- Paula (8/5): Hotel tranquilo a metros del centro - Las instalaciones y la ubicación es excelente. El muelle es muy lindo y te facilitan que te pasen a buscar directamente por ahí con el tour. El desayuno muy bueno y hermosa vista. Falta de accesibilidad al centro, es una caminata de 15 minutos pero cuando sube la marea es complicado llegar. Al finalizar el tour el último día, ya habiendo hecho el check out no nos permitieron utilizar el resto de las instalaciones hasta que nos pasaran a buscar, Priscila no fue del todo amable.

- Leigh (8/5): Had a great stay - would definitely return - It was very clean and the atmosphere was great. The breakfast was mostly good and the afternoon tea was also a nice addition. Massage services on site were very enjoyable and the speedboat service was helpful. Only a short walk into the town but far enough away that its peaceful at night. Free kayaks and the cleaning team were friendly and helpful. The management staff forgot to charge us for some things and ended up getting a speed boat to find us in the town to charge us - some things we arent sure we even had. The lights in one room were a bit temperamental and the shutters in one were not able to be locked.

- Simona (10/5): A magical place! - We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon, and the place felt absolutely magical. Everywhere you look, there are stunning views of the coast, palm trees, and beautiful nature. Our house was super comfortable, fully equipped, and had an incredible view. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the main town, but I highly recommend eating at the hotel instead. The seafood was the best I’ve ever had — perfectly plated and absolutely delicious. The staff made our stay unforgettable. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. Anabelle was an amazing host and helped us book all our island tours, and the free boat transfer to town was such a great touch. Priscila also helped us organize our transfers from Rio to Ilha and was incredibly accommodating. The entire team was incredible — from the waiters and chefs to the concierges and every staff member we met. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay special. The spa and massage experience were also amazing and definitely worth trying. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful stay — we will definitely be back! Obrigada! N/A

- marcla (10/5): Excelente ,hermoso lugar, con espacios para el disfrute - La ubicación está muy bien ,se llega caminando al centro de la villa,(una parte del recorrido es por la playa, tener en cuenta para ir con calzado adecuado) . El desayuno muy bueno, reposteria variada y riquisima. El personal muy amable y atento.
- Howard (7/5): Nice place to stay on the island - Nice inn, food is good and it’s nice to be a bit away from the main drag. Staff are really friendly and kind. Close to the start of the hike to the beaches on the far side of island. Noise from nearby bars and clubs can be a bit annoying. For the price, I felt that you don’t quite get the relaxation you might hope to expect. The ‘pool’ is more like a kids paddling pool than one an adult can use.

- Dimitrios (9/5): Great stay at Ilha Grande - This hotel has a fantastic location, close enough to walk to Abraao, but also far enough to feel secluded. Room was spacious and clean and although not new, everything was fully functional. Staff was great and helped us arrange a boat tour which was excellent, as well as taxi boat for Lopez Mendez. Both pickups and drop-offs were from the hotel dock which was very convenient. Boat transfer was also provided from and to Abraao dock at check in and check out. There are some small improvement areas, e.g. tables at breakfast are not first come first serve, they are pre allocated, which meant that we were sitting in the second row on 2/3 days with the first row tables unoccupied. Small issue, but unnecessary. Also, the trail from the hotel to the first beach bar is completely dark. There is an electricity cable overhead so I assume it could be used to power some lights.

Nada de ruido por la noche. La calidad de la comida del restaurante podría mejorar. Luego hay otro punto que es mas independiente del hotel y es la gestión de los barcos para salir de la isla: nos reservaron el barco a las 10 am y acabamos saliendo casi a las 11h de la cola que había... en el hotel deberían haber avisado para llevarnos antes al muelle

- Emilio (10/5): Volvería mil veces - Las instalaciones perfectas, limpias y todo muy limpio. Mucho personal limpiando y ordenando constantemente. La pieza linda e impecable. Todo completamente equipado. Sábanas limpias y nuevas todos los días. Incluía toallas de baño y playa/piscina, secador de pelo, refri, mosquitero, enchufes con repelente para bichos, etc. En la tarde nos daban una merienda lo cual encontré maravilloso. Priscila la host, es una muy buena persona y muy detallista. Ellos mismos te organizan el tour y te va a buscar la lancha al muelle que hay ahí mismo. Y lo mejor de todo fue que junto al lugar hay una playa muy agradable y puedes llegar a Abraão caminando (está como a 10 mins). Podría seguir escribiendo
- Marie (8/5): A relaxing secluded stay on a beautiful island - The location was gorgeous in a secluded spot but only a 15 min walk from the main port. Our balcony was large and comfortable with a hammock which was great for a nap. A small but functional pool and the massage in the spa was very good. Priscilla was very efficient and always checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Whilst the food was good the service was very slow and inconsistent. For example we ordered food and 30 mins later we were told that one of the meals was not available by which time the other meals were almost cooked which meant that person had to wait another 30 mins for their food at which time everyone else had finished. We also ordered water which didn’t come and numerous other items which were either wrong or very slow. I would not recommend for a meal but the breakfast was good and plentiful.
- Liam (4/5): It was fine for the most part - The location was fantastic I had an incident where multiple items of expensive clothing were taken from my room which ruined the entire experience for me , it left me with a deep anxiety about leaving the complex and when I realised what was missing I refused entry to the room service into my room as they were the only ones with access to it , it left a bitter taste to what overall was a great stay , the island itself is remarkably stunning and highly recommended

Situada numa prainha. Calma, sem música alta na pousada, mas possível caminhar até a vila e praias por perto. Café da manhã com tapioka, frutas em abundância e outras especialidades brasileiras. A sensação de casa por causa do restaurante com varanda e sala pequena de tv com biblioteca e jogos. Possibilidade de usar caiaques.

