• FATMA (10/5): - Otelin konumu çok iyiydi.Güzel kafelerin olduğu bir sokakta.Hemen 50 metre ilerde otogara giden otobüslerin geçtiği bir otobüs durağı var.300 metre kadar mesafede çarşısı ve gezilecek yerler başlıyor.Kaldığım oda 1 kişi için yeterli konfora sahipti.Banyo ve nevresimler gerçekten temizdi.Yatak rahattı.Konaklamamın ikinci günü dışarıdayken odam toparlanmıştı ve yeni su bırakılmıştı.Borovets’te kaldığım diğer oteli görünce bu otelin fiyat performansta başarılı olduğuna karar verdim. İlk gece klimam çalışmadı.Tesisle mesaj yoluyla iletişime geçtim ancak anında yapay zeka ile gönderilmiş otomatik cevaplar aldım.Yardımın yolda olduğunu söylüyordu fakat asla gelmedi.. Ertesi gün tesadüfen gördüğüm personele problemi ifade ettikten sonra odaya çıktım ve birkaç dakika sonra klimam çalışmaya başladı.İyi olan nokta odaların pencerelerin yalıtımı oldukça iyiydi.Misafir yorganları ağırdı ve düşündüğümden az üşüdüm..Birde otelin en altında yer alan barın masaları otelin giriş kapısını kapatmış durumdaydı.Misafirlerin otele, masada oturanları rahatsız etmeden geçişi için uygun bir boşluk bırakılabilir.

• Svilen (7/5): Приятно и практично - Страхотно местоположение, до стария град. Цената беше изгодна. Бяха включени приспособления, като четка и паста за зъби, които не всеки хотел предлага (което беше доста удобно, при положение че не си носих паста). Вратата на душ кабината трудно се затваряше - указваше голямо съпротивление и ме беше страх да не се счупи. Седалката на тоалетната "танцуваше" - плъзгаше се наляво, надясно. Държача на душ слушалката се плъзгаше надолу и не се задържаше където го поставях. Въпреки, че стаята беше тиха повечето време, от време на време се чуваха силни шумове от (струва ми се) другите стаи на къщата за гости.

The bed was super comfy. I wish I saw the watercooker earlier, its in the hallway. And i guess i couldve used it. Easy to check in/out get in/ out. Yes the door when leaving.. just push as hard as you can. The bar downstairs is so luxurious. I sat at the outside terrace without having to order anything. Amazing spot. Free coffees available. Thanks a lot to the owner In the weekend its busy in the streets and the walls are thin so just a bit noisy

Скрипучая лестница и когда ваш сосед идёт по ступенькам в свой номер и открывает замок вы просыпаетесь. Кровать рядом с входной дверью в номер и поэтому всё очень слышно. Номер очень очень маленький.

Nicely done hotel. Had a very nice Negroni one evening. My room was in the eves of the building, so I couldn't stand up straight in about 1/3 of the room, or the bathroom (including where the sink is. Also, could they make an arrangement with one of the restaurants to provide a breakfast service? Breakfast was surprisingly difficult to find.

Minor gripe - I wasn't aware they were digging up the road outside the guesthouse. Major - parking availability. The closest parking location cost me half of what I paid for the room alone (out in the open). Not ideal, but in a pinch, it's an option.

Леглото беше много удобно.Изключително чист, може би един от най - чистите в, които съм била не само в България. Поздравления! Местоположение е топ. Препоръчвам с две ръце и със сигурност бих се върнала отново на по-долен етаж 😉 Бих отбелязала като недостатък витите стълби, които са супер стръмни и не много удобни при мъкнене на куфар. Може би е добре да се уточнява предварително, че ги има, особено ако човек има проблем с краката.

Il consierge virtuale mi ha detto che servivano cena, ma non è stato così. Penso che un boutique hotel dovrebbe garantire sempre la colazione e non era inclusa.

• Alexander (10/5): Great place for a good stay in Kapana, Plovdiv - Great place in the heart of Kapana. Very clean and very comfortable. Very helpful and friendly host. I had a problem with the digital locks and the codes, but the host acted quickly and helped me, for which I am grateful. The room was kinda small, but had everything that you might need for a great stay. It was looking over the cafe so it got a bit noisy in the evening.
