- Richard (5/5): - Lokalita bola super, úplne v centre. Jednoduché ale fajn raňajky Parkovanie veľmi úzke, radšej sme to neriskovali aby sme neposkriabali auto. Museli sme parkovať dosť ďalej mimo hotela. Ohodnotil by som to tak na 2 hviezdičky.

- Kateřina Kunstová (7/5): - snídaně skromná, ale dostatečná. Dá se i zaparkovat, pokud je místo, ale vjezd je hodně úzký, velká auta se nevejdou, ale parkovací dům je asi 7 - 10 minutek chůze. Poměr cena kvalita je super - pokud to máte hlavně přespat a ráno nemuset lovit snídani, je to super :-)

- Miro Nohaj (8/5): Great place for the price, enjoyed, would stay again! - Location in the center is great - the restaurants are close, McDonald's even closer - great for us! The rooms were large and nice, even though I would change the toilet seat. The parking entrance is bit narrow at the bottom - only 190 cm wide, I wasn't skilled and / or brave enough to enter the parking place (Opel Astra J is 182 cm wide) - based on the scratches on the wall some other have been brave but not skilled enough :-D There's a paid public parking place like 3 minutes away which is free on weekends, so we used that one instead. Our room on the 2nd floor had bit steep stairs, which were fine for us, but could be a problem for some older people. The quality for the price is great, I would definitely stay there again when I have a chance next time! The toilet seat was bit old, replacement wouldn't be expensive and wouldn't hurt. The stairs to 2nd floor are bit steep, no problem for us, but could be problem for others. The parking lot has a very narrow entrance, which I tried to enter, but I gave up as I didn't felt comfortable to continue.

- Věra (8/5): - Určitě se dalo vybrat, šunka, salám, dva druhy sýrů, míchaná vajíčka, párky, nakrájená okurka, cherry rajčátka, lívance, bábovka (tu jsem si dala pouze první den, byla kupovaná). Ale po tři dny (byly jsme s kamarádkou přes velikonoce),stále to samé, myslím si, že by nebylo špatné nabídnout k snídani občas něco jiného, např. místo bábovky mazanec, ovoce, atd.

- Anton (1/5): Neodporúčam sa tu ubytovať. - Poloha v centre mesta. Nakoniec sme sa ani neubytovali. Dôvodom bol úzky vjazd na parkovisko, pri vchádzaní do vjazdu na parkovisko som to po troch neúspešných pokusoch vzdal. Je to totiž na frekventovanej ceste v centre mesta. Z jednej strany vám ide električka z druhej autá a pred vami prechádzajú chodci. Každý vám ukazuje na hlavu, či vám nešibe keď sa chcete dostať do takého úzkeho vjazdu. Keďže som si nechcel zdemolovať boky autá radšej to vzdal, s tým že zaparkujem niekde na ulici. Manželka sa bola pýtať koľko by sme platili. Po zistení ceny za hodinové parkovanie na priľahlých uliciach sme sa neubytovali a šli sme radšej domov. Pani recepčná nám ešte oznámila že sumu ktorú sme vopred zaplatili nám prepadá na storno. - Natálie Sodomková (3/5): Pokud se chcete pohodlně vyspat, tak tento penzion nedoporučuji. Zejména v pokoji do ulice. - Lokalita penzionu byla v dobré lokalitě. Byl nám vyměněný pokoj za nový poté, co jsme zjistili že v něm nelze zavřít okno. Původní pokoj do dvora měl rozbité okno, které nešlo zavřít. Byl nám proto poskytnutý jiný pokoj, bohužel do ulice, která byla o víkendu dost hlučná. Vybavení pokoje bylo podprůměrné. Nábytek byl starý a v poničeném stavu. Peřiny a polštáře velmi nepohodlné a nepříjemný materiál. Pokoj neměl závěsy na jednom okně (utržená garnýž), do pokoje proudilo světlo z ulice. Vzhledem k tomu že jsme potřebovali jen někde přespat a nic víc to bylo dost hrozné. Podle fotek a recenzí jsem očekávala lepší kvalitu.

Parkování v areálu je kvůli úzkému průjezdu vhodné pouze pro motorky resp. kola. Pravdou je, že šířka průjezdu 1,90 m je uváděna na webu. Absolutní nezájem personálu o hosta, vč pozdravu.

- Alexandra (8/5): - Snídaně jsou velmi dobré a mají skvělé pečivo. Penzion U Jakuba si drží svůj standart, za dobrou cenu pěkné ubytování v centru. Trápí mě viskozové peřiny, lepší by byly bavlněné.

- Emil (3/5): Bardzo średnio - Lokalizacja Produkty na śniadaniu były w porządku ale nie były najlepszej jakości. Po prostu ok. W łazience w pokoju były mrówki, ściany pokoju wydawały się jak z papieru. Słychać było każdy krok na klatce oraz każde skrzypnięcie łóżka w pokoju piętro wyżej. Zwłaszcza rano, mocno przeszkadzało to w spaniu. Wjazd do płatnego parkingu był tak ciasny, że odległość pomiędzy betonowymi słupkami a autem to było max. 10 cm z każdej strony i zajmował ok 5 min żeby niczego nie uszkodzić. Po wyjeździe w ciągu dnia nie zdecydowałem się już na ponowny wjazd i wolałem zostawić auto na parkingu na ulicy.

The staff, while very kind and willing to help, gave us wrong information about parking, which led us to being fined for a parking violation. Please note that parking is not allowed in the street in front of the hotel even on Sundays.

- Vitko (6/5): Great value, a cold stay - The room was spacious. Relatively clean. The location is basically perfect and the price reasonable. The biggest issue was the heating. It only worked in near the room door and the bathroom. The heating in the main room didn't work at all. After several complaints and three hours one of the two radiators started somewhat working. We weren't offered a room change. The room insulation wasn't great so it was a very cold night.

- Karel (1/5): Nedoporučuji a již nikdy nebudu zkoušet - Pouze nabídka na netu bohužel se zásadně liší s realitou. Problém parkování, problém nefunkční topení. Ubytování nebylo využito v pokoji se netopilo teplota jako venku. Náhradní ubytování nenabídnuto, parkování není možné pouze pro mini vozidla není v nabídce uvedeno úzký vjezd jen pro malá auta.
