• Sibora (8/5): - What I liked most about this place was the fact that it was really safe there, it was well secured with security guards watching over it and gates closing at night. It was also quiet (which is one of the things that I want whenever I go on trips), so my and fiancé had a good night sleep. Moreover, the room is spacious enough for two people. It had netflix and all. The room is nice, but it could benefit more if it had both a shampoo for body and hair, and not just one shampoo to wash hands only (which lasted only for the first three days there during our stay for six days). Also, it would be better if it could be cleaned a bit more when new guests arrive. The place is also really far from the city centre.

• Emma (8/5): - Posizione ottima, collegata benissimo da diversi autobus e la fermata pochi passi da casa. La camera spaziosa e per due persone ottima, doccia ampia. Fornita di frigo utilissimo per l'estate. Se dovessi trovare una nota negativa, sfortunatamente non funzionava la macchinetta del caffè messa a disposizione per uso comune e non c'erano in dotazione dei saponcini per la doccia, ma a pochi metri fortunatamente un casalinghi molto fornito ed economico.
• Edyta (10/5): - Czysto i przyjemnie . Mieliśmy pokój z balkonem na 9 piętrze z widokiem na panoramę Neapolu i zatokę neapolitanską . Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem . Na dole kawiarnia z przemiłą obsługą i z pyszną kawą espresso za 1,3 €. Położenie w spokojnej dzielnicy , tylko 20 minut spacerem do ścisłego centrum Neapolu . Wszystko było super !
• Márta (7/5): Jó lenne, ha jobban odafigyelnének a vendégre. - Kilátás, kényelmes ágy, közel a buszmegálló, kiváló üzlet a közelben, rugalmas, kedves személyzet. A zuhanyzóban nem folyt le a víz. A kávéfőző nem működött, bekapcsoláskor alul kifolyt a víz. A törölközőknek nem volt kellemes, friss illata, inkább állott szaga volt. Erkélyes szobát rendeltem és fizettem, de nem azt kaptuk, ez számomra fontos szempont volt a hely kiválasztásánál.

• Ginna (9/5): Bastante bien. - Habitación moderna, bonita, cómoda, con baño privado, toallas, airco. Terraza, aire acondicionado y hay café disponible fuera de las habitaciones, también una plancha de ropa si se necesita. El encargado me dejó las llaves en la recepción y me dio todas las indicaciones por WhatsApp. Un chico muy amable y pendiente de todo. Hay parada de buses cerca que te llevan al centro de Nápoles. Era un poco difícil de encontrar la entrada, pero el encargado me envió fotos para ubicarme, que sirvieron mucho, porque el señor de la entrada no quería dejarnos pasar y nos envió a otro edificio. Y con las fotos ya nos dio la llave. El baño no estaba muy limpio, había pelos, los cajones bajo el lavamanos estaban con manchas de suciedad, y en la ducha el desagüe es lento.

• Zahl (7/5): Es war ganz gut, abgesehen von der Sauberkeit - Es war eine ruhige Lage, kein Straßenlärm zu hören, der Fernseher war super und die Einrichtung sah schick aus, der Portier war sehr sehr nett und hat uns sogar den Koffer zum Fahrstuhl gebracht Die Sauberkeit war wirklich nicht so gut, es waren überall schwarze Haare, auf dem Kissen, in der Dusche und auf dem Boden, die Klobürste sollte unbedingt mal getauscht werden, die Dusche war auch nicht ganz so lecker und die Matratze sehr hart
• Catherine (9/5): Rooms are on the 9th floor, there is a lift to use(just make sure you close the doors) the room it’s self was very comfo - The location was easy walking to the centre or metro. The balcony is a great asset, excellent views. It would be good if a kettle is provided in the room along with cups. The is a coffee machine located in the common area but was not clean. In the bathroom, rails to hang the towels would be great too.

• Yukie (6/5): I would pick better location next time. - Nice cafe was near by. 24hours attendant. It was about 20 minutes on foot to nearest metro station. We have to walk about a half hour or use uber to the nice restaurants. No one told me to pick up our room key from the parking attendant. The instructions is not clear.
• Vasilis (5/5): Passable - No soundproofing. The room is noisy and you can hear everything from the other rooms. The room has also many damages (the cistern doesn’t work well, the water is not hot enough for shower etc). Not a good location.
• Aikaterini (7/5): Good - The location was very good! Also the room was renovated and comfortable! It was spacious and cosy! It wasn't super clean. I found hair (maybe from the previous guests) in bathroom and next to the bed. But generally speaking it was a good choice! Thank you!
• Suzana (10/5): Naples from Above - The stay in Naples was memorable! The accommodation was set on a hill with a breathtaking view of the coast and the city. The place was clean and well-equipped. It’s located about 2 km from the city center on foot, with several bus connections right in front of the main entrance. Close to the Capodimonte Museum, the area also has a few local street cafés—perfect for a quick espresso or light breakfast.

The host was very kind, responded to our texts very quickly and gave very clear instructions for check-in. Would recommend to other people when in Napoli. There was no such thing. Everything was perfect.

