• Венета (1/5): Много лошо изживяване. - Първо телевизора не тръгваше, трябваше поддръжката да дойде и 20 мин да се опитва да го пусне, след това климатика не тръгна, а беше студено. От рецепцията ми казаха, че за тая цена какво съм очаквала. Нямаха друга свободна стая да ме преместят, даже ми предложиха да ме настанят където спал персонала и то за парите които съм платила. Интернета се губеше. Аз съм редовен клиент, а дори не си направиха труда да го разберат и да ме задържат като такъв. Също така имаше много силна музика от ресторанта и от още един до тях. Вместо да си почина аз се изморих от глупости. Мисля че с този хотел преключих.

• Vera (8/5): Удобство в центъра на Сливен - Мястото за настаняване отговаря на категорията. Осигурени са всички удобства за гостите. Намира се в центъра на града и от него може лесно да се стигне до всяка една важна институция в града. Чистотата е на ниво. Има паркинг, който е безплатен за гостите. Стаите и сградата са в ретростил, което е приятно и различно. Стаите не са добре шумоизолирани и това е пречка за спокойствието при по-шумни съседи.

• Kina (10/5): Август 2025 - Харесва ми,удобно е близо до центъра на града...прекрасен персонал и перфектно обслужване. Благодаря Саята е с добра локация чисто е но настилката на пода е много остаряла...всичко друго е добре в съотношение с цената.

• David (10/5): Just buy a WI-FI signal strengthener from Technopolis for 50 LEV? ? - There was no WI-FI in the room. This drove me crazy. As it was promised however. I left my passport behind and they did everything they could to get it back to me. One more thing. I've travelled the world. I've ate at many different places and that restaurant offers some of the most exceptional food. I actually went back to the restaurant without staying at the hotel because it is "THAT GOOD!" No Wi-FI
• David (5/5): Passable - No Wi-FI the HesBurger has better Wi-Fi When you say there is Wi-FI and there is not Wi-FI its called lying and false advertising. Also broken window in the room

• Lukáš (6/5): Pleasant - The complex of buildigs is really nice. The spa is beatifull. Staff were helpfull. I got a different room than I booked on Booking, which was quite noisy from the kitchen. The room was just ordinary. The staff were helpful but I had to stay longer due to a problem with the Booking which should have been resolved earlier. I was really disappointed with the spa because I only like the sauna above 85 degrees. The Russian sauna was not working and no one warned me about it when I entered. After my question, I found out that the Russian and Finnish are the same, but it is not true due to the sign on the door of saunas or the description on the website... The cooling pool wasn't cold enough so I couldn't get warm or cool enough.

• Savova (6/5): Pleasant - Noise from air handling units persistent at night.
• Rita (2/5): Noisy - My room was clean and had everything which is usual for hotels or guest houses. My room was located just above the kitchen so noise didn't stop from 6 in the morning till 12midnight. The loud music from the courtyard and drunk people arguing also didn't help. OVERALL, the guest house was noisy and if you are traveling for business or leisure I would advise to avoid it.
