• Ömer (9/5): Definitely worth it for the price. - Location is perfect just near the latin bridge. Clean room. Good coffee machine inside. And helpful staff. If you come with car there is no free parking, you need to park the car to auto park. But for this price this is ok.

• selcukkara72 (1/5): The worst staying experience in my life - Nothing Very rude and anti-professional reception, no hot water, can not shower due to cold water, not working air conditionner, flying small bugs in the room, no elevator, totally disaster, they do not even care to response your problems, the worst staying experience in the life.
• Ajdin (9/5): - Location was amazing, everything you want to visit, you can easily reach on foot, 1 minute from Bascarsija. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always gave the right tips and instructions for exploring the city. Overall the stay was worth the price No elevator so if you get a room on the 3rd floor it can get a bit annoying to walk up the stairs every time

Valizlerimizi bırakmamıza izin verdiler. Odada klima mevcut. Odalar gerçekten küçük, arka kısma bakan odaların manzarası biraz kötü.

• Sandra (10/5): Nel cuore di Sarajevo - Struttura super organizzata e accogliente, nonostante la reception fosse chiusa al nostro arrivo, ci hanno lasciato le istruzioni per l’accesso e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema . Posizione perfetta, nel centro di Sarajevo, vicina a tutte le attrazioni e ai mezzi pubblici, pulizia al top, stanza attrezzata e set di cortesia presenti. Staff super disponibile, abbiamo usufruito anche della navetta aeroportuale, taxista puntuale e socievole, ci ha anche consigliato qualche posto dove mangiare e cosa visitare. Nulla da dire

• Serhat (10/5): Tam merkezde, toplu taşımaya yakın, çocuklu aileler için harika - Otelin konumu harika merkezin içinde. Latin köprüsünün tam karşısındaki bina. Gezilecek yerlerin hemen hemen hepsi yürüme mesafesinde. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için yokuş olmaması nehir kenarında olması harika. Bizim kaldığımız oda köprü manzaralıydı 3 yetişkin 1 bebek çok rahat ettik. Odaların temizliği gayet iyiydi tuvalet ve duş alanı da güzeldi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Bazı yorumlarda sokakta gürültü geldiği söylenmişti ama bizim gittiğimiz mart ayı için dışarıdan rahatsız edici herhangi bir ses yoktu gayet güzeldi. Yürüyüş yolunun daha uzağındaki yerlere de gitmek isterseniz Otelin bulunduğu cadde üzerinden tramvay, otobüs gibi toplu taşıma araçları da geçiyor hemen karşısında. Tekrar Saraybosnaya gitsek önce buraya bakar ve burada kalırız. Sevmediğimiz önemli bir konu yok.

• Demirsoy (8/5): Tesiste konumu için bile kalınır - Gerçekten çok merkezi, her yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Odamız her gün temizlendi ve çok güzel kokuyordu. Oda biraz küçük olmasına rağmen oldukça kullanışlıydı. Havalimanından otobüsle otele geldik. Otelin tam önündeki Latinska köprüsü durağında indik, neredeyse hiç yürümeden otele ulaştık. Konumu gerçekten muazzam. Çalışanları da çok güler yüzlü idi. En kötü yanı yatakların aşırı ses çıkartması diyebilirim. Yani o kadar gıcırdıyordu ki en ufak sağa sola dönüşte bile çok ses çıkarıyordu. Ayrıca odada terlik yoktu. Son olarak sıcak su bence biraz erken bitiyordu. Maksimum 1 kişi duş alabilir o da 10 dk anca sürüyor. Belki bizim odadaki su ısıtıcı arızalı olabilir bilmiyorum.

• semih (8/5): F/P oranı yüksek. Sadece yatmaya gittiğimiz için bizim için yeterli idi - Konumu çok iyiydi. Check-in be check out kolaydı. 2 oda tuttuk. Bir tanesinde lavabo biraz kötü kokuyordu. Kapı açılınca odaya koku geliyordu
• Yuwei (8/5): Perfect location, bad soundproofing - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is absolutely ideal, right beside the Latin Bridge and directly across from the Sarajevo Assassination Museum. It’s just a short walk from here around the old town, and even the Yellow Fortress is easily reachable on foot. The location really couldn’t be better. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly, he offered a lot of help during check-in, even carrying my luggage up to the room. The room, although small, was clean and tidy, with all the essential amenities I needed. However, the major downside is that there is absolutely NO soundproofing. Since it’s close to a main street, I could clearly hear the traffic and trams passing by. I could even hear the person on the other end of the line when my neighbor was on a call, and the iPhone alarm in the neighboring room sounded as if it was right next to my own pillow.

Ayrıca güler yüzlü çalışanlar her konuda destek ve yardım sağlıyorlar. Bu kadar temiz oda ünlü otel zincirlerinde bile bulmak çok zor. Bir dahaki gelişimde yine burada olacağım.

• Sarah (9/5): Overall, I enjoyed my stay - I had a wonderful stay at Riverside Residence. Everything was excellent, especially the location, which was very convenient. The check-in and check-out process was quick and seamless, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Overall, a very pleasant experience—I would highly recommend this place! While my stay was excellent, I have a couple of suggestions that could make the experience even better: The air conditioner could be positioned closer to the bed or living area rather than above the door. Currently, it takes a while for the cool air to reach the bed, especially during summer. Repositioning it would make the room cooler faster and would also be a more sustainable solution. The pillows could be a bit softer to enhance comfort.

Her yere yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz. Çok büyük bir artı değil ancak adil olmak adına olumlu bir özellik olarak yazıyorum. Temizlik her gün yapıldı. Eksik olan materyaller tamamlandı. Bu konuda görevli iki farklı personele denk geldim ve ikisi de çok sıcak, iş ahlakı yüksek insanlardı. Bidenin olması ve yatak başında priz olması bizim için artıydı. Odanın açılan penceresinden görebildiğimiz tek güzel şey sarı boyalı şirin evdi. Fotoğraf kısmına ekliyorum. Resepsiyonda akşam saatlerinde birini bulunmuyor, oda küçük, ses yalıtımı korkunç yan odadaki kişilerin nefes alıp vermeleri duyulacak neredeyse, klima yeri saçma, arka arkaya iki kişi yıkanacaksanız sıcak su yeterli değil, internet çekim gücü bu çağda vasat,yatak haricinde oturabileceğiniz hiçbir şey yok ve bu nedenle her şeyi o yatak üzerinde yapmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. İşleten gençler donuk, işbirlikçi değil, kriz yönetimi sıfır, iletişim konusunda başarısız. Hoşgeldiniz ya da hoşçakalın demekten bile aciz. Konaklamadan çok tur satma kısmıyla daha yakından ilgililer.

• Jaime (8/5): Ubicacion perfecta - La ubicacion no puede ser mejor , en todo el centro y en un lugar historico. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y las camas eran comodas. En general el servicio que ofrecen esta bien para pasar un par de dias en la ciudad. por lo general todo aceptable pero por poner algo , deberian poner gel y champu en las duchas para evitar a los viajeros que lo tengan que comprar.
