- Craig (9/5): Charming guesthouse on an old farmstead. - A charming guesthouse on an old farmstead. Staff were welcoming and friendly. 10 minute drive to the ski hill. The breakfast of warm croissants, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice, and such hit the spot. I’d stay here again.

- Wermer (9/5): Well run and pleasant. - Nice rooms, good breakfast, pleasant staff/owners Parking was a bit tight.
- Danae (10/5): - Amazing view.
- Elise (8/5): -
Rien
- Brown (7/5): Would stay again, but ask for newer room - Super friendly staff, easy to drive to from Sutton, comfortable beds Most of the rooms are renovated, with their own private bathroom - which looked lovely, but we had one of the old rooms and a shared bathroom. Our room was beside the bathroom and there was frequently an odour. The tap dripped and there was a big sunken zone on the floor beside the bed.
- Marie (4/5): Never again.
- Tracy (9/5): Splendid Fall Mini Getaway - Lovely location close to our hiking destination. Large property that accepts pets. A lot of place to move around or sit and enjoy the view of the valley. Wonderful family that owns the property. They were very welcoming and super friendly. We had access to a microwave and toaster oven in the dining space in order to prep the food we brought to share with our friends. We ate together there and afterward we played games. In the morning we enjoyed a nice little continental breakfast and then relaxed in the Adirondack chairs on the hill before checking out. Big value for what we paid! Thank you. A few rooms outdated and the mattress was a little too firm, but overall the experience was great.
- Guglielmo (8/5): Absolutely enjoyed it! - Surely not a 5-star hotel, but certainly a 5-star location. The bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast very nice and diverse. Peace, in touch with nature, very kind owners. I would go back! Toilets are pretty small and shared with other rooms. They might need some refurbishing.
- Nikhil (10/5): - Wonderful host easy check in .
- Geneviève (10/5): - Superbe emplacement
- Yuki (10/5): -
- Avi (10/5): Excellent, would stay again - Friendly staff, clean room, great value. Would recommend 100% Nothing

- Moore (8/5): Very good -
- Julia (10/5): Great value and perfect stay in Sutton - Great location, very close to town, but secluded enough to feel like we were in a little farmhouse. The property is beautiful and has lots of green space with picnic tables and lounge chairs to relax and watch the sunset at the end of the day. The breakfast was better than I expected - the croissant was delicious, plus OJ, coffee, yogurt, fruit, granola, oatmeal... It's simple, but for the price, this was a great stay! The hot water had a strange smell, but the cold water was fine. Overall, it was ok.
- Jeremy (10/5): Awesome stay near Sutton - Everything was amazing! The location was amazing, so naturesque but so close to Sutton. Rooms were clean and well-equipped and Alex, the owner, was friendly and helpful. 10/10 stay!
- Susannah (7/5): Good - We had a great stay, Alex greeted us and was really kind. The only downside was the slight sulphur smell of the water.
- Hubey (10/5): Comfortable inn close to Mont Sutton, made me feel at home. - Small, family-owned inn on former farm on hillside. Lovely in winter, would be pretty in other seasons too. Friendly owners.
Just outside town of Sutton, but still close to downhill and XC skiing, mountain biking, and restaurants.
Clean rooms and public spaces, comfortable mattresses, plenty of hot water. Shared bathrooms with a sink in each room.
Continental breakfast in reception hall: toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, and tea.
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hugo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (10/5): Wonderful place to stay when visiting Sutton. - Great location with easy drive to Mont Sutton. Very clean with great breakfast. Welcoming and friendly host. A little noisy in the morning but I didn’t mind since I was up early.
- James (10/5): Friendly and lovely! - Very kind people. They accommodated us arriving late at night and welcomed my dogs. Thank you so much !
- Owen (10/5): You won’t find a place this nice at this price anywhere else. - The location was incredible and for the price it far exceeded my expectations. We used it as an overnight stop before skiing at Jay Peak the next day and everything went as seamlessly as it possibly could have, the insides were clean, the hosts were friendly, and the morning breakfast was an extra bonus and something we didn’t expect going into it. There’s not much that could’ve been improved. A few more options as breakfast may have helped but aside from that it was absolutely perfect.
- Rachel (9/5): A pleasant stay in Sutton - The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is very close to Sutton ski hill and cross-country trails, and the town. Jay Peak was an easy 40-minute drive. The main dining area was well stocked with the basics for a help-yourself breakfast. (toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea). Overall, a good experience.
- Senthil (9/5): Superb -
- Irina (10/5): Great stay - Clean, great host, convenient parking, well-value, nice breakfast, great view, close to Mont Sutton, room has everything needed NA
- Eric (9/5): Superb -
- Arthur (8/5): Very good -
- Maria (8/5): Good and affordable place to stay overnight - It’s a beautiful place with great owners. The pipes in the bathroom need to get fixed, they were very noisy. There is no sound proof between the rooms.
- Myriam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (8/5): Quiet country stay in a property with most facilities. - Quiet location. Away from the crowds. Good but limited breakfast. Very clean. 15 mins from Vermont. Facilities could have done with an upgrade but it was very competitively proced.
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Lisa (10/5): Beautiful property! Great hosts! Cozy room! - Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and the breakfast room is spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fresh croissants! The property is beautiful - so much room for wandering and enjoying the views. Would definitely recommend.
- Fiona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carol (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katherine (4/5): Good, but please get better locks. Your customers shouldn’t be having a struggle to feel safe - The site was very prettt The locks on the doors were very complicated. Almost too complicated for a one-night stay…
- Jean (10/5): Excellent - The grounds, peace and quiet, friendly staff. Nothing.
- Derina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Grow (9/5): Superb -
- Joe (10/5): Very sick hung in room - Very kind family proprietorship
- Susan (10/5): Nice little auberge with a very friendly host family - Breakfast was good, very generous. It was just lovely, there wasn't anything we didn't like.
- Nils (10/5): Awesome stay, we will come again. - Nice location, right in the mountains, very close to Sutton. The hosting family is super nice and friendly. You don't have a TV in your room, but who needs a TV, if the view is awesome and you have lots to discover. Everything was good, nothing to dislike.
- Leonard (10/5): Exceptional - Awsome place. The owner even showed us her garden and let us pet her chickens ! Really loved our stay Nothing
- Agnieszka (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (9/5): Most pleasant, for kids, parents, and grandparents! - Great location, truly family friendly. Nice atmosphere all around and an unforgettable time for my grandchildren. The area is, really, amazing and you'll find both trails matching all skills and fitness levels, and a nice, pleasant town.
Our hosts at the Auberge were very nice and accommodating, so I started planning our next trip there even before we left. The greeting
"good bye and bon retour"
was most appropriate !
Merci !
- Monique (9/5): The host Alexandre kindly helped me boost my car when my battery was too low. Thank you! - The location and views are lovely, nice room and breakfast area. The roosters!
- Janet (9/5): Comfortable cozy auberge in a lovely location. - Location! Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Suggest having granola for breakfast and tea in the rooms.
