• Petr (10/5): Místo, kam se vrátíme..... - Umístění penzionu je na vynikajícím místě. Lokalita klidná a přitom dostupná kousek od centra. Zastávka tramvají hned u penzionu, velká výhoda. Zařízení předčilo naše očekávání. Pěkné, nové, zařízeno tak, aby nic nechybělo po výletu po Praze. Parkování po rezervaci na uzavřeném vlastním parkovišti, ze kterého je vstup přímo do penzionu. Tomuto ubytování nemůžu nic vytknout. Vše bylo na jedničku, což bývá málokdy. Navíc musím ocenit přátelský přístup majitelů, který udělá první dojem, když někam přijedete poprvé. Děkujeme a určitě se budeme rádi vracet.

• Jana (9/5): Spokojenost, dobré ubytování za skvělou cenu. - Ubytování je dost "retro", přesto dávám vysoké hodnocení, protože je to zohledněno v ceně. Ale vše bylo čisté a voňavé, pohodlná postel i polštář, takže spokojenost. Co velmi cením, jsou venkovní rolety, v penzionech bývají dost často pouze závěsy, které jsou spíše dekorativní a ráno vás budí slunce. Je zde i klimatizace, což v letních měsících hosté jistě ocení. Ubytování je v krásné lokalitě, tramvaj hned u domu. Pan majitel velmi milý a ochotný. Na booking je uvedena informace o možnosti snídaně. Nicméně snídaně byla možná v mém termínu až v 8:30 (bohužel pan majitel v tomto termínu nemohl zajistit snídani dříve), což bylo pro mě pozdě. Ale pan domácí ihned ochotně nabídnul možnost udělat si alespoň kávu. Takže doporučuji si ověřit předem, zda a v kolik je snídaně.

• Larisa (10/5): Une oasis de silence et de fraîcheur dans le vacarme d'une ville très touristique - Située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, mais très bien connectée au centre-ville et facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. C'était important de retrouver un refuge au silence et dans la fraîcheur, après avoir passé la journée dans le vacarme des rues historiques assaillies par des touristes. :D Le petit déjeuner n'était pas disponible en cette période. C'était un peu dommage, mais on s'est finalement bien débrouillés avec la bouilloire électrique dans la chambre pour faire du café le matin.

• Luisella (8/5): Alloggio grazioso e comodo. Personale da migliorare - Pulizia ottima e stanza ben curata. Posizone comoda, vicina all'areoporto e al centro città. Facile e veloce da raggiungere il centro con Uber o con il tram 1/ tram 2 (fermata sotto l'alloggio). L'unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato è stato nel personale: la signora che ci ha accolto per il check-in è stata molto carina, ma non sapeva parlare inglese. Siamo riuscite a gesti a comunicare. Il signore che invece abbiamo incontrato per il check-out sapeva poco l'inglese e si agitava facilmente. Volevano il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno in contanti (senza che questo fosse specificato nella prenotazione), mentre noi avevamo solo la carta. Oltretutto durante la nostra permanenza non li abbiamo mai trovati in reception, abbiamo dovuto contattarli su whatsapp nel primo pomeriggio per avere una risposta la sera tardi.

Grande ospitalità e gentilezza da parte del proprietario. Perfetta, nessun difetto.

The public transport was also surprisingly quick and effective from here. Nothing in particular. Its not super modern looking but considering that this is a cosy pension, it was quite alright. Shower and all was well equipped and clean.
• Raffaele (5/5): Una soluzione per accontentarsi, per soggiorni brevi - La posizione è ottimale, a 50 m dalla fermata del tram che conduce in città in 15 minuti. Le camere sono spaziose e abbastanza pulite. Il sistema di riscaldamento funziona abbastanza bene. Non c'è stato servizio di pulizia quotidiana nè cambio di asciugamani in quattro giorni. La colazione non è molto fornita di prodotti dolci nè artigianali. I cuscini sono piccoli e scomodi. Il letto aveva due trapunte singole, alquanto leggere, e nel dormire ti ritrovavi scoperto al gelo. L'ultima sera non abbiamo avuto acqua calda per la doccia perchè secondo il gestore era terminata la capienza della caldaia (180 litri) o più probabilmente era in blocco. In ogni caso dopo, dopo una doccia gelata essendo già insaponato, il problema non si è risolto. Avremmo gradito che, a titolo di gentilezza per il disguido, l'host ci avesse offerto la colazione, che invece abbiamo pagato egualmente (16 euro in due, anche alquanto cara).

