• Anna (1/5): - Nichts Das ganze "Hotel" ist extrem schlecht renoviert und heruntergekommen, es stinkt überall nach Abfluss. Bei Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt dass das Zimmer was ich eigentlich gebucht hatte wegen Renovierung nicht zur Verfügung steht, statt eines größeren Zimmers mit Balkon, bekam ich eine dunkle Dachkammer. Als Entschädigung wurde mir ein kostenloses Frühstück angeboten, statt eine Preiserstattung. Es hieß ich könne am nächsten Tag das Zimmer wechseln, dies war dann aber doch nicht der Fall, weil es noch gereinigt werden musste. Es ist nie jemand an der Rezeption, es gibt keine Gepäckaufbewahrung, ich wusste nicht wie ich auschecken soll und habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Handtücher und Bettlaken haben Flecken, ich musste selbst Handtücher und toilettenpapier besorgen. Da ein konnte ich die Wäschekammer sehen und fand es anschließend noch ekliger in der wäsche zu schlafen. Schlimmster Hotelaufenthalt, den ich je erlebt habe!

No information provided regarding checkout / where to leave key etc and no one was around at 08:45-09:00 in the morning. The towels had some stains on, as well as the bed sheets; bed sheets more minor than towels. No hand soap was provided. Walls very thin; could hear people chatting in the room next door if they were talking above average. When entering hotel at night and leaving in the morning, top floor heading down to second smelt like animal litter.

• Bans93 (3/5): Ontzettend smerige en slecht onderhouden kamer. - De locatie ten opzichte van het centrum. De staat van de kamer. Schimmel op de plinten en vloer. Gaten in muren en vloer. Vieze vlekken in het dekbed, handdoeken en kussen. Slechte matrassen die opgebruikt zijn en te klein voor het bedframe. Storende tv. Geen wifi code aanwezig. Ramen konden niet dicht. Gordijnrails uit het plafond gebroken. Airco kon alleen verwarmen, want het paneel werkt niet. Rubbers van ramen zitten los. Wc rol houder ontbrak. Water komt bij de vloer omhoog na het douchen. Douche ziet er goed uit en is lekker, totdat anderen in het gebouw gaan douchen, dan is er amper waterdruk. Slecht onderhouden kamer, totaal niet zoals geadverteerd en beschamend dat ze er 130 euro per nacht voor durven vragen.

• Riccardo (5/5): - Die Bettlaken waren schmutzig. Wir hatten zu zweit nur jeweils ein Handtuch für alles. Kein Shampoo, nur kleine Miniflaschen und wir mussten immer an der Rezeption für neue Fragen. der Minikuehlschrank war kaputt. Die Klimaanlage hat nur teilweise funktioniert.

• Kieran (5/5): fine but very noisy - the bed was nice, huge shower, plenty of windows. relatively cheap compared to actual hotels, and private bathroom compared to airbnb. I could hear (and smell) everything outside and inside. I could hear someone brushing their teeth, and have a few events in the bathroom. The dog barking at the host's restaurant and loud chatter til midnight wasn't fun either. The rooms are actually really badly renovated studio apartments.

• Elyas (1/5): - Gar nichts. Hier würde ich nie wieder meine Zeit verlieren. Erst wurden uns um 12 Uhr gesagt, wir sollen um 16 Uhr wiederkommen, da das Zimmer gerade gereinigt wird - und um 16 Uhr öffnete sie dann ein Zimmer, wo schon eine andere Person im Bett lag und danach hieß es plötzlich sie findet den Zimmerschlüssel nicht. Schlussendlich hat sie uns angelogen und es gab kein Zimmer für uns. Sie hat unseren ganzen Aufenthalt versaut. Eine Lüge nach der anderen, die uns aufgetischt wurde. Den Betrag hat sie uns anschl. per Banküberweisung zurück erstattet. 83€ wären es für diese Unterkunft nicht wert gewesen. Schade um meine Zeit aber zum Glück musste ich dort nicht lange bleiben.

Paid through booking and never received a clear message of confirmation. Never slept there. Waited at the entrance of the B&B and the "host" ever showed up. Don t even try guys.

• Sabrina (7/5): Ideaal voor één nachtje - Lakens en handdoeken roken erg lekker. Parkeermogelijkheden voor de deur. Goede locatie - gelegen op het Eilandje. Gemakkelijke check-in, digitale sleutel, erg handig!! Stijle trap naar boven, minder geschikt voor invaliden. In de badkamer was een tikkend geluid, geen idee waar dit vandaan kwam?

