After we met the guy from the staff he told me there was a message sent to my booking account that I missed. The arrangement is weird! The apartment room is owned by another hotel 2 min walk away. Check in and out is by Pazari hotel and then they take you to a run down apartment building in a dingy place that’s dirty and stinky. The rooms are on the top floor of a residential building. The experience of getting to the room is unpleasant and stinky! Once you arrive the hotel floor it’s ok. The room itself was cheep and not very clean. One of the towels had clumps of hair on it, the other was stained and the floor was dirty with a piece of glass in one corner. In addition there were elementary things missing: - hand towel holder in bathroom - soap holder in the shower - no windows in the apartment, only a door - very partial kitchen utensils and dirty - toilet was not attached well to the floor and was moving - many small defects in the furniture Italian has potential but quite disgusting all together.

The location is really good as well, the room is close to the old city center (like 5 minute walk). Also the staff was very helpfull and friendly. Big plus is private parking for free. Nothing

• Alexander (9/5): Great terrace but a bit complicated to get in - Appartment is a penthouse on 8th floor with a large terrace. Newly decorated, large bathroom Check in is a bit complicated since the hotel operating the appartment is 200 meter away. There you will also get breakfast.

• Malsor (10/5): Stunning Apartment - Everything. I would like to start with the reception, all three of the turns that work at the reception are the nicest employees that they have. The furniture is new, the view of the city is stunning. Parking was private only for the apartment and the hotel with a private security for our cars. The breakfast that was included was delicious. I know for sure that in Korce I will come again and I will not change the place where I will stay because I was really happy with this.

• Renata (9/5): Beautiful views - The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is near to most of the attractions. The room is comfy, with a nice view. The breakfast staff was ignoring us for a bit, we actually had to come and approach them to ask for coffee and food.