• Ralf (9/5): Adventswochenende in Prag - Die Lage ist super, Parkplatz im Hof, und mit der Strassenbahn ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Der Gastgeber ist super nett und hilfreich, er hat uns mit allen nötigen Infos zu Prag versorgt. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

• Marjan (10/5): - U hotelu Chaloupka smo poveli 2 noći. Soba je bila čista. Od hotela vas dele svega 3 stanice tramvajem linije 1 i 2 do starog grada, odakle možete da dođete pešaka do Karlovog mosta i centra grada. Osoblje hotela je bilo ljubazno i uvek na raspolaganju za vreme našeg kratkog boravka u glavnom gradu Češke. Posebno i neizmerno bih se zahvalio vlasniku hotela Peteru, jer sam imao tehničkih problema sa autom prilikom putovanja. Kada smo stigli u hotelu Peter je primetio da mi zvuk motora nije najbolji i ja sam mu izneo problem. Kasnije iako ga nisam pitao za pomoć Peter mi je poslao sledeću poruku na WhatsApp: "Hello. Please tomorrow before you go to the centrum, give me the car keys. My friend try to check the problem by comp". Juče smo se vratili u Beograd i ostalisom pod velikim utiskom od najlepšeg slovenskog grada Praga i gostoprimstva Petera. Ukoliko ponovo dođemo u Prag odsećemo u hotelu Chaloupka, koga preporučujem svima. Ovaj smeštaj zaslužuje uvek ocenu, ali ne zbog najnovijeg mobilijara, već zbog profesionalnosti njegove administracije, koji su pravi predstavnici svoga grada i zemlje. Veliki pozdrav iz Beograda! We spent 2 nights in Hotel Chaloupka. The room was clean. From the hotel, you are only 3 stops away by tram lines 1 and 2 to the old town, from where you can walk to the Charles Bridge and the city center. The hotel staff were friendly and always available during our short stay in the capital of the Czech Republic I would especially like to thank the owner of the hotel, Peter, because I had technical problems with my car during the trip. When we arrived at the hotel, Peter noticed that the sound of my engine was not the best and I told him the problem. Later, although I didn't ask him for help, Peter sent me the following message on WhatsApp: "Hello. Please tomorrow before you go to the center, give me the car keys. • Evguenia (4/5): - Неплохое месторасположение рядом с трамвайной остановкой, больше подходит для коротких визитов в Прагу, также если у вас нет багажа, который нужно поднимать без лифта и вам не нужна помощь, чтобы его поднять или спустить. В ванной только мыло. Не ожидайте постельного белья гостиничного уровня. Меньше подходит для длительных визитов и если у вас большое количество багажа . Не хватало тишины – хлопала дверь номера постоянно, хотелось бы регулярной уборки - за девять ночей мусор забирали только три раза из них два раза по нашей просьбе. На нашу просьбу мы получили замечание что никогда не видели столько мусора от двоих людей

• Tomislav (10/5): A wholesome privately owned place to stay. - The staff was very nice. They accommodate both my late arrival and slightly longer check-out request, even though I communicated with them outside of their working hours. They helped me with everything with smile, and suggested nice commute routes to the town (the train station is just outside the pension, very convenient)! Room was very clean and comfy, it had a nice desk area in case I'd need to work (luckily, I did not), and I really loved the ability to close the blinds fully so I can have a nice sleep even in off-hours. As an avid shower lower, I really loved the walk-in shower as well :) No complaints - overall a great value for money.

В апартаментах необхідний набір посуду,холодильник,невелика плита і мікрохвильова піч. Зручне ліжко,тепло і комфортно. Сподобалася жінка на рецепції. Дуже добра і комунікабельна людина,завжди допомагала порадами. В номері є кондиціонер,але користуватися ним можна за окрему плату.Це мене дуже здивувало! В душевій кабінці коротка шторка і тому вода ллється по всій підлозі і витерти її немає чим.Килимка теж немає. На кухні крім посуду і засобу для його миття немає нічого,навіть солі,тому все беріть з собою.В ванній кімнаті крім рідкого мила теж нічого немає.

• Marko (10/5): Exceptional - The owners are great! 🙂 the location is perfect: separated from the city center, in a quiet part and in 10 minutes you are in the center of Prague. The station is right in front of the apartment and you have a tram every 10 minutes and a good connection with the rest of the city. I really recommend accommodation 🙂

• Amalia (8/5): Cozy , clean , old school but very convenient :) - There is a tram station right in front of the Pension. We used tram 1 and 2 to travel to city center and back (very convenient). The room we had was clean and we could rest without being bothered by outside noises. The appearance is old school :) , but was more than ok :) . The host was very kind and supportive. The breakfast was delicious (we had to pay additionally 8 eur/pers) . The Pension parking place was extremely narrow , but we were glad that we had one (out of charge). n/a

Room was clean and had all the facilities you could need for a basic overnight or two trip. I think I woke them up when I arrived, and they were understandably grumpy. My flight was 2 hours late putting my arrival at midnight despite estimating at 10pm. Check in was smooth and took a couple minutes so really that could cancel this out.
