• Melanie (6/5): Constant traffic noise - The breakfast choices. The constant traffic noise made it very difficult to sleep, especially on Saturday night. The windows dull the noise a little but we had to resort to using ear plugs to sleep. Also we were there for three nights, it would have been nice to have had the water replaced each day when they did the housekeeping.

• Emanuele (10/5): - Again, another wonderful stay at Palazzo Convento B&B. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, offering the perfect balance of comfort and charm. It’s always my first choice whenever we need a B&B in Napoli. What truly makes this place special is the host, Tilde. Her warmth and kindness made me feel right at home. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her guests shines through in everything she does. I can’t recommend Palazzo Convento enough—an absolute gem!

• Nisha (6/5): Decent affordable option. Be aware of busy road location. - Bed was comfortable, and a good size. Furnishings were sufficient and quite stylish. Several metro stops within 10/15 minutes walk. Air con. Archeology Museum very close. Good pasty/coffee shop across the road. Price was very affordable. Contactless check in was smooth. The location is on a very very busy main road, which is also extremely noisy. The noise is very much audible in the room so not ideal to relax particularly in the daytime. Better at night when traffic is quieter. The neighbourhood is economically poor compared to some others in the city. We had no direct problems with this but be aware if booking. Toilet leaked (clean water from cistern) when flushed which wasn't particularly pleasant and wet the floor and toilet paper. Shower head could have done with a descale or replacement. B&b in residential apartment block, not signed at the front door. A sign would have helped us to find the building! Didn't see the staff at all for first 3 days of stay. It appears that reception is only staffed at specific times of day so just be aware of that also if you need any assistance.

Complimenti per la colazione ci avete viziato con le torte fatte in casa e i dolci tipici napoletani, non mancava assolutamente. 💯 !!! Fermata della metro linea 1 a 5 min a piedi. Noi ci siamo trovati assolutamente bene e un ringraziamento per averci permesso di lasciare gli zaini il giorno della partenza fino a sera. Purtroppo il bagno è un po’ piccolo ma il palazzo è antico e penso che più di così non si può avere !

Nie było problemu z zakwaterowaniem nawet o 24. Mały pensjonat z pięcioma pokojami zapewnia spokój i swobodę. Przed przyjazdem poprosiliśmy o produkty bezglutenowe na śniadanie. Nasza prośba została zrealizowana w 100%.Naprawdę polecam.

• PECILE (7/5): Week-end a Napoli - Buona la posizione della struttura, abbastanza vicina al centro. Qualche imprecisione sulla gestione dell'accoglienza.
• Martina (7/5): - La stanza era molto pulita, il letto e i cuscini molto comodi. Ottima posizione. C'era inclusa la colazione, senza infamia e senza lode. Con la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il checkout (ma noi non ne abbiamo alla fine usufruito perché non erano custoditi) La stanza non aveva tanta luce, c'erano dei piccoli lampadari ma non uno centrale in alto che illuminasse bene la stanza, e anche la finestra era messa in modo che non illuminasse completamente. Il bagno era troppo troppo piccolo, purtroppo un buco in cui era impossibile muoversi e non c'era ovviamente alcun appoggio date le dimensioni. Non c'era il termosifone che ormai hanno tutti i b&b per le asciugamani, infatti ogni volta ci siamo dovuti lavare con le asciugamani umide. Il voto che vorrei dare è nel complesso 7,5 per i pro e contro. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato e per la stanza scelta "king superior" ci aspettavamo qualcosina in più..
• Lu Alva (4/5): Decepción - La cama y las almohadas eran cómodas Los cojines amarillos olían fatal .la habitación era pequeñísima no podíamos caminar los dos dentro al mismo tiempo ..y se supone era DELUXE,el baño muy pequeño no tenían ni champú ni jabón cuando lo ponía en la descripción que si ..además no nos hicieron el servicio de habitación..llegamos a las 5 de la tarde y la habitación sin hacer y se lo.dije yo y vinieron en ese momento cuando a esa hora queríamos descansar y dijo que entonces se marchaba y ya no la hacía ..osea fatal y fue cuando me dió champú ..el desayuno fatal no desayunamos solo un Colacao porque no había nada salado solo croissant..en fin no volvería ni lo recomiendo..decía vistas pero a una pared

