She's so nice and a very kind person, she helped me a lot and I was travelling alone, I went for Songkran and it was my first time travelling abroad, so it was the best decision to stay there, we went to quite a few places, singing, dancing, eating, it was an amazing experience, I totally recommend it!! It's only a little bit far from some tourist places, but I personally prefer a more local vibe with Thai people, it was lovely and everyone around was great, if you plan on going to the tourist places, you can walk to the station or just take a bike!

- Przemysław (10/5): Exceptional - Silvia and her husband Norm are really an amazing hosts and truly wholesome people. I came in on 31st of December, and still made it for (totally unexpected) small New Year's Eve party that they were hosting for the guests. And throughout my whole stay I was able to experience great hospitality, as well as to receive so many recommendations on what to see or tips how to move around. So that was really a great experience to stay here. Nothing to dislike, room was pretty decent, nothing very sophisticated but definitely fair for the price. Location is indeed a little bit far from the center, but it's pretty well connected and it's also very close to the airport at the same time.

The apartment is close to the airport and close to the BTS so you can get to the city center relatively quickly. Theres food options and some markets within a couple minutes of walking and a 7-eleven right next to the apartment. I love to stay there and will definetly come back!

Sylvia goes above and beyond to make her guests feel like they at home. It might be a bit old fashioned and dated but so are the room prices. Excellent value for money. When I return to Bangkok I will definitely stay here. You won't get the company and friendship from fellow guests staying at the Hilton as you do here Nothing to complain about. Rooms were clean, had a fridge and a kettle. Happy days

Quiet area so you can rest at night. Has a 7-Eleven just outside. Inconveniently located electrical outlets. Some smell from the bathroom.

She took me to nice places for dinner, we talked for hours about pur lifes, she introduced me to her daughter and I really had an amazing experience. I wanted to rest for 3 days before heading back to another island, do this was the perfect place, cose to the airport and really affordable. The room has a fridge, cups and all you need, a small balcony and a spacious bathroom. the restaurant next to the hotel has amazing food and it's clean and cheap. Plus I has a beautiful karaoke night with the ladies which I was always remember. Experiencing Bangkok with local people is the best thing you can do. nothing

- Lia (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable accommodation with a warm and friendly family atmosphere. Quiet and convenient location in the back streets of Sai Mai. The host of the apartments was incredibly welcoming, introducing me to many locals and guests, creating a down to earth community vibe. She has a great sense of humour and is fluent in Thai and English, this was very helpful, I learned the names of all the local dogs! There is a Thai restaurant below the apartments with friendly hosts (including an African grey parrot!) and delicious food. 7-Eleven is a stone’s throw away. Majestic dogs lay outside the store and enjoy the breeze from the A/C. Sai Yud BTS, Big C shopping centre, gym and more restaurants are all a short walk or bike ride away. Definitely visit Ab Saab karaoke restaurant, you will have “the time of your liiiiifeee!”
- Moncherry (10/5): Exceptional - Silvia and the staff were fantastic. They made sure I had everything I needed. She was even able to switch rooms so I could continue my work online without any issues. Silvia also took time to take me on the train and she me around Bangkok for an afternoon. Wonderful host, fantastic price, and the staff are tremendous. There is even a lovely restaurant steps away for a great meal and kind staff. Although it may not be right in the downtown area, the hotel is located a short motorbike ride away (5mins) from the train that can take you anywhere you need and want to go. I'm definitely saving this location so I can stay again on my next visit. A heartfelt thank you to everyone there who made my visit a memorable experience. Richard Moncherry No complaints. - Amborisut (7/5): Overall, I find this place is great very close to 7-11 and local market, 10 mins from BTS (scooter) - - Staff is very kind and supportive - Aircon is great - Wifi Some facilities should be adjusted; toilet, based of the fridge, the mattress should be unpacked from the plastic container.

- Al (10/5): It was the right price for me. - This is not a 1st class hotel, but it is a good budget place to stay. It’s not in a touristy area, but it’s close to Don Muang Airport which has flights to surrounding countries and other Thai destinations. It’s handy to Sky Train and great for seeing local Thai life. Silvia is responsive to any needs, and helps her customers find their way in such a big city. I’ll be back. Nothing to complain about. I have stayed in other more expensive places which were not as good.