- Aurélien (9/5): Séjour idyllique les pieds dans l’eau! - Son emplacement au bord de la mer, presque les pieds dans l’eau, vraiment idyllique ! L’hôtel vient même nous chercher en bateau au port. Au niveau restauration, un petit dej au top avec des pâtisseries maison délicieuses et des jus de fruit frais, un goûter est même prévu dans l’après midi. On a aussi testé le restaurant, très bon , ok recommande ! Pas mal d’activités possibles et incluses dans le prix : kayak , billard , ping pong, jacuzzi, piscine! Tout est prévu pour que nous passions un séjour mémorable !

- Rohan (10/5): Tranquil Stay - The location of the hotel was amazing with an excellent view. It was located further along the shore and so was very peaceful and quiet. You even get a personal boat to take you to and from the ferry stop. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast which included lots of fresh fruit and juice. The staff weren't overly clear about what was included in the room rate but this was quickly clarified later.

Todo el personal muy amable, destaco la cordialidad de Anabela y Amarildo. Casa da Ilha tiene cada detalle para el pasajero, kayaks, muelle propio donde te buscan para ir de paseo a las demas islas y playas. Te ofrecen un desayuno exquisito y merienda de cortesia. - Jamie (10/5): Amazing spot to chill and enjoy the view, very close to great bars and restaurants - Beautiful property with great areas to chill on the jetty, by the pool or on the beach 10 seconds away! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. We used the free kayaks to go to a nearby restaurant round on the next bay which was great. The walk into Abraao village was only 10-15 mins and there are a great selection of bars and restaurants on the sand or inland. Would highly recommend this piece of paradise with the most incredible views across the bay. Obrigado! PS if you like playing football, bring your own ball and someone will always join in on the beach Nothing!

- Amy (8/5): The perfect outpost on an idyllic island. - The team at Casa Ilha are really friendly and were great hosts during our stay, organising transfers in advance. The views from the hotel are to die for and the bedroom was comfortable and spacious. We often ate lunch or dinner there and the food was good, the breakfast offering is great and the afternoon coffee and cake a real bonus. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone travelling to Ilha Grande.

- Aurelien (5/5): - Le personnel était vraiment très accueillant et très gentil. En ce qui concerne la chambre vue mer avec baignoire, un énorme fil électrique gâche la vue …. Et la baignoire était inutilisable car très sale, avec des taches jaunes d’usure…. Entre l’hôtel et le ponton vu en photo il y a le passage des gens sur l’île ce qui est du coup très impersonnel…
- Fabiano (8/5): Boa estadia, mas pode melhorar. - Localização privilegiada, perto da Vila de Abraão, porém longe da confusão da vida noturna. Quarto amplo com a vista muito bonita. A área de lazer oferecida pela pousada conflita com a área do spa, são muito próximos e não podem ocorrer simultaneamente. As mesas de ping pong e sinuca são coladas às camas de massagem. O ar condicionado do nosso quarto também não foi suficiente para as noites quentes que pegamos na Ilha.

- Barbara (10/5): Onvergetelijk! - Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid, alles wat je wilde was er. Heerlijke vruchtensappen en vers fruit. Alle vormen van eieren die je maar wil. De locatie is sprookjesachtig en rustgevend, direct aan zee. De eigenaresse Annabella is perfect, zij spreekt goed haar talen en regelt alles voor je wat je maar vraagt. GEWELDIG! Niets had beter gekund. We zijn in de watten gelegd door al het personeel.

- Caroline (10/5): Magisk upplevelse på detta fridfulla boende - Boendet ligger en promenad på ca 10-15 minuter från centrum (man går längst stranden), vilket gör att det är väldigt lugnt och skönt. 1 minuts promenad från hotellet (i viken jämte) ligger en otroligt trevlig restaurang/bar som har livemusik och god mat/dryck. Vi kom in med en speedboat och då kommer hotellet och hämtar en med deras båt, mycket smidigt. Hotellet har massage, pingisbord och biljard. Frukosten var väldigt bra och man kan utöver buffén även beställa äggröra, omelett mm, vilket ingår. Inget.
- Daniela (9/5): - El personal era realmente muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con tours, transporte, comida, logística. Hicieron de la estancia una muy buena experiencia. El lugar es ideal pues está en un lugar muy tranquilo, pero solo a minutos caminando de restaurantes, bares y tiendas. La pieza espectacular, muy linda y cómoda. El WiFi no funciona mucho pero la verdad no fue problema.

- Miguel Lucas (9/5): Amazing property in a beautiful island! - It’s a fabulous property! Nice to be welcomed with a speedboat at pickup and be able to book island tours through the property that will pick you up at the property dock. The room was excellent with amazing view and terrace with hammock. The breakfast and tea were amazing. You can book massages, which I did, but I would call it a “spa”. I was traveling by myself although I booked a room for 2 with breakfast for 2 guests included. I was surprised to be charged for 2 small bottles of water at the checkout given that I only ate breakfast for 1 every morning. The music from “the spa” can be a bit intrusive.
