- juergen (8/5): Ideal für einen Stadtaufenthalt in Linz - Die Lage in Bergham ist ausgezeichnet für Linz Urlauber. In Gehweite keine 5 Minuten entfernt fährt die Buslinie 17 zum Hauptbahnhof und die Haltestelle Bergham Dürrweg (S1 (beide Verkehrsmittel haben eine Fahrzeit von 10 -15 Minuten in die City)). Außerdem ist die Wohnung Verkehrsgünstig mit dem privat PKW gelegen, denn in 15 Minuten ist man auf der A1 Richtung Wien/Passau. Auf den ersten Blick erschließt sich nicht der Komfort der gesamten Unterbringung, denn jedes Zimmer verfügt zunächst nur über einen Schlafraum und ein geräumiges Bad/Dusche/WC und Klimaanlage. Im Erdgeschoss findet man jedoch eine wirklich topausgestattete Küche, ein Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, das man zwar mit den anderen Mitbewohnern teilt, aber eigentlich Problemlos funktioniert hatte. Die Wohnung bzw. das Appartmenthaus ist Teil eines Produktionsstandortes der Fa. EBNER in Sichtweite. Man muss sich ab 6.30h darauf einstellen, dass die sonst extrem ruhige Vorortlage von Bergham immer wieder von Verkehrslärm von, im und zum Werk gestört wird. Deshalb lieber mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen!

- Petra (7/5): War okay für einen Kurzaufenthalt. - Das Zimmer war geräumig und ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet. Unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Waschbecken. Eher abgelegen, neben dem Haus beginnt das Industrieviertel. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, allerdings kommt der letzte Bus um 21:00 Uhr an. Zur nächstmöglichen Haltestelle ist es ein längerer Fußweg. Die Auswahl an Fernsehsendern, die man empfangen kann, ist ziemlich eingeschränkt.

- Marietta u. Werner (10/5): Ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Linz - Das Aparthome L.I.N.Z hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Linz zu erkunden. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und auch gut mit den Öffis erreichbar. Sehr ruhig, blitzsauber und mit wirklich hervorragenden Betten, wir haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Die Gemeinschaftsküche und das Wohnzimmer sind ein großer Pluspunkt: gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und jederzeit nutzbar. Alles war unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

- Franz Krumphals (8/5): - Die Haltestelle der Lokalbahn LILO ist gleich um die Ecke und man ist in kurzer Zeit in Linz. Endlegende Lage, keine Gastro oder Geschäft in der Nähe. Niemand anwesend, man konnte niemand fragen.

Komfortabler und flexibler Check-In, recht saubere und große Zimmer.

- Eszter (7/5): Átmeneti szállásnak, rövid pihenésre hosszabb úton kiváló, ár-érték aránya jó. - Könnyen elérhető, jó bejutás, tisztaság, rendes környék egy vállalat mellett, nagy szupermarket volt viszonylag közel. Egy éjszakára teljesen megfelelő, átmeneti szállásnak jó. Nem volt hűtőszekrény a szobában, nagyon kicsi asztal, két személyre egyetlen szék állt rendelkezésre.

- 불타는곰 (8/5): 추천합니다. - 린츠 중앙역에서 버스로 약 20분 S반으로 약 10분이면 갈 수 있습니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 버스정류장이 있고 조금만 걸어가면 S반 정거장이 있어서 교통이 편리합니다. 숙소도 넓고 욕실도 넓고 에어컨도 있어서 좋아요. 1층에 공용 주방과 거실도 있습니다. 체크인, 체크아웃을 비대면 셀프로 간단하게 할 수 있어요. 에어컨에서 중간중간 소리가 납니다. 실외기가 없어서 그런 것 같아요. 침대 매트리스가 저렴한 매트리스 같아요. 너무 푹신합니다.

- Seval (8/5): The location is good especially easy for public transportation. - It was great to be there. The room was really clean and well organized. The balcony was nice for fresh air. Property management welcomed us with a message that describes the key box and gives the code. We didn’t meet with anyone during the stay as in person. I did like almost everything about the property. But I’m not sure what happened to my drink in the fridge in the third night of the stay. It was a little bit noisy in the night because of the people at next door listening loud music. I’m not sure if they were there for leisure but I was there for a conference and it was really difficult to sleep. And there was no one to help with the situation. I didn’t want to knock on the door. Additional fact, the place is not visible from the train stop. If it is possible they can improve the mapping because it seems confusing when you arrive by train. I uploaded a picture of the recycling facility at the train stop. The apartment is behind it, on the left way from the stop when you walk out of the train. Last comment about the registration form. It was not written in English, a little bit confusing for international travelers.
