• Ели (8/5): Къща за гости без асансьор,в центъра на Шумен - Хотела се намира точно на центъра.Стаята беше чиста ,таванска стая.Трудно е с паркирането,защото улицата е задънена и ако се освободи място,може да паркираш,малко по-спокойно е през уикенда.Стаята ни беше на последния етаж от къщата и това създава неудобство, защото трябва да се носи багажа по стълбите.Няма асансьор. Че стаята ни беше на последен етаж и че вратите на стаите са със замазано стъкло и се вижда от вън .

• Joanna (8/5): Polecam. - Ładny przyjemny pokój i łazienka. Woda na powitanie. Świetna lokalizacja. Wyposażenie: kuchenka mikrofalowa, lodówka, suszarka do włosów w łazience, telewizor płaski (z którego akurat nie korzystaliśmy), klimatyzacja. Czysto. Piękna oryginalnie urządzona klatka schodowa. Nie było też ekspresu do kawy, który był wymieniony w wyposażeniu pokoju. Informacja o prywatnym parkingu nie była prawdziwa. Parking bezpłatny jest dostępny na ulicy, o ile trafi się miejsce i tam gdzie trafi się miejsce (niekoniecznie blisko obiektu). W pokoju dużo nowoczesnych szafek, ale pustych. Nie było ani jednego talerza, łyżki / łyżeczki czy noża.

• Vania (9/5): - Екипът беше отзивчив и любезен. Стаите бяха хубави, удобни и чисти. Леглото беше удобно. Имаше безпроблемно топла вода и климатик. На удобно място до пешеходна алея. Има хладилник, който не беше обявен. Банята беше интересна - с морско настроение 😀 лесен достъп и настаняване. На практика няма паркинг. Улицата е затворена и пълна с коли. На късмет е да уцелиш свободно място. Не се заплаща паркирането. Странно разположение на стаите. На практика нямаше прозорец, защото той гледаше към общи помещения във вътрешността на къщата. Сутрин лесно става светло в стаите. В общите части има лампи които се светкат при движение, и това се отразява и в стаите.

Още от входа те грабва отпускащата атмосфера с красивия параклис в предверието, въобще спокойствие и релакс. Бих дошла за по-дълго време отново с голямо удоволствие. нямам забележки

Personnel is polite and helpful. Very nice place for short layovers. Room was very small. Hairdryer and towel slippers were missing.

If you do not travel alone, make sure to be with a very intimate person or be ready to brake the ice +++! You can't hide yourself when you take your shower or go to the toilets which is a bit strange...

• Wyderka (7/5): Not as expected. They offer you a lot but you get just some of it. - Good internet in all areas, clean room. Dirty kitchen, dirty and not refilled coffe machine. Smoking inside common areas. I was told that my room had a problem and was offered another one with two single beds instead one big for a couple. I was told that everything else will be the same but it wasn't. That was a lower category room and it missed slippers, fan. There was no socket by the bed. Generally it was missing sockets. After connecting tv, fridge and heater there was nothing left for me in the room.... very bad. There was no bidet nor hairdryer in the bathroom. Kitchen was a total mess, no kitchenware available except hundrets of cups and glasses. No place to wash them, no liquids or sponges available. There was one dirty electric kettle so no electric kettle I would say.
