• BEATRIZ (5/5): Necesita mejorar - Me da pena escribir esta reseña porque se ve que son buenas personas, pero se trata de juzgar el alojamiento.... necesita mejorar para dar un buen servicio. Los clientes lo merecen A 2 cuadras del centro Está como en obras, se encuentra en la azotea de la casa. Ladrillos vistos sin rematar ni pintar. El apartamento con pegotes de pintura en las puertas y muy dejado, en el sentido de bien limpio y cuidado. No se entiende esa dejadez, algo tan fácil de mantener. Alfombrillas ducha, toallas etc... hay que renovarlo. Con un poco que hagan lo van a mejorar y hacer que sea confortable

• Blossom (10/5): home from home 🥰 - Everything from my early check in to my departure was just perfect 😁 Juana is a beautiful human who did everything and more to make me feel welcome in her home 🥰 The apartment is cosy and clean with all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay including a massive fan to keep you cool on a hot summers day ☀️ All for a fabulous price making it my number one home from home should I return to Trelew nothing
• Sean (7/5): lovely host in good location - lovely host and good facilities and great view from the roof terrace the studio is a little rough wand ready, eg no proper light fittings, but it did the job and was well equipped

• Sa1223 (10/5): Exceptional - Grandma is the best. The apartment is on a rooftop which makes it even better. Every amenity was there to cook or warm food. We watched the world cup and then had a rooftop dinner. Grandma called a taxi for us. We know little to no Spanish. She brought someone to translate for us to confirm our taxi to the airport.
• Atravelerfornow (9/5): lovely hospitality and comfortable lodging in Trelew - I had a good stay at Lo de Juana. I chose it for the location which is very close to the bus terminal and airport in Trelew. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and helpful, and it was clear that she wants her guests to feel welcome and have a good experience. I appreciated her kind hospitality.
