John (10/5): Great service - The attention by the host, Maurizio was great, we were given early check in. The breakfast was served right across the street and had wonderful attention. We highly recommend this hotel.
Ricardo (10/5): Exceptional - Close to everything without having to listen to the city chaos. It's next to 2 supermarkets and the city center. I booked this place because my other accommodation turned out to be a scam that cancelled the same day. The host was really nice and responded really quick and even offered going to the police with me. The host also had really cool touristic offerings that take you deep in the Napolitan counter. We could go because we were busy with Pompeii, but will definitely do it if we come back. There was a kitchen, but no pots or pans.

Seattlestays (5/5): it was adequate, but there are better options. - adequate accommodations in a decent and quiet location that's about 5 minutes walk from the main walking street. Of note, the beds were not comfortable and the in-room wi-fi didn't work so I sat in the hallway. I moved to other accommodations on the same street - mid-week, and they offered more comfort and better value. Close to ferry buildings and good location as a departure point to the Coast and Pompei. The host who received me was personable and spoke perfect english - 5 stars for his efforts! bed very uncomfortable.
