very good fish restaurant at 5 minutes walking. Daily cleaning of the rooms. Supermarket at 1 minute walking.
- Žeravica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Khloe (9/5): Superb - Super friendly owner who was really helpful and had great communication over WhatsApp.
Room was simple, clean, as pictured on Booking.com. Bed was comfy which always helps! Hot showers.
Breakfast was at a local shop / mini cafe which was a nice touch but fairly simple (pastry and a drink, I had freshly squeezed orange juice which was amazing!). A good start to the day but don’t expect anything elaborate! Not a dislike, but just an FYI that there are a lot of steps up (old building) so if you have luggage it’s something to keep in mind.
- Ivana (5/5): Passable -
- Voicu (9/5): Superb - Room was awesome. Hosts were very nice and helpful. We also received a free taxi trip from Booking, which was a bonus. Traffic in the neighborhood. Naples is not on my top list of cities in Italy.
- Teodor (9/5): Superb -
- Marco (8/5): Very good -
- Patrick (8/5): Very good -
- Nancy (7/5): Good value - Alleluia and Alesia were wonderful. The place is a little difficult to find. Don’t judge the book by the cover Beds were too firm
- Konstantin (8/5): Very good -
- Rene (5/5): Dirty and uncomfortable - Everything
- Denis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anton (10/5): Great place to stay in Naples - Location is great, hosts were amazing and were able to help with our needs. Rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Recommend this place a lot!
- Daria (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and responsive staff, interesting residential building. Our room had a balcony overlooking a quiet green courtyard Textiles and walls could be a bit cleaner. The neighborhood felt a bit too shabby, especially at night
- Vanessa (8/5): We only stayed for an extended weekend but it was super nice :) - The host was super nice and everything went smoothly. The room was nice and clean and had an AC, which was super important to us. The bathroom was spacious and we even had a little balcony on our room which was super nice. The breakfast was across the street which is fine but there was no breakfast except coffee and orange juice (freshly pressed tho that was amazing!!!) and a sort of crossaint. Of course I know that in some countries a continental breakfast is not the standard but I think it`s better to say there`s no breakfast.
- Eskimo (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (7/5): Good - Breakfast was off site in cafe beside a very busy road.
- Barbu (7/5): Good -
- Zsolt (9/5): Superb -