• Caroline (7/5): Não voltarei - A decoração da recepção e do quarto é bonita, a cama confortável e espaço para guardar as roupas muito bom. Não tem placa com o nome do local e endereço indicando onde é o hotel, a faixada da frente da muito medo parecendo um local mal assombrado, a limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar pois o vaso sanitário estava sujo, o box do banheiro quase emperra para abrir e fechar, as toalhas estavam com cheiro estranho, não pareciam lavadas, parecia que apenas tinha passado perfume e o café da manhã não sabíamos se era nós que tínhamos que nos servir ou se tinha alguém para servir, e sobre a variedade de comidas é muito baixa, não condiz com as fotos que estão no anúncio para locação.

The milk was expired, the meat also was expired from several days. We could not eat any of it. It was risky to eat the breakfast. The only good thing the coffee.

The staff were extremely helpful — although they didn’t speak English, we were able to communicate well using a translator. It’s definitely great value for money. • John (8/5): Walking distance to National Archeology Museum, which was the purpose of our visit. - Didn’t have breakfast, because we left early . Not clear where it was? No staff to arrange payment onsite. Slight smell of drains.
• Prahar (4/5): Bad experience - Room and hotel lobby were very clean. Owner and person present during the breakfast were very good and helpful. There were series of events that we didn't like during our stay. When we checked-in in the room and close the door we found out that door lock was broken from inside due to which we were not able to open the door. We tried multiple options and gave a call to owner. After which we were able to came out. Any other room was not available so owner request to repair the lock even though we were tired after a long journey for which we agreed as any other option was not available. We were out for dinner and then when we back we saw technician and other person were in our room without informing us. We found this very unprofessional as they should asked or at least told us before entering our room. Washroom is attached in the room and washroom wall is not attached to celling due to which there are lot of noise of jetter, water, shower etc. If you are staying with other person then you should avoid it.

To find the place was a project in itself, there is nothing that indicates that you are at the right building. Bed was comfy, but the noise from the street - and I am not easily disturbed - was too much. It seems that the window frame lacked all the insulation. Staff was pretty cold, breakfast was meagre. The room was recently renovated, nice pictures for the Booking-page, but the bathroom was worn and tired, it gave water, but no joy.

• Saida (8/5): This place have a church and mysterious vibe and I liked it - This is not a typical hotel, it is a part of the former convent. I have been in church for all my life and I was safe in there. For us Americans, anywhere in the world is tiny and no space. We are spoiled. I am also food gourmand and eat the best food which I prepare from scratch daily. It is inconvenient for me to eat dry cold food for breakfast. Yes, unlike the Italians, I love hot huge breakfast. Would be great to have a microwave in there.

Location close to metro station and easy access to other parts of city. Many small markets and caffees around the place. Nice custom decorated rooms and interior. VERY CLEAN ROOMS. A little bit confusing surrounding area, but it was safe to walk in the evening.

• Ada (8/5): Be ready to go up hill. - The "hotel" was located in an ex-convent (the elevator was super old). The room was remodeled with a modern decoration. It was clean with a comfy bed. The breakfast was simple but Maria Francisca served it with a smile on her face and tried her best to communicate with the guests. We did not like the neighborhood and the fact that the hotel was on a slope of a very busy road. It was very hard to push our luggage uphill on horrible sidewalks and busy traffic. We used the subway most of the time. The subway stations were about 650 meters from the hotel. There was one uphill and the other downhill, they were halfway from the "hotel". There was a bus stop in front of the 'hotel' but we prefer the subway so we paid the price for it. There was no fridge in the room.
