• guillermo (4/5): EXPERIENCIA TRAUMÁTICA - La ubicación geográfica del hotel y el servicio de mini cocina dentro de la habitación. Sabemos que a un negociante solo le interesan sus ganancias; pero siempre hay que esmerarse por entregar el mejor servicio posible. Parece que la tacañería del o de los dueños, no les deja resolver de una vez por todas, los problemas del exasperante olor a humedad del baño. Fue insoportable; envié un correo al administrador y no me fue respondido. Tampoco lo pude ubicar dentro del hotel para que nos pasaran a otra habitación. ofrecer un servicio donde las esporas del moho se introducen en los pulmones de los residentes permanentemente, con el peligro de que clientes y trabajadores puedan enfermar por el resto de sus vidas, da para sellar el lugar hasta que resuelvan perfectamente esta grave negligencia. La higiene de la habitación no es la mejor; el juego de sábanas dieron la sensación de estar sucias; estaban manchadas. Almohadas de pésima calidad. Pocas cobijas. La manija del baño está suelta. En el micro armario no colocaron ni un gancho para colgar ropa. Les aconsejo a los suscriptores de esta plataforma, buscar otra opción de estadía diferente a este hotel.

El televisor no se.podia usar porque nos.dieron un control sin pilas

• Alvear Gonzalez (9/5): - Precio muy cómodo, excelente ubicación... Cerca a la estación de Transmilenio, hay variedad en cuanto a negocios, comercio, restaurantes, muy buenas opciones cerca. Muy amable el personal. Estaba un poco estrecho el baño (por comodidad) Pero el resto de la instalación estuvo genial.

• Madelyn (8/5): I so appreciated the caring staff. They called a taxi every morning/helped me to order food at night - I never ate breakfast, because there was no breakfast served at the hotel. Right now, too, there is construction going on in the neighborhood, so many places were closed. I did like the SmartTV, the spaciousness of the room, and the shower of both hot and cold water. I just wish I had known where to get breakfast.

• Miguel (4/5): Uncomfortable :( - Not much, the location maybe and the host promptly response through call or WhatsApp It was our only option, it seems weird that they cancelled, also we requested directly with the host that the room offered was a little bit uncomfortable since it was right ahead of the cleaning/service room and very close to the reception desk, what they told us is that the room offered was the only one available at that night, even tho we asked if it could be even a better or worse room, we were looking for it to receive natural daylight. We accommodated there but later in that noon, some new customers arrived looking for a room, apparently without booking, then the host proceed to show them an available room upstairs (where we were looking to be relocated) since we noticed it, I proceed to ask the host for two additional towels (since there was only one in the family room but we were a couple, but wanted one towel for our feet's) but the host denied our request, in the throughout of the reservation we felt uncomfortable since we felt like our stay was not special since it was made through booking.com and there was a promotion applied. We were not going to leave a review but since the host cancelled the booking after we stayed...
