Pokoje jsou malé, postele jsou rozviklané sotva drží pohromadě, cena naprosto neodpovídá fotografiím, n patře je pouze pro všechny pokoje jedna koupelna. Klíč od pokoje pasoval do dveří i od jiných pokojů, recepční nám odpověděl že nam dal stejný když se všichni známe. Nijak nechtěl na tuto situaci reagovat, na žádost hotelu že chceme fakturu - nemáme do ted odpověď.

There was a double bed and they took one blanket, saying you don't need it. Towels are small, one piece.The middle of the bed has fallen in.

• WEI (5/5): 算是有惊无险比较安全的一次出行 - 住宿干净，员工服务态度好，位置就在中央车站外面，出行方便 可能是临时订的房间，屋子很小很简单，不如国内的如家，临街晚上睡觉稍微有点吵。房间锁孔很大，对于独自出行的女生有些担心，但好在椅子挡上后至少可以遮挡视线。时间充裕的话，建议选择离车站远一点，房间大一点的地方吧。房间连图片一半大都没有。周围有些酒吧，我晚上9点半以后基本就不出门了，单身女生稍微注意点安全

• Marie (5/5): Does the job, but lower your expectations - Location was excellent. A few minutes walk from the main train station. Also handy for local eateries and a 15min walk, or less, to the Marienplatz. It was very basic. Very basic. I was fooled by the photos on the website, as they obviously show their best and most spacious rooms, but the one I got was very small. With a double bed in place, there was about 12 inches to the wall. Had a sink and a wardrobe and thats it. Also had a TV, but no channels worked. Does come with a communal toilet and shower and these are adequate. I think for £100 its overpriced, but you are paying for location.

• Anna (3/5): - Die Lage in der Nähe vom Hbf Fernseher im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Mitarbeter an der Rezeption sagte, dass wir jeder Zeit mit unseren Fragen an ihn anwenden können. Ihm wurde gesagt, dass Fernseher läuft nicht, er hat versprechen, zu kommen - trotzdem nicht erschienen, aber hat dafür mit seinem Landsmann ewig gelabbert. Fußboden im Zimmer war dreckig. Zimmer ist sehr eng, wir könnten zu zweit mit unseren großen Koffern kaum bewegen. Alles oben genannten plus gemeinsames Bad ist nicht wirklivh so schlimm, es gibt schlimmeres, aber es kann nicht 200 Euro pro Nacht für 2 Personen kosten. Trotz Oktoberfest.
• Laurry (7/5): Nära tågstationen i München. - Vi bodde här enbart en natt då vi passerade München för att åka vidare nästa morgon. Boende var rent och detsamma med toalett och dusch utanför rummet. Promenad avstånd från Tåg stationen. Bra och enkla instruktioner gällande ut och incheckning.

• Günther (5/5): Beim Auschecken Chaos pur. - Musste um das Hotel verlassen zu können da die Eingangstür verschlossen war über den unbeschilderten Notausgang verlassen und stand dann vor einem verschlossenen Hoftor, das ich dann mit Gewalt aufbrechen musste , sonst hätte ich meinen OP Termin nicht rechtzeitig wahrnehmen können. Kein Hausmeister , HVW erreichbar Um kurz vor 6.00 Uhr, Sauladen! Eine Entschädigung ist angebracht , bin am überlegen ob ich dies nicht dem KV R melde! • Giulia (8/5): Decent option for central Munich - Next to the train station, very convenient for public transport. The room was an adequate size for a family with young children, would not recommend it to a group of friends. The bathroom is tiny, but the shower and sink are fine for a couple of days. Soap and towels were provided. Check-in was easy, and the guy at the reception was nice. We were also visited by the old lady mentioned in some reviews, who wanted to make sure everything was alright, and gave us some tips. It's obviously not the grand hotel, but it's a convenient option. There is a TV. There are enough outlets to charge phones. There is wi-fi. The room is tiny, so it's only to be used to sleep, not to spend much time apart from that. The location whilst central can be a bit noisy. Not necessarily because of the trains, but for the sheet number of people gathered in the street outside drinking and talking. This is a problem if the weather is warm and one wants to sleep with opened windows. All in all, I found it a bit too expensive for what it offers, but the central location drives up the price. But I disagree with the horrid reviews. It's a decent central place. Could be cheaper, for sure. But it's safe, reasonably clean, and above all practical.

On weekends it is a bit noisy, people came back late and shouting at 1:30 am and next morning at 8 the old lady start to talk very loudly. Can not have long time sleep. There is an old lady she works there, every time I went out to use bathroom or shower, she went out to see and follow me and try to open the bathroom door. It is very annoying. Feel like being watched all the time, pretty bad experience. We would not choose this place again.

So it is close to the main transport system from which youu can anywhere. single room, shared bathroon and toilet, room was small, 1 towell. Wasn't clear where to check in or meet the staff, not clear on the main door, I arrived there was no one there. The area did not feel safe, bar beneath was loud. That is ok for say €100 per night, but this place is more epensive that a hotel room with loads of towels and your own bathroom, it was just a bit slack and the staff weren't about to help. Now the guy was nice but I was in the office waiting for ages.

We told the host and he offered us another room which we then immediately found more bed bugs in and decided to leave the property. We requested a refund from the host on the spot which he told us he would give but we had to handle it through bookings. Once we put in a request the property refused the refund because they “provided us with multiple options” (another room with bed bugs). Do not stay here host was difficult to work with and would not understand why we didn’t want to stay with bed bugs. We came out of the experiment covered in bites.

• Bart (3/5): Worst stay ever - Small room, There was smoked in the room before our stay, very bad smell. I wondered if the bed linnen was clean and not used because the bed smelled also very mokey. Very rumerous area in the city and located above a bar and terras. We could not open the window because the street noice but the smell in the room was terrible but with open window for vetilation was it not possible to fall in sleep. Also noice from room next door we hard very well. We payed € 148 while a realistic price for such rooms should be € 50.per night. For us it was the worst stay ever,.

A very nice gesture on her part. - She was always aware that everything was fine with the room. He also recommended places to visit. - She offered us coffee and cookies every day. - She made the effort to communicate with me in Italian. - My family was late and it was time to deliver the room. She kindly let us know the time. We decided to stay an extra day in Munich and we gladly add an extra night in this cozy hotel. - I highly recommend staying here. The attention and cleanliness is too good. - Everything was perfect!

• Wenxuan (1/5): not good - location The room is very small, only about 10 square meters, three or four rooms share a toilet and shower room, and there are no tables and chairs in the room. The hotel did not provide an invoice when I checked out. I sent a message through the APP but received no reply. I am still contacting the platform service center, but I don't know how long it will take to get the invoice. I am quite disappointed and will not stay in this hotel again next time.
