• Logan (10/5): Safe, warm and comfortable - I really enjoyed my stay here, the shared living space was clean, the room was clean, nice and quiet, and I loved how warm my room was after a Long days work in the cold. No exterior lights, lots of tripping hazards on the way to the door, and the snow on the walking path made it slippery so it was hard to get luggage in and out.

• Sachin (10/5): My experience - I stayed at the Hampton Rose Garden Family for the past 7 days and nights with great comfort and ease. Talking about the room, apart from the mattress and bed, there was a nice table and chair, and a wardrobe to store clothes.The system is very good, helping you sleep at night and not hearing outside noise. During my stay, the management took great care to keep the toilets and public areas very clean.Moreover, all the toilet accessories were replenished regularly. It is a very good thing to have the facility to store and heat food. It is a very classic property.There is a common area and sofa where you can listen to music, read a book, etc.in your free time. There is also a small lawn behind the house. A school ground suitable for walking in the morning or evening also adds to the charm of this property.The laundry facilityis very efficient. From the moment the booking started, check in, check out, and guidelines were all very good. The property had all the necessary facilities for a safe stay. There are also shops within walking distance.My overall rating is 5/5. N/A

It was nice with a big room but there were few fleas on the side dresser. And the house ( not the room) smelt really bad .

• Robin (5/5): Not Great - Inexpensive, good bed, relatively close to airport I was switched to a different property twice the day of, which generally was okay because they were all very close to one another. The new room I got seemed like an upgrade at first as it had an ensuite bathroom, but the light didn’t work in the bathroom and none of the outlets worked in the room. I was also woken up at 3:45am by very loud guests coming in late and using the kitchen and microwave, and who only were quiet when I got up out of my room to ask them to be quiet.

It was good for a price We found somebody's underwear in our room... It wasn't clean enough. And we didn't like the kitchen - we had to cook using microwave because stove is not allowed.

• Colleen (5/5): Passable - Booked this property was put in another property they owned last minute. Busy. Unruly terrible guest in room beside me. They had whole place hostage couple nights with their ridiculous adult behaviour.

• Karen (4/5): Could be awesome with some care and attention. - Location was great, close to public transport, close to Calgary airport (reasonable Uber price), nice quality residential area, close to shopping area, spacious lounge area, great shower (over bath), great communication with host. Price was excellent - better than a hostel :) Description is slightly misleading - but may also be my expectation? Stayed in Room D - this was the description: The double room offers soundproof walls, a coffee machine, a wardrobe along with a patio. The unit has 1 bed. There was a coffee machine, but in the kitchen area and when I asked about coffee/milk options was promptly told they did not supply - this seemed odd compared to most accommodations I have stayed in. Particularly as it is near the airport where you wouldn't expect guests to potentially bring their own? especially if arriving late. The walls may be soundproof but the ceiling certainly wasn't - family stomping around in the morning. There was a large TV in the lounge and when we asked about using it - we were told it is not for use as it could be used after 10pm (quiet time). We just wanted to watch some olympics during the day. The bed was rather soft and the pillows were not very comfortable either. The kitchen was very basic and somewhat lacking (no drinking glasses) and seemed dirty (I didn't even want to use the tea towels when cleaning up), kitchen cupboards falling off their hinges, dark and dingy. Most disappointing was the 'patio' - it was dirty (covered in seeds and grasses), the seating was either dirty or old and rickety, rubbish strewn around the lawn area, more of a storage area for the lawn mower, random mats, etc, not inviting at all. Most of the pictures are of a previous era and doesn't seem to have had much attention of recent times. This 'could be' a fabulous accommodation option with a bit more care and consideration.
• Bonnie (8/5): Great overnight stop - This is a lovely spot to stay with everything a person needs. The price was very reasonable for the facilities provided. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Communication was clear and directions easy to follow. Property was accurately described. Nothing to complain about.

• Adeleg81 (10/5): Exceptional - The room is private and right next to the spacious bathroom. The bed is comfy and wide. Co-op grocery, gas station, and the bus stop is all conveniently located just down the hill a few blocks from this accommodation. It's quiet and a peaceful place if that is what you're looking for. Great price, very affordable and the host is very respectful and responsive to all inquiries. There is not a lot of cookware available for guests, as well no oven. But there is a toaster oven and microwave as well as stovetop elements.

• Ha (7/5): Good - It’s good for a short stay for one person, price and location wise. Mostly quiet, except in the morning when you can hear people from upstairs walking around. It’s not a big issue since I’m a bit sensitive to noises. The bed and towels are clean.

It only takes 10 minutes to get to downtown by car, it doesn't get any better than that. Landlord is a great host who makes you feel at home quickly. I will be very happy to come back.

• Khelifi (5/5): it’s not bad - it’s calm lication there’s wasn’t even plastic trash bags in the trash bins in both bathroom and bedroom and the bed matress was not comfortable and the owner is so much worried about the living room lights, they will literally wait you to turn it on then run after you and turn it off, you can’t even walk to your room in darkness

• Lirong (10/5): A cozy stay - This place is amazingly cozy and clean. A nice garden with guest private entrance to the property. Lots of privacy and very quite. Comfortable bed. Conveniently located near the airport. Walking distance to a Co-Op grocery store. The host is very accommodating and responsive. Had a very nice stay.
• Kang (8/5): Its a quiet and relaxing place to stay. Its peaceful - I like that its spacious, clean and I love my room as it is next to the washroom, the only downsize is of course if youre a light sleeper like me then you tend to wake when somebody is using the washroom. But overall they provide all the basic stuff that you need on your stay, the owner is very nice and accomodating! Will definitely comeback! Nothing really
