• Dietmar (10/5): Jederzeit wieder - Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen! Großes Zimmer und Badezimmer, nicht wie sonst alles auf minimum gequetscht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist übersichtlich, aber es war alles da und wird auch immer sofort nachgelegt. Sehr freundlicher, mehrsprachiger Besitzer. Preisl Leistung ist nicht zu übertreffen!

• barbara (9/5): würde hier wieder buchen, weil es der perfekte ruhige Ort in einer sehr lebendigen Stadt ist. - Super Lage, obwohl die Lokalbahn immer wieder mal vorbeifährt -gefühlt nur tagsüber, weil nachts hatten wir die Fenster offen und haben nichts gehört; sonst ist es wirklich ein idealer Rückzugsort, wenn man tagsüber "Downtown" Prag mit seinen vielen Touristen genossen hat. Wir waren mit Kind unterwegs- hat das extra Zimmer mit Dachschräge geliebt. Geht wirklich eher für Kind, weil es so eine Art Hühnerleiter ist. Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett angenehm, die Dusche perfekt. Wir sind überall mit dem Uber gefahren, aber die U Bahn ist auch nicht weit. Andere Gäste sind mit Auto angereist und das konnte direkt vor dem Haus (also mit Tor) gelassen werden. Wie gesagt, uns hat alles gefallen, ein weiteres Kissen, um gemütlich im Bett lesen zu können wäre ein Hit!

• Lucia (10/5): - Vrátili sme sa po roku opäť, naozaj sme velmi spokojní. Čistota, pohodlné postele, ochotny personál, možnosť raňajok, k metru nemáte ďaleko. Boli sme velmi spokojní.

• Uhlík (8/5): - Snídaně jednoduchá, uspokojivá, uvítali bychom kávu espresso. Jinak velice klidné místo, v dosahu metro. TV na pokoji / alespoň návod, jak ovládat /, hodně měkké matrace, v přízemí bez záclon musí být stále zatažené závěsy, jinak jak ve výloze.

• Alain (9/5): - Très bon emplacement géographique quand on a une voiture que l'on peut laisser dans le jardin. La villa est à 5 minutes d'une station de métro et à quatre stations du centre ville. Je n'ai pas vu de restaurant à proximité mais il existe un centre commercial.

Esti aproape de transport in comun si daca vii cu masina au parcare in curtea vilei , patul foarte confortabil si baia mare !! Au mic dejun dimineata dar noi nu l am incercat! Era frig afara dar caldura foarte ok in camera , care era si destul de curata!! Raportul pret calitate bun!! Recomand!!

• Pavla (8/5): Krásné ubytování, s příznivou cenou, ve velmi dobré lokalitě a s příjemným panem majitelem. - Krásný prostor, dostatečně vybavený, skvělá lokalita, klid, ticho a dobrá dostupnost. Ač jel radiátor na plno, tak jen občas a v pokoji byla poměrně zima. A to i přes noc.

• Petra (4/5): Hezká vilka napohled - Snídaně v místě nebyla možná, ačkoli byla deklarována. Nicméně netrvali jsme na ní. Bohužel byl celý objekt poznamenán silným kouřem a to snížilo hodnotu ubytování. Bohužel nestačí vyvětrat.

Just 5 mins walking f - Regarding the fact we stayed during the winter season (when Prague was under the snow), the room and the whole Vila were superbly warm and cozy. Kitchen didn’t serve breakfasts out of season.

• Marijana (10/5): Great and friendly place to stay. - The breakfast was excellent and great varieties to choose from. The location was perfect for us, close to the airport. The parking was made available to us even though Booking.com failed to add to our reservation. No complaints, will recommend the place to our friends.

• Nesrin (10/5): Teşekkür ederiz. Çok rahat ettik. - Özellikle yatağın rahatlığına bayıldık. Tüm gün gezdiğimiz ve sadece uyumak için kullandığımızdan biz memnun kaldık. Banyosu ferah geniş sıcak su güzeldi. Odanın genişliği de dolap alanı da çok yerindeydi. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Environnement très très calme, reposant et familial. Les propriétaires ont un chien adorable qui contribue à la joie du séjour . Chauffage très efficient. Rien.