• Martyna (8/5): Very good - It was only a 14 minute walk to the Materdei and Museo metro stations so it was really easy to get around the city. The view from the balcony was amazing, it had good AC for the hot days. The owner was lovely and even accommodated us with an early check-in on the day of arrival which we didn’t expect to receive. The room was clean and had everything we needed in it. No complaints.
• Liam (7/5): Good - An okay stay for a short time. The building which the rooms are in is very dated. The lift feels unsafe and is very small. The rooms are on level 9 so there are many stairs. Never met the owner only communication via messages which is okay. The door man/security was lovely and happy to help. The building needs updating.

• Georgi (10/5): Visiting the beuautiful area of Naples - All useful facilities were available. We have received the room with the best sea view. The owner was friendly, helpful and always there to answer each of our questions. I strongly recommend it for a group of 2 people. It was not loud, near to city center, cosy and clean.

The room equipment was adequate, contact with the owner was very good, very nice and polite The location may not have been perfect, but you can easily walk to the city center.

Not about the apartament per se but the lift was broken and it’s on the 9th floor, the host wanted to give back the money so I could find something else but since I liked the apartament I decided to stay

There's no balcony in the room, only in the communal area. Cristofaro was very helpful and great communication with quick responses. No kettle, coffee machine was old. The area is quite old not very nice

• Helder (9/5): Great for the price ! - We arrived early and he let us in 2 hours early, appartment really modern, with nice terrace. View is not that great, but at this pricepoint we cannot complain. Busride to city centre is roughly 20min.

Our room had a great view over Naples over to the sea. The other 2 rooms looked in the opposite direction. Good to sit on balcony. The room had a small fridge. There was a coffee machine but no electric kettle. There was a problem with our room so our host found us another room and took us there in his car. There was a coffee machine, but would have been good to have an electric kettle. I drink tea so a kettle is better, also some larger cups.

• Liliya (7/5): Great staff, nice view and smelly bathroom - The staff /not sure if this was the owner, maybe/ was extremely helpful and responsive. The only host with whom I managed to arrange everything in advance, in a timely manner and without unnecessary conversations and meetings. This way I managed to spare some time for coordinating and organizing the stay myself and enjoy the city instead. Very good organization of the check in process! As we arrived earlier in the city, it was agreed to leave our luggage at the place earlier as well, which was very helpful for us. There is a pleasant view from the small balcony of the room (urban view, the sea is also slightly visible). The room is well furnished. An extremely strong smell from the bathroom/toilet the moment you enter the room. Apparently there was an issue with canalization or something, as the smell did not disappear through the whole stay.

• Maria (8/5): Joyfull,safe and comfortable! - The room was more than big! Spacious, with really good lightning! Modern design, really good view, and easily accessible with many different means of transportation! The building was safe since it had a security guide and everything needed was there! There was a small issue when we first got in, but the problem was fixed right away and the communication was great!

Would recommend for other - The property was located on the 9th floor of a building which gave incredible views out over the sea front and beyond. It is located in a quiet part of the city although there is a bit of a walk down the main areas. The metro is located a 15minute walk away however if you are not up for walking. We didn’t mind walking and walked most days and nights to the locations we wanted to go to. Cristoforo was very helpful as he responded quickly to any messages sent over WhatsApp. He also allowed us to check in earlier which was ideal. It has a small mini fridge which was ideal to have also. The concierge had very little English however Cristoforo was available over WhatsApp to allow us to know where the room was etc so this was not too much of an issue. There was tiny ants in the bathroom, this did not bother us a whole lot as they were not in the bedroom but for others they might not like this.

• Helena-liisa (10/5): A perfect choice for staying in Napoli! - The room was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and spacious. Loved the balcony as well! The air conditioning worked great, which is super important during hot weather. Close to good restaurants and the city centre is easily accessible. Both the shower head and the drain were clogged, low water pressure.
• Vasil (8/5): Good for the money - The host was very nice and helped us a lot. He was quick in his responses and navigated us to everything we needed. It is close to the airport (10 min by car) and close to the center (20 minutes walking). The host also helped us negotiate the fee for the parking near by, because we rented a car and had to park it somewhere. Unfortunately it does not include regular cleaning. I know it is an apartment, not a hotel. However, we stayed there for 6 nights and the room was cleaned once, as a courtesy. Otherwise, you need to pay some additional fee. For longer stays it must include cleaning. The shower head needs a replacement. It does not function fully. The bed and the pillows were a bit hard. However, that of course can be preferred by some guests.

Comfy pillows Not too bad at this time of the year but AC wasn't working (hot air only) and bed too hard for our liking. No biggie..just saying
• Christina (7/5): Two nights - a couple - Good neighborhood up the hill, but not too close to the city center, a 10-12 minutes walk from the Archaeological museum. The host helped with directions to get to the room and check in. √ Private bathroom √ Smart TV √ Small balcony The bathroom facilities. Not enough plugs or Plug Adapters The space is relatively small with basic amenities and does not provide a comfortable shared space.
