Cruz (1/5): Mold infested and scammed - The house was full of mold and far from the location advertised, air conditioning didn’t help because the mold was in it too. Host didn’t except refund request through official booking.com inquiry.

James (10/5): Job well done - A comfortable location for my relaxation and studies. I found Frank to be a very interesting gentleman that is more than an entrepreneur fitting for his business. He's very hospitable and always leans to make your life more comfortable. And excellent person and actually a place to stay I like it so good I'm staying for a couple more months. Thank you It is all been in good form every aspect

Ora (1/5): AVOID, You will find yourself in the middle of an identity theft... - To Avoid, These people direct you outside of Booking, to ask you to give them a Photo of your Passport, when they already have all your information via the booking. They don't give you access and argue to Booking that you have made a "NO Show"... Plus they are liars..! They also tell you that they will send this photo to the Security Booth, so everyone will have it.... Never do that, Booking will support you, and you will be 100% refunded..!
David (1/5): TO AVOID - Nothing... Cannot access..! You pay, and you stay at the door... Nobody gives you access..!!! To Avoid... The owner asks to provide him before checking, a photo of your passports via WhatsApp, which he will then distribute to around ten people in different entrance boots...! Having your name and presenting your passport upon arrival, in person... that is not enough. It is for him... a non-disputable condition... But you never meet this "Owner", he doesn't want to see you, and you don't even know if he really owns this apartment. or just a person who sublets the rooms of an apartment...! Obviously... he doesn't put this on his rules on booking.com, so that you are informed before booking and therefore pay the booking, without then being able to cancel..!!! So no photo of your passport transmitted via WhatsApp, and it therefore does not communicate anything to you to enter the apartment..! And when you ask him to cancel the reservation, he tells you he did it... But in reality he is playing for time and he has done nothing, so you find yourself at midnight, on the phone with Booking.com, to cancel yourself a reservation that you paid with your bank card... and whose owner does not want to give you access to enter the apartment...!!! With the number of scammers on the internet, the number of migrants crossing Mexico and the number of passport photos from the USA, Canada, UK or Europe that are used to make duplicates passports or to open fake bank accounts online or fake socio-media accounts, we no longer have to wonder how they get them, it's quite simple, they are in the databases of Owners or Security boots, among others right here..! At 20 or 30US$ for a copy of your passport on the DarkWeb, I don't think these people will hesitate to resell your passport photo and your infos.

Victória (9/5): Just stay and enjoy! - Frank is an incredible host. I really appreciate the contact with him, all the support and care about my stay at Cancun. The house is the same of pictures and more. No doubts if I have the opportunity to come back Cancun, i'll stay here again. There are a lot of options for Wifi network. So that, it was a little bit difficult to connect in the firsts days. There isn't hot water all the day to shower.