• Carmen (8/5): I would come back in but in spring or autunm not winter - We decided to spend a few days in Prague in December 2025 on short notice and we chose this guesthouse based on the reviews it has on Booking. We landed in the evening and I previously read that Vila Josefina is really close to Borislavka metro station, where there is a small shopping center. We bought the tickets from the ticket vending machines in the airport which estimated that we would get there in 30 minutes and we did. So it takes only 30 minutes to get to and from the airport to Vila Josefina which is really nice. The owner was kind and helpful and we liked their dog that accompanied us for breakfast. However the room where breakfast is served is quite small and a radio or TV would be highly appreciated. Breakfast is served between 7 and 10 and includes an assortment of cheese, ham, jam, butter, yogurt and pastry. The room was spacious and clean, large beds and comfortable mattress. It was incredibly cold in the room (room no. 4) during the night as the heating is on in the evening and in the morning and closed during the night. Some other guests complained on Booking too but I imaged that the owner had solved this problem. We used the extra blankets every night but when we washed our hair we had to cover our heads too as it felt as if the window was open and it was zero degrees outside.

• Schmidt (8/5): - Das Zimmer war geräumig. Es war ordentlich und sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Auto konnten wir direkt am Haus parken. Die Metro war in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Der Föhn im Zimmer könnte gern mal erneuert werden, der hat seine besten Tage schon hinter sich und macht sehr wenig Wind. Am zweiten Tag haben beim Frühstück leider die Löffel gefehlt und Butter war auch alle. Da könnte doch immer mal geschaut werden, ob was aufgefüllt werden muss.

• Nadine (8/5): Absolut empfehlenswert! - Ganz in der Nähe der Metro, ebenfalls in der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Villa ist leicht zu finden. Das Zimmer war riesig und es war sauber. Der Gastgeber war sehr bemüht, durch und durch freundlich. Er hat auch beim Frühstück eine extra Platte für uns zusammengestellt, als er erfahren hat das wir kein Schwein essen. Er ist sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Das ist jetzt meckern auf hohem Niveau, ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre schön.
• Milana (9/5): - Very quiet family neighbourhood. Metro station is close by (5-10 minutes walk). You can reach metro station through shopping mall Borislavka which is the same name of metro station. Apartment is part of the family house and host greeted us for check in. There is breakfast available in the property. Host was very polite and hospitable. Room is old fashioned but cozy. Squeaking floor in the room.

Trzeba uważać na płatność na miejscu, bo właściciel sprytnie zawyża cenę za pokój,w ten sposób, żeby to wyglądało, że płacisz z opłatą miejską a opłatę miejską dodatkowo kasuje gotówką bez pokwitowania.

• Darek (10/5): - Krásná vilka v tiché ulici, pod okny občas projede vlak, což není nic nepříjemného - jinak božský klid. Nápaditě řešený a velmi vkusně vybavený prostor, obrovský pokoj s koupelnou. Výborná snídaně, parkování u domu, stanice metra a tramvaje nedaleko. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni a rádi přijedeme zase :-).

• Lutz (8/5): Für unseren Zweck ausreichend - Unterkunft war für uns zentral ( Eishalle).Frühstück war überschaubar aber man wurde satt . Da gibt es eine sehr schöne Außenanlage. Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8 Uhr. Das ist etwas spät für uns gewesen .Es gab kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Nigdy nie spotkałam się z takim podejściem, najgorszy nocleg w życiu, a podróżuje dużo. Cena kompletnie nie adekwatna.

Ochotný domáci, mohli sme zostať parkovať aj po check oute Tým, že sa jedná o starú vilu, bolo veľmi počuť ľudí z ostatných izieb, keď sa rozprávali alebo len chodili. Rovnako parkuje sa vo dvore a môže nastať situácia, ak by ste potrebovali využívať auto, je možné že vás zablokuje iný hosť, tým, že bude parkovat před vámi (my sme takto jedného blokovali).

• Johanna (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist für eine Pragreise perfekt gelegen. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metro. Ca. 15 Min. mit der Metro ohne Umsteigen ins Zentrum. Das Zimmer sauber, groß und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Matratzen top. Wir haben super geschlafen. Frühstück alles da. Garten sehr nett. Sogar das Auto im Garten. Nichts
