• razvan.udrea (7/5): Acceptabil, nu suntem pretentiosi, insa mirosul de umiditate/mucegai si furnicile ne-au deranjat. - Cladire relativ curata si plasata in apropierea plajei. Este o zona destul de linistita iar la parter unde am locuit, avantajul este ca se pot incarca bagajele direct pe aleea din fata vilei, camera are terasa cu iesire pe alee. Intrarea se face prin spate, pe la ultimul etaj, vila fiind construita pe o panta, si se coboara pentru a accesa camerele la etajele inferioare. Vila are parcare cu bariera in partea din spate, insa doar pentru 3 sau 4 masini. Se gasesc insa si locuri pe strada. Cel putin la parter, dar probabil si la celelalte etaje, la baie exista pe pardoseala o singura scurgere, cea din cabina de dus. In timpul dusului apa care se stropeste in exteriorul cabinei, nu are unde sa se scurga, deoarece cabina are o margine ce nu permite apei sa intre inauntru catre scurgere. Astfel in baie exista o umiditate continua si in camera exista un miros de umezeala/mucegai. Am compensat acest lucru dormind cu geamul deschis. Marea surpriza a fost cand am lasat o punga de gunoi langa usa de la baie, crezand ca intra doamna de serviciu si o ia. Seara cand am revenit in camera erau sute de furnici care devorau continutul pungii. Altele intrasera in camera si mancau din orice firimitura. Ne-am uitat mai atenti si acestea veneau din rosturile gresiei din baie unde era sarit chitul. Recomand proprietarului ori sa sparga acea margine ca apa sa se duca la canal, ori sa faca un al doilea canal de scurgere in baie. In rest acceptabil, cearceafurile aveau ceva pete gri iar canile de pe masa nu erau bine spalate, aveau inca resturi de cafea. Fierbatorul de apa avea inca apa in el. Aceste lucruri au mai fost sesizate si de alti turisti in cometarii in anii anteriori, ma mir ca nu s-au luat masuri. Daca se remediaza problema cu canalizarea va disparea si umiditatea si o data cu ea poate si furnicile de sub gresie ... De asemena o curatenie mai riguroasa este necesara, inclusiv sub pat!

• Diana_Bianca (10/5): A little gem ❤️ - The villa is on a quiet street, very close to the beach. Our apartment was super clean, spacious and comfortable, with a sunny balcony. The check-in was easy and the location has its own parking lot, which is a great plus. I appreciated the firm mattress - I slept like a baby :)

• Vladimir Karparov (9/5): Der perfekte Ort für einen Kurzurlaub mit kleiner Familie. - Gute Lage, kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Eingang des Hauses, bequeme Betten, gute Hygiene, geräumiges Zimmer und Badezimmer. Die Anfahrt und Abfahrt mit dem Auto ist schwierig (steile Einbahnstraßen), ebenso wie das Parken im Hof des Hauses. Man muss ein erfahrener Fahrer sein. Im Badezimmer gibt es nicht genügend Handtuchhalter, und das vorhandene Toilettenpapier reichte für unseren Aufenthalt nicht aus. Der Kühlschrank ist ziemlich laut.

• Kurtev (10/5): - Стаята беше много чиста и много добре обзаведена с абсолютно всичко необходимо в нея. Локацията е топ, точно на 1-2 минути от плажа и на 4-5 минути от крайбрежната алея.
• Cosmina COSTACHE (10/5): - Camera este spațioasă, curata. Locația este de nota 10, foarte aproape de plaja. Patul este unul confortabil.
• Andreea (10/5): Great accommodation - The apartment is 5 minutes away from the central beach and the promenade. We did trips to Kap Kaliakra and to some wild beaches, so the location was perfect as it was close to Balchik's exit. Private parking lot with remote control for the barrier. The room is big and clean and we had a nice view of the city and the sea.

• Monica (9/5): - Very close to the beach. Parking at the facility which is awesome. It was clean. Communication with the host was very easy. The street smells bad. We had the ground floor room which has a separate entry accessible from the street and it was uncomfortable because the neighbors were right there. The children were playing right beside the entry, it was very annoying to keep the curtains shut at all times. I would recommend booking the rooms starting on the 1st floor.

We were accommodated in a room in the basement, floor -2, although we paid for a room with a city view, in front of the balcony there was an old building, and a sinister view. Anyway, we overlooked it, but in the evening when we came back to sleep, the room was very cold (there was no central heating, radiators, etc.), the bed we wrapped ourselves in smelled unpleasantly (like sweat, like a wet cloth). We did not manage to rest all night, and in the morning of May 2 we left for home. I mention that I am a person who travels a lot and can adapt to many situations, but here ..... Please take action and request a refund for the two nights that I could not spend in such conditions. In the foto can you see the real wieu, they have different foto on website.
• Radu (10/5): - The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants! The house and rooms had everything you needed. Very clean and cozy. Private parking available (with room for 3 cars), with electric barrier/lifting gate (operated by remote control) - nice! The rooms had air conditioning, smart TV and WiFi internet. Advantages of each room: the bottom one was great (possible the best), because it also has its own additional (private) entrance on the other side of the house; the top rooms were also great, because of better view from the balcony.

