(10/5): - Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht und ein Upgrade auf ein Appartement bekommen ( ohne Aufpreis)👍 Die Kommunikation verlief in deutsch, was es für uns sehr einfach gemacht hat und wir bekamen sämtliche wichtigen Informationen gleich bei unserer Ankunft übermittelt. ( Parkplatzsituation, Anbindung Öffentlicher Nahverkehr etc.) Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und gut. Wir können diese Pension gern weiterempfehlen.

• Joep (4/5): Geen goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding - De eigenaars waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het ontbijt was degelijk. Ondanks de vriendelijke eigenaars, is er werkelijk niets in Pension Lucie wat de exorbitante prijs van €300,- (!)voor een nacht rechtvaardigt. Wij waren met ons gezin met 2 kleine kinderen op doorreis. In Praag was voor een normale prijs nergens meer een kamer te vinden, dus kozen we de "minst dure" optie. Maar voor deze prijs mag je luxe verwachten en dat was er hier absoluut niet. We konden tegen betaling van €6,- nog een kinderbed krijgen, maar deze werd neergezet zonder matras en deze was ook niet in de accommodatie aanwezig. Verder was er geen airco op de kamer, de pomp voor douchegel deed het niet en de prullenbak en radiatoren waren vol met roest. Er was geen drempel naar de badkamer en de vloer lag los. We hadden echt een slaapplek nodig, maar de prijs van dit pension is echt veel te hoog. Ze gaven aan mee te gaan met de hoge prijzen in de stad, maar daarbij moet ook de kwaliteit van de accommodatie in ogenschouw genomen worden en die staat niet in verhouding tot de door ons betaalde €300,-

• Rajib (1/5): Terrible stay, apartment doesn't match with the pictures, charged extra cost for baby! - Liked nothing during our 2 nights stay. May be just one thing that they can speak good German and English. First of all we have got a different room from the picture in the booking. We were 4 adults with 2 infants stayed at room 9 and 10 at top floor. Charged 6 euro/day extra for a 2 year old olny for preparing the bed so that the kid can sleep with the parenets when we were expecting a Baby cot from them. They seemed did nothing with the extra cost. They sent me through Email extra conditions and charges which were not mentioned in booking conformation. Breakfast not worth for 7 Euro. They charged 3.5 Euro each (half price of adults) for breakfast for a 1 year and a 2 year child when they ate nothing. They said they have to charge as we have carried the kids to the breakfast table, unbelivable! The beds are noisy in the night. There is no basin in the kitchen, had to wash baby dishes in the bathroom. They do not have actually Kitchennett which they have mentioned in the facilities. In the picture which I booked they showed basin the kitchen. Also they do not have any cooking oven in the kitchen, instead a tiny separate induction oven. Refreigerator doesn't work, had to put the foods in the freezer. Horrible experince the 2 nights with kids. The shower place at bathroom was not at all cleaned. Would never recommend it for a family.

The location allows fast access to the city center via public transport. Warm water gets used up fairly quickly, at least in the upper floors. However, this is quite nitpicky.

• Gatekeeper4 (10/5): Lovely family run hotel - The location was great for what we wanted and was close to the metro to travel to the city. The hotel is family run so it’s home from home and treat you like family. They arranged to do pick up from airport and drop off which took a lot of pressure off. It’s a lovely comfortable hotel and the owners are happy to sit with you and chat. The room is on the main road link for the trams which can be noisy at night if you have the window open. But for one night it didn’t bother us too much.

A series of lovely life stories are an add-on! 😍 A bit far from the city center. But well connected by public transportation facilities (30 mins).