• Christopher (1/5): Avoid if you want a hassle free stay - This was my worst experience EVER on booking.com. AVOID if you want a hassle free trip. I arrived at 22:15 and there was no number or name, just a closed cafe. No email with any info was received so had to call the helpline who called the proprietor. Things deteriorated from there and ended up going somewhere else for the night.

• Francesca (1/5): Don’t go here - Nothing My experience at this B&B was one of the worst I have ever had. The woman managing it was extremely rude and unprofessional. We complained about the cold in the room, as it remained freezing despite having the radiators on full blast. She entered our room without any notice and reprimanded us for not wearing shirts, claiming that radiators in Antwerp don't work properly—an outright falsehood. For the price we paid, the room was tiny, lacked a stove, and did not include breakfast—nothing like a real B&B. Moreover, the cost was far from cheap. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here. The management is unacceptable, and the overall experience was terrible. I travel a lot, but this was undoubtedly one of the worst accommodations I have ever encountered.

• Van (1/5): not again - The view of the dock was nice Room needs urgent maintenance. There was no kettle/coffee. No additional toilet paper, no water or glasses in the room. No blankets or extra pillow. A bed and Breakfast without breakfast 🤦🏻 For this price, it was a deep disappointment!! The smell in the room was stuffy and in the hall way it smelled like urine. I search for a place with parking, bit there os no parking, only the paid parking on the street or in the QPark accross the docks... misleading.

• Jens (4/5): Disappointing is the word - Location is good depending on what your plans are. The place is basically falling apart : curtains, shower, windows. Mattress in bad condition. The host snaps and isn't welcoming at all. Bas isolation and very noisy at night. Poor value for the price we paid.

The bed & breakfast did not include breakfast 🤔 we had to pay extra for the breakfast and we already payed way to much for the room. There was a lot of noise during the night, coming from outside. The bathroom/toilet was not fully separated from the bedroom. And at 7AM the owners dog started to bark for al long time. The bed was not big enough for a couple.

No toilet paper was provided, I messaged the host to ask for some but received no reply. I messaged the property twice before our stay to ask a question about the check in but received no reply. There was no one there to check-out and no instructions left. The toilet was used (in and on) when we arrived. They gave us the wrong room first so we needed to go back and get the right room with the bath we booked. There was a big patch of wallpaper coming off the wall behind the bed. Wi-Fi did not work. The whole room felt unclean.

Small and bad quality beds, door that cannot be locked, noise from others rooms, etc. If this hotel was 60-65 euro's, ok. Now it was top expensive.

• Andrew (4/5): Nice location but none existent staff. - The location was good and easy walking distance to the city centre. The communication from the staff was poor, when I arrived at the designated check in time for the property the door was locked and the door bell didn’t work. I had bang on the door for a long time and call the office number which went to voicemail. I eventually got let in by someone who told me that he had been sleeping at 4pm and then quickly left the property when I finally got keycard for the room and front door. The room was fine. On checkout there were no staff again or drop off box, so I left the keycard in the room and messaged the hotel staff by booking.com. I cannot say that I will be returning to this accommodation.

• Caroline (1/5): Never again. - The location is really nice, next to the water and MAS. The owner is not friendly. Interior of the rooms is old-fashioned. Pillows on the bed had stains on them. We had no toilet paper in our bathroom. There was no check-out (we were told to leave the key in our room and just leave), so I called the owner later on to ask for an invoice because I stayed there on a business trip. She yelled at me through the phone saying that she was busy and she had no time to talk.

• Fons (4/5): Super location however very disappointing accommodation - Location was perfect, within walking distance of the Centre and good possibilities to park the car close. Safe and easy door key system. Rooms are unacceptably noisy. Every sound from the corridor or adjacent rooms are clear as if in our own room. Bedlinnen was smelling unclean. No possibilities for early/late checkin/checkout or even leaving luggage. Bathroom had a broken shower tap due to which part of the shower was unusable. Very unpleasant stains in the room furniture.

(Never in my years of travelling has this happened) Made walk up and down the stairs multiple times for the keys. Blood in walkway. No soap available until I found some hidden in bathroom. Mould on the cover of the water.