The rooms have everything you would expect or need, as per the description. It is located very close to the beach and restaurants and shops are within a very short walking distance.

Bardzo wygodne łóżka. czysta pościel. Łazienka duża, czysta, czyste, grube ręczniki. Bezpieczny, zamykany szlabanem parking dla samochodu. Świetna lokalizacja w pobliżu plaży. Komunikatywny gospodarz, dbający o zadowolenie swoich turystów. Krytykować nie ma co.
• Mara (9/5): Beautiful property - Really close to the beach and beautiful view! The bed was big and comfortable. Our room was also really big. There are just a few things missing that could give a more luxurious feeling (hairdryer, shower gel etc.)

Zona este linistita si camera destul de bine antifonata. Raport calitate-pret foarte bun. Zona nu este cea mai frumoasa dar este foarte aproape de plaja Cargo si promenada, desigur asta nu tine de proprietari.Ca si sugestie ar mai trebui la baie un suport pt prosoape iar un uscator de par ar fi ideal.

• Omiduka (7/5): O locatie placuta! - Locatia este foarte aproape de plaja, 2 min pe jos. Parcare gratuita in locatie, foarte aproape de zona se restaurante si promenada. Camera este foarte spatioasa, patul este mare si are o saltea foarte confortabila, aer conditionat, cafetiera si priveliste minunata de pe balcon. Dusul are nevoie de o perdea de dus pentru ca oricat ai incerca toata baia e plina de apa. Eventual si un mop pentru a strange toata apa. Curatenia poate fi un pic mai bine facuta.

• Lorena (10/5): - The location is by the sea, very modern and clean, easy access in the location, parking provided, nice balcony. A small, quiet beach, not very crowded, perfect for relax and silence.
• Nicoleta (9/5): Un loc unde parca ești acasă - În primul rând, ne-a plăcut curățenia din cameră. De asemenea, am admirat amabilitatea personalului. Deși, am ajuns mai devreme de ora de acces în cameră, proprietarul a venit special pt a ne întâmpina și a făcut tot posibilul să ne cazăm mai repede. În al doilea rând, ne-am bucurat să descoperim că parcare este prevazuta ci cameră de filmat, plus bariera de acces, ceea ce ne-a oferit un confort în plus pentru siguranță mașinii. Iar pentru copii, sunt niște pisicuțe atât de drăgălașe în zonă.... Și nu în ultimul rând, ne-a plăcut faptul că se ajunge pe joc în maxim 5 min la plajă. Inclusiv, se poate merge că o mică plimbare, tot pe jos, circa 15 min, poți ajunge la Castelul Regina Maria și la grădini. Referitor la cazare totul a fost perfect. Din păcate, într-adevăr nu depinde de proprietari, zona nu e prea frumoasă. Exact lângă cazare se află o casa părăsită, drumul spre plajă nu este prea amenajat. În schimb plajă este ok. Are apa curata, se poate merge destul de mult in larg, apa fiind mică ca și adâncime plus ca plaja are nisip fin.

• Гергана (10/5): Уникален и уютен престой - Престоят ни във вила Чайка беше прекрасен и ще остане незабравим с красотата и уникалния дизайн на къщата, любезния и изключително внимателен домакин, удобството и уюта там са на първо място. Прекрасни местоположение - на тиха и спокойна уличка, близо до бреговата алея и морето, до центъра на Балчик и до забележителностите в града. Чистота и комфорт, всичко във вилата е изпипано до последния детайл - от удобното легло, цветовите комбинации, които те отвеждат на мечтано място, до малката и уютна тераса с мебели, от която има изглед към морето! Нямам абсолютно никакви забележки!

• Ina (10/5): - I would definitely come back to Villa Chaika. The host was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and had a nice balcony with view (our room was at the top floor). Villa Chaika is located very close to the central beach and at a walking distance to the main coastal street, where you could find great restaurants and gift shops. We had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

• Alexander (9/5): Definitely recommend it - The location is awesome - close to all restaurants and bars, and yet it's on a quiet street. The room is spacious, everything is comfortable and all the facilities are new. The host is polite and there is a parking sport for your car. The only little thing because of which the score isn't perfect is that in the beginning of our stay the maid was cleaning (and replacing the towels) regularly while in the second part of our stay this good practice was stopped.

Освен, че стаята надмина очакванията ни с чистота, светлина, пространство, естетика и много удобни легла (щяхме да си проспим почивката :D), искам да отбележа като голямо предимство частния безплатен паркинг! Топ локация, в близост до денонощен магазин, крайбрежната, централния плаж и в същото време е безкрайно спокойно. Задължително ще се посещава години напред, откритието ни на лято 2023!

• MagdaGuz (10/5): - Everything, the location was very close to the local beach and local restaurants and the rooms had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was as described. The owners are really communicative and responsive and also extremely helpful. We had a slight personal issue and the owner went above and beyond to help us. I don't often give 10s but this property and owners definitely deserve it. Will definitely rebook in the future.
