• Jessica Linda (9/5): Piacevoli passeggiate nel centro storico - La posizione del B&B è ottima. Posizionato nel centro storico a due passi da Spaccanapoli, si trova anche nei pressi dei mezzi di trasporto, con una fermata della metro nelle vicinanze e la stazione a una ventina di minuti a piedi. La pulizia è impeccabile e lo staff molto accogliente e disponibile. Consigliamo vivamente !

La posizione è ottima consente di raggiungere facilmente tutti i punti più interessanti della città. Un po' di difficoltà nel trovare le chiavi all' arrivo, preferisco i b&b col personale che ti accoglie. Forse siamo all' antica noi però..

• Paul (10/5): Great find - The B&B offers rooms and is not a hotel. The room I had was large, had an air-conditioner (although not needed), and an ensuite bathroom. There was a fridge and large wall TV. It was extremely clean and there was room service with new towels everyday. You need to be able to walk up one floor to reach it. There was no kettle but the owner provided one when I asked (so UK and Irish visitors might ask before hand). I did not meet the owner but communicated electronically and he was extremely helpful. The location, in the historic centre but walkable from the main train station, is excellent for visiting Naples. So I fully recommend this B&B. Well, a kettle on the first night, but that's just me being British.

• David (8/5): Naples Overnight and a Good Location to Stay - The room was very clean with good air conditioning and a good value for the money but a bit plain. Host was quick to respond as this was a last minute overnight stay for us. Location is good and close to many fantastic pizzerias in Naples. Too many doors/locks to get into the room. Entry area was a bit loud throughout the day/night.

• Jakki (8/5): Very happy with the place. - Location was great, close to everything we needed. Very clean, secure. Bed made everyday. Few minor issues but immediately sorted. Would recommend and stay again. Good value. We were confused about the off-site check in but that was our fault. Communication was good we just got confused. We chose twin beds but room had one big bed. They made up a second comfy sofa bed no problem. We also thought there was a kettle which there wasn’t but again one was provided when we asked. So very attentive to issues.

Right near the amazing old town Via dei Tribunali. getting into the room was through a gate, a door, another door, then another door. As a self check in be mindful of the complexity. The room was basic. It was very noisy from the small cobbled street below with cars and rubbish trucks. the bathroom smelt of smoke.

Clean and ideal if you just want a place to stay which is close to amenities - Location was great and in walkable distance to buses, bars,restaurants, local attractions and Port WiFi was poor which was disappointing as felt I had to go out to get a connection, tea/coffee and kettle were not provided as advertised
• Fiona (8/5): Value for money accommodation close to the heart of the old city - The accommodation is only about 5mins away from the old city (old city is big, so here I'm really talking about the closest point which is near the church of San Lorenzo). Very convenient indeed to many tourist spots and restaurants, big or small. Instructions to get into the accommodation clear, with videos attached which helped. The owner was quick to response to a request, a facility advertised in the advert. The WiFi is rather unstable, but in opening the windows, it improved! Not sure if the sound-proof windows worsen the WiFi connectivity.

• Marzena (8/5): Very good - Good location, the apartment was very clean, minibar & AC working. Very good conditions for a reasonable price. WiFi works worse than I do when hungry. Longer off than on. If you're a light sleeper you better have a standard sleeping pattern- the street noise will likely wake you up.

The sheets weren't clean upon arrival (frequently found loose hair) - The host had to do some emergency cleaning as the housekeeper/maid was unavailable. There are too many keys to enter and exit the building. Internally modern but building feels externally dirty and unappealing.
• Simona (10/5): Lovely place worth to return - Great location in historic area of Napoli, great access to little shops and great café shops, loved it! Just a bit of tge crowd noise, but if you are on vacation as a solo traveller, there is no issue.
• Noa (7/5): Good - The room was clean, in a great location, and the self check in went completely smoothly. Even though the "king bed" was two single beds pushed together it was comfortable. The communication with the host wasn't great. We asked to not come in and clean our room: one night it worked and the other they came in and while cleaning threw out some things we still needed. Maybe something was lost in translation. From the pictures of the room we thought there is going to be a small table and two chairs where we could eat together, but there was a small desk and one chair which didn't fit our needs.

• Lisa (3/5): Poor - The staff was nice, but didn’t speak any English. The room was clean and a good air condition. For this super expensive room we had no facility to make a coffee or tea. It was supposed to be a suite not a small room with a huge jacuzzi. A dark room with no incoming light. Very misleading information in the advertising.
• Kassim (9/5): As a last minute booking we were very happy and relieved with the room and property location - The room was large and very clean. The bathroom was also large, clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. The property is located in the historical part of Naples which is a pleasant and safe area. The property was difficult to find: there were different addresses on both google maps and booking.com. Neither actually directed us to the correct property. Instructions were sent to us via WhatsApp but it would have been easier if the addresses online were up to date.
• Natalia (9/5): Great place to discover Naples and nearby cities :) - Located in the historical center, short 10-15min walk to the Napoli Centrale to get to Amalfi/Salerno/Pompeii, 10min walk to L'antica pizzeria da Michele - recommend it! Every day there was room service which is a big plus. The AC worked great, we had everything that we needed :) Contact with the owner was smooth and perfect. Thank you! Wifi was not working when more people were in the apartment (in other rooms).

The suite looked great liked the furnishings and the lighting. fabulous to have a balcony. good location as plenty of cafes close by. bed was really comfortable but needed bigger non fitted sheets as these came off during the night. I don’t mind a hand shower but do like to have a hook to hang it from to shower.

• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - Located in the historic city centre with everything in Naples in walkable distance. The owner made the check in very simple and easy, and even though the city centre felt very busy and hectic, the street was quiet and we felt safe. The room and bathroom were clean and good sized. -

• Argy (4/5): Will never trust reviews again! - Extremely run down exterior, no indication of it being a “hotel” property - no name or sign of any kind, poor internet.
• Kristi (5/5): Great location but I would not recommend as it looks a bit sketchy and feels old - The location is amazing- right on the main old streets of Naples. It was easy to get around and find some amazing food options. We had a balcony overlooking the buzz and I simply loved it. Some chairs on the balcony would have been nice though. The staff was friendly and communicated fast. The wifi was good and the place itself was clean. The check-in was a bit messy - we went to one place they sent via whatsapp, then we were sent to one 2min away, we waited 20 minutes for the key to be programmed and had to walk back to the same place. Although the room was clean, it looked really worn down and sketchy. The bed had a sheet with a plastic protection layer that made so much noise when turning. The room and the whole building smelled of cleaning products and old things in the same time.
